Have a friend who is a prominent MD in the Chicago area, he's got a buddy that he graduated hs with that is in a leadership position in the PD.

He says flat out the numbers that are reported are just a fraction of what is actually happening.

Chicago is a shit show, it used to be one of the great cities to visit, now I wouldn't visit in an armored car.
