Biggest regret from it was not filing a civil suit against “House Despot” and their employee for defamation. Pretty sure I could have got a nice “return on investment” for what it cost me for the lawyer, but unfortunately I never got around to filing it and before I knew it the limitations period had lapsed.

Was I “terrified” or traumatized by the situation? Get fucking real.

But I suppose you might be if you’re a dumbass who can’t string together a few coherent sentences in your defence, or a puss who shits his pants at the mere thought of police/lawyers/courts/judges.
A friend put me in touch with a criminal defence lawyer that he’d used in the past. Cost me a few thousand dollars but the case was thrown out before it ever went to trial.
So, you paid out a few thousand $$$ ? and it didn't even go to trial ? But you weren't shitting your pants at the mere thought of police/lawyers/courts/judges ? Only a terrified and traumatized puss would do that. One who was not able to string a few coherant sentences together in her own defense. Who's the dumbass, again ?

Meanwhile the porn business continues to do a bumper business. Too bad guys can't complement girls on nice smiles, bodies, ask if they want to go out for tea or coffee, take a walk, etc. without being falsely judged.

It's still possible. Grab an ass sometime, you'll see.

Regardless of whether you’re being questioned by a judge/lawyer/police/HR gimp, it comes down to a “he said/she said” situation.

If you bumble through an explanation and start stuttering in front of your HR gimp, you’re not going to have much credibility.

Hence, why it’s essential to have the ability to string together a few coherent sentences, my friend.

I had a good laugh at your hand wringing over your “annual evaluation”. Sorry about your luck.

I had a good laugh at your entire post on this, and for the record, 'luck' had nothing to do with my event.

Stuttering, stumbling, and bumbling to string together coherent sentences may be a problem for you, but it's not the case with me. I have no problem at all in presenting a well defined argument. I went to HR with my manager, demanded to have the accuser in the office with us to discuss both her and my account of her claim. - HR refused to call her in and at the end of it reprimanded her, as two other men came forward with similar accounts. it seems I was not the only one she accused of harrassment.
The icing on the cake is that it took 15 minutes, and didn't cost me a f'ing dime -
