Gov. Whitmer: Michigan votes will not ‘have artificial deadlines set by…people with political agendas’

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer raised many eyebrows Sunday on CBS’s ‘Face The Nation ‘after saying that the results of the state’s election won’t be announced by “artificial deadlines” set by “people with political agendas.

The Governor apparently doesn’t want to let anyone know what the rules are for the presidential election on Nov. 3 in her home state of Michigan.

“Michigan will be able to announce results, but we are not going to have artificial deadlines set by, you know, people with political agendas,” she said. “We’re gonna get this right.”

Concern has been mounting over universal mail-in-ballots and this years complications during the upcoming Nov. 3, presidential election due to the coronavirus global pandemic.

The Governor of Michigan refuses to state when votes must be counted by. https://t.co/fTj0OWU5vj

— Sean Spicer (@seanspicer) October 11, 2020

Whitmer also responded to a CBS poll that found half of Trump’s supporters think they should monitor voting places.

As for a CBS poll that found half of Trump supporters believe that polling places should be monitored “we are prepared to make sure this election goes smoothly. We’re gonna keep people safe as they go to the polls, and we will not tolerate anyone who’s trying to interfere with someone’s ability to safely vote.”

Whitmer says Michigan votes will not be announced by 'artificial deadlines' set by 'people with political agendas' https://t.co/eLp3M94Uvs >><> This woman might even be worse that Gavin and Andrew.

PROJECTION
If I am not mistaken, the election process is actually laid out in the Constitution - it's not some arbitrary thing.

Deadlines are spelled out in the Constitution. The DATE OF ELECTION. Votes cast after that date, should obviously not be counted.

But we have Fuddrel Kangaroos, who hop all over obvious law, and who invent rights in invisible passages in the Constitution. And who just order things, because reasons.

So there is, essentially, judicial anarchy.

My guess is, this election will be stolen - and we move to the next step, the one we must move to once the ballot box fails.

That step of using the ammo box.

it'll depend on how many of 'them' are willing to step up

i'm betting, right now, with the shootings that are happening, there are plenty of the 'peaceful' ones who are no longer attending these 'sacrificial gatherings'

it's only a small percentage who are the die-hards and there are a bit larger percentage, of the flock, who are buying into this destructive narrative

my 2¢

we're not 'there' yet and there will be lots of people who will not agree with the process...but most won't go to their weapons first

i've been wrong before, but people basically want to survive and putting a weapon in your hands isn't the first step into that process...

"Unconstitutional": Michigan Supreme Court Denies Gov. Whitmer Request For Extension Of Pandemic Executive Powers

Fresh from her "ordeal" of almost being kidnapped by a couple of white supremacists leftist, BLM-supporting militia nuts, overnight there was more bad news for Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer when on Monday a conservative majority in the Michigan Supreme Court denied her request to extend the emergency powers which she invoked to curb the spread of the coronavirus, declaring it unconstitutional.
Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer wears a mask with the word "vote".

The justices reversed a lower court's opinion that supported the governor's use of executive powers amid the pandemic when they voted 6-1 against halting the precedential effect of its Oct. 2 opinion until Oct. 30. They reaffirmed their initial 4-3 ruling that declared unconstitutional her use of the 1945 emergency powers law.
Michigan Supreme Court justices are elected on the nonpartisan portion of the Michigan ballot, but they are nominated at state political party conventions. The four Republican-nominated justices — Stephen Markman, Brian Zahra, David Viviano and Elizabeth Clement — all ruled that the Emergency Powers of Governor Act that the governor relied on in issuing her orders is unconstitutional. The three Democratic-nominated justices — McCormack, Bernstein, and Cavanagh — all said that both the law and Whitmer's orders under the 1945 law should be ruled valid.

In striking down her attempt to continue usurping power, the court wrote that executive orders issued under the law "are of no continuing legal effect. This order is effective upon entry."
But new emergency orders that the Whitmer administration has issued through the state health department director — which replicate mask requirements, restrictions on gathering sizes and restaurant capacity, among other features — are not affected by the court's ruling.
Monday's Supreme Court ruling is in response to a lawsuit brought by the Michigan Legislature. The Oct. 2 ruling, which was a 4-3 decision striking down the Emergency Powers of Governor Act of 1945, was in response to questions sent to the court by a federal judge handling a lawsuit brought by medical service providers in western Michigan.
Whitmer had asked the justices to give her administration, lawmakers and local health departments 28 days to transition in the wake of the major decision. Last week, her administration quickly reinstituted mask requirements, gathering limits and other restrictions with orders issued by the state health department under a different law.
Separately, Fox News reported that legislators and Whitmer are negotiating legislation related to other orders negated by the decision, including an extension of unemployment benefits to 26 weeks from 20 weeks.

The ruling caused some confusion because it reached the Supreme Court in an unconventional way. A federal judge overseeing a lawsuit that makes state and federal claims about Whitmer’s powers asked for an opinion on the constitutionality of two laws related to gubernatorial emergency powers. The Supreme Court ruled in a similar case brought by the GOP-controlled House and Senate and said in an order that the decision is effective immediately.

The State Legislature has the duty - not the right, not the option, but the DUTY...to remove this crazed c__t.
So do the voters who elected her.

Rona Madness – Michigan’s Comrade Whitmer Declares COVID-19 Will Attack if Standing, But Not if Seated….
Posted on October 13, 2020 by sundance

In the latest example of corona madness; and in the face of state supreme court rulings declaring her unilateral dictates unconstitutional; Comrade Gretchen Whitmer of the Michigan Directorate declares an even more bizarre state rule:
…”bars are now allowed to operate but they may only serve alcohol to people who are sitting down and 6 feet apart.” (link)

Apparently the moonbat-science is settled. If standing with beer, the COVID-19 virus will swoop down and attack; however, if you take a seat with beer your are protected. Thus continues the abject nuttery from the Michigan Directorate of COVID Compliance.

Defense says Gov. Whitmer kidnap plot was just 'big talk between crackpots'
Tresa Baldas Paul Egan
Detroit Free Press

There was no real plan to kidnap Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, but only "military wannabes" who engaged in "big talk" and played with guns in the woods, defense lawyers argued in federal court Tuesday.

As one defense lawyer suggested, the case appears to be one of "big talk between crackpots," or "people who talk a lot ... but are never going to do anything."

"Have you ever dealt with big talkers?" defense attorney Scott Graham asked an FBI agent on cross-examination, adding: "There's kind of a military-wanna-be theme that runs between the militias."

Wray Shows True Colors By Rewarding FBI Agent Who Pushed “Whitmer Kidnapping Plot” With Plum Promotion

On Tuesday, FBI Director Christopher Wray promoted Steven M. D’Antuono to head the Bureau’s Washington Field Office.
Steven M. D’Antuono, who was named chief of the Detroit FBI office a year ago, has been promoted to head the Washington Field Office, a coveted post in the bureau.
FBI Director Christopher Wray made the announcement Tuesday, just several days after D’Antuono’s agents and state police busted up a plot to abduct Gov. Gretechen Whitmer. His official new title is assistant director in charge. [Deadline Detroit]
Heading the D.C. field office is one of the most coveted posts in law enforcement. It’s the second-largest FBI field office, trailing only New York City.
D’Antuono had only been running the Detroit office for about a year prior to this prestigious promotion. His most prestigious case by far climaxed just last week, as it was D’Antuono’s agents who helped arrest 13 men for allegedly plotting to kidnap Michigan governor Gretchen Whitmer. Democrats and the press, who want to downplay months of rioting and mayhem by the left, used the highly-publicized arrests to blame the right for political violence.

Despite the high profile nature of the case, D’Antuono’s agents couldn’t describe any detailed plan for the kidnapping the men were supposedly plotting. How did they expect to capture the governor? How did they expect to get her all the way to Wisconsin, or to the middle of Lake Michigan on a boat, as they supposedly planned to do? The FBI has so far failed to provide answers to these questions.

The media has attempted to frame the alleged kidnappers as Trump supporters, though the following video surfaced of one of the alleged kidnappers referring to Trump as a “tyrant.”

The heavily politicized nature of the alleged kidnapping case, and its suspicious timing, raise concerns about Christopher Wray’s promotion of D’Antuono to one of the Bureau’s most important offices.
In context, however, this move isn’t surprising. After a summer of riots and revolutionary activities by Antifa and BLM, FBI director Wray claimed that “white supremacist” terrorism is the biggest threat to America’s well-being, followed by Russian agents.

Wray’s FBI has repeatedly stonewalled Congressional efforts to investigate the Russia hoax or Joe Biden’s corrupt son Hunter.

Unsurprisingly, Wray is now a favorite of the Democrats. Not only did Kamala Harris and Joe Biden praise him during their presidential debates, but Wray supplied Biden’s talking point that Antifa is merely an “idea,” and not a dangerous revolutionary insurrection.
When the anti-police party of “mostly peaceful protests” is stealing the FBI director’s talking points, it’s proof that said director needs to go.
Yet Attorney General Bill Barr has done nothing to encourage a change in Wray’s behavior or in the FBI’s leadership. That’s hardly a surprise. “Doing nothing” is Barr’s favored approach to running the DOJ.
Indeed, the problems with the FBI and its Director Christopher Wray serve to highlight a larger problem with Bill Barr’s Department of Justice.

As Revolver reported months ago, Barr is simply too scared to activate the Department of Justice in a manner necessary to put down the Antifa riots and bring the Russia hoaxers to justice.
READ MORE: How Bill Barr Can Win the War Against Antifa Without Firing a Single Shot
Despite having two years to get the bottom of things, Barr hasn’t even finished his department’s investigation into the origins of the Russia collusion hoax. Even though that sham investigation dominated Trump’s first term, and is a key issue in November’s vote, voters won’t have a complete picture of what happened. If Joe Biden becomes president, voters may never see the final report at all, and they most certainly won’t see any substantial prosecutions.
In fact, none of the people who so flagrantly politicized the DOJ during and after the 2016 election have faced real consequences. Peter Strzok just released his first book, which hysterically doubles down on the Russian collusion story. James Comey is about to release his second book. Lisa Page has a contract with NBC. Andy McCabe has a contract with CNN. Former FBI general counsel James Baker is now a top lawyer for Twitter, where he tells them how to suppress anti-Biden stories without running afoul of the law.
Barr hasn’t even found a way to charge Mueller team member Andrew Weissmann for deliberately wiping his cell phone to keep its contents from being exposed to the American people.
If Barr’s excuse for doing nothing is to avoid prosecuting political actors so close to the election, then it hasn’t stopped him from trying to prosecute Republicans.

The President of the United States is the head of the executive branch of government, and he cannot govern effectively with figures like Bill Barr and Christopher Wray in charge of key executive posts. Wray’s promotion of D’Antuono simply serves to reinforce the extent to which the FBI — and by extension the DOJ — is failing the President and the American people. It is well past time for President Trump to fully activate the executive branch — including the DOJ and FBI — against Russiagate criminals, Antifa, and the censorious overlords of Big Tech. Barr must also ensure that anyone opposed must either get in line or get out of the way.

If “The President of the United States is the head of the executive branch of government, and he cannot govern effectively with figures like Bill Barr and Christopher Wray in charge of key executive posts” then we are facing a treasonous rebellion and the Deep State Swamp is an enemy occupying force that should be dealt with appropriately.
How can we say that the Republic still exists when our gargantuan government is populated by enemies and working against us?
Every day they work against America and to perfect their grip on power and their feudal project of communist “change” (destruction) of the country and the “dismantling of Capitalism” (a nazi style genocide of all those who refuse to kneel and worship bullsh!tsectionality and “critical” this and “critical” that)
Some are pretending all this “criticality” is a new socialism
There is nothing new in a lefto-puke communist and a cannibal.
They are the same rabid dogs back to the beginning only they change the collar to pretend every iteration is new.
This is Dark Ages feudalism and slavery all over again.
These are the same slave drivers that had to be stopped at Thermopylae.
The old slave drivers pretending to peddle a new religion.
Kneel and worship “social justice” and “bullsh!tsectionality”!!
Power for power’s sake like any feudal lords in history.
    Hatred of freedom.
Unquenchable thirst for violent dominion over others.
The will to use aggression as a way to deal with others.
They want to break the human spirit as in Ayn Rand’s “Anthem”

If you think the likes of Friedman, Rand, and Rothbard (or their ideology) are the people you should be looking up to, in order to protect freedom, the sovereign nation state of the US, and combat occult totalitarian ideologies and plots – you’re a useful idiot.
Capitalist libertarians HATE sovereign nation states. They want them DEAD and gone, replaced with a global world market. Capitalist libertarians love to talk about the free market, but what they mean by that is a market free for usurers and rent-seekers. If you actually look up classical liberalism, the theory was all about the labour theory of value and the rent theory of pricing. What classical liberals meant by a free market was a market free of rent seeking.
Look at the guys at Cato, crying because immigration into the US has collapsed.
Capitalist libertarianism = serfdom. Rothbard actually defended monopolies, saying that it’s okay if they became monopolies via free competition – which is nonsense – and even if this did came about in that manner, a monopoly is a de facto price setter, a de facto state, if you will. Milton Friedman came up with QTM, a sophistic and thoroughly debunked theory – which is only valid if you assume inelastic output (i.e. an economy already working at full output) and a stable money velocity (which only looks stable if you increase the vertical to 10 points, but if you lower the vertical to the actual recorded, historical values of money velocity, you clearly see that velocity is anything but stable).
Libertarians want to destroy sovereign nation states. They want to erase the idea of nations, cultures, and peoples. They want free movement of capital, goods, and labor. They want limitless immigration, so the corporations can have an easier time giving lower wages. They want a race to the bottom for labor’s remuneration.
Libertarians defend rent-seeking, usury, patent holders, the cartels, and the war profiteers. They want impotent nations and states, so that the Chinese Communists can come in easy peasy. The Koch brothers for instance, made a fortune with state contracts in Soviet Russia, and then return to the US and used that money (blessed by papa Stalin to fund the libertarian ideology, Rothbard and other propagandists and hypocrites – like Ayn Rand who all her life attacked state health care programs, but got on medicare under a pseudonym to get treatment for her cancer. Another hypocrite and the staunch market-liberal, Mises died of old age in ’73, in New York, in the same RENT-CONTROLLED apartment on the Upper West Side he had lived in for decades.

Don’t have a cow. All I said was that I like the book “Anthem”. And I hate commienism (deliberate misspelling). As for the rest of it, yeah, I think I did hear that story about Rand and her cancer.
It’s all a grift, anyway. On both sides of the aisle. I wish they’d get the hook on the whole dang grifter sh*t show. I’m so sick of it I could puke.

The dems and the left in general could never have gone as far as the did against an actual opposition instead of Con Inc, which is meant to consistently lose against them.
You also can’t put all of the globalist agenda on the side of the left, some of the agenda has to be pushed more from the GOP than the DNC, with Romney pushing on the economic front and McCain pushing the foreign policy front.
The GOP establishment relies not just on a wide network of well-entrenched cronies, they also needs an ideological branch for this purpose. That’s what these are all about.
Ayn Rand had her own philosophy, Objectivism, which has points in common with free market libertarianism but is its own thing.

Critical theory is a specific ideology those roots goes back to 1919-1923, especially the Germany of that time, crafted with an agenda to undermine the western societies of the time at every level. It has subverted the old ideological schools of the left.
To call it socialism is understating the pernicious nature of it. Trump was right to call it by its true name rather than pretend it was something else. He was right to strike directly at it. That is why he won in the first place.
As political correctness put Big Brother into people’s heads +90% of the time in the last 60 years or so, it should get the credit for doing so and should be explicitly called out as such! Not the followers of Stirner or Communism, that’s just avoiding the thick of it!
Is it any surprise that the GOP establishment can so easily surrender to it? It’s not just them being a wide and well-entrenched network of cronies. There is a ideological basis to their collusion.
It’s clear what side the FBI and DOJ and the CIA are on. It’s clear that the GOP establishment is complicit, even colluding. But the Fire Rises.

One can blame Barr and Wray but it is Trump who put them in their positions. The President has made a 4 year term of putting many people into positions that Bush would be proud of. Sadly, many of the America first and most ardent Trump supporters have been run out of the administration and off social media and Trump has done, just like Barr and Wray, nothing or worse than nothing helped them along. After the social media purges started Trump said he was “looking into it.” That was 3 years ago. Still looking into it, Mr Trump? As the social media cos take down the 4th largest paper in the US. A sad state that should have been handled at the get go.

At this point, Trump would get a better voter turnout if he would only focus on bashing the swamp creatures around him. Let the anti-demonrat alternative news sites handle Biden and the bureaucrats for a while. Currently, the only way Trump can lose is by getting backstabbed by those closest to him, in the state bureaucracy, in the party, intelligence, and the military.
It’s not enough to simply ask why nothing’s getting done. Fire all those who stall, all the sellouts, and replace them with fucking NATIONALISTS, not with rich establishment swamp creatures.

Things as they are I’ll offer a few notions for those generous enough with their time to read them:
The probability of the existence of the tooth fairy is higher than the probability of
    – a demonrat being good people or merely basically honest
    – a “Gun Free Zone” sign protecting you from an armed assailant
    – the 2nd Amendment not being one of the greatest protection for the rights of free men in the whole history of man
    – there being more than two genders (or whatever you want to call them)
    – pedophilia being anything but something that makes the lives of the practitioners forfeit
    – America being a racist country
    – America being a “rape culture”
    – feminazis being anything but what their name says
    – there being any justification whatsoever for misandry except rank sexism
    – any kind of collectivism / communism ever having brought about anything good or desirable for humans or being able to
    – “social justice”, “bullsh!tsectionality”, “critical (whatever lefto BS)” and all associated BS not being just putrid old communism trying to pass as something new
    – TINSTAAFL not being one of the biggest truths ever
    – “the smaller the government, the better the government” not being true
    – “we are from the government and we are here to help” not being one of the most frightening phrases ever
    – the FBI not being a communist, traitorous, corrupt organization of rabid America hater leftists
    – “gun control” not being one of the precursors of institutional fascism and slavery
    – there being any fundamental difference between a nazi and a communist save the color of their shirts and the semblance of the criminals stamped on them
    – Jew-hatred being any difference or less stupid than any other kind of racism (Jew-hatred includes Israel-hatred and hatred of Zionism)
    – Capitalism being actually guilty of any of the ills it is usually accused of that belong at the feet of exactly the opposite political system: collectivism
    – Trump not being one of the best Presidents this country has ever had
    – the demonrats not cheating in the coming elections worse than they have ever cheated before
    – Ayn Rand not being one of the greatest (or THE greatest) philosophers the world has ever known
    – that America as it was founded to be a Constitutional Republic is not the greatest, sanest, healthiest, most decent, most glorious, most free and better and exceptional above all other countries ever.

Two weeks to go. For crying out loud focus on the Biden scandals, and also on Biden’s desire to chop off the weiners of 8 year old boys. That is sick beyond reason, the man is a devil.

Fire Wray. Fire Barr. Arrest, Indict and Prosecute Wray, the Bidens, Obama, and the rest of the Deep State. Now.
In the meanwhile, prepare yourselves and your family and most trusted friends for the dark times ahead.

The Wisconsin connection is absurd…but logical. The FBI wanted to make this a cross-state plot to give the Feds jurisdiction…otherwise it would default to the local Michigan authorities. Entrapment is unethical and prohibited by many states (including Wisconsin) and even by Federal Law (Sorrells v. United States – 278 us 435 1932 & Sherman v. United States – 356 US 359 1958). If these individuals have good lawyers they may be acquitted.
What’s concerning is that the FBI doesn’t correct the press when they report on these outlandish entrapment schemes. This makes it look like these crimes would have happened on their own.
It’s also concerning that the FBI is using entrapment to target politicians. What would have happened if the FBI’s plans went off the rails…and the governor was seriously hurt? Would the FBI ever tell us their involvement…that their Frankenstein had escaped?
Is this the first time the FBI has orchestrated a plot to target a politician? Have they targetted Donald Trump?
I would love to see Trump have the inspector general audit the FBI to get a history of their stupid entrapment schemes. Which high profile cases the media reported on…were actually FBI ideas? Who has been targetted? When have these entrapment schemes gone bad?

Barr and Wray are obviously part of the Deep State. How and why were they ever appointed? Who recommended them to Trump because if it was someone who should’ve known they were Deep State, too, you’d have to think they did know and should be fired, too. Can the swamp be drained?

Nasty Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer Displays ‘Kill Trump’ Symbolism in Background During Sunday Interview
October 19, 2020, 9:40amby Joe Hoft 157 Comments

Michigan Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer in an interview on national TV yesterday portrayed symbols in the background that can be interpreted as ‘Kill Trump’.
Some individuals on Twitter shared their observations from yesterday’s interview with nasty Michigan governor Gretchen Whitmer:

Whitmer’s actions related to the China coronavirus alone are anti-American and repulsive. Her encouragement of killing President Trump is beyond repulsive and possibly criminal.

Joe Biden: ‘Not a Better Governor’ than Michigan’s Gretchen Whitmer

ABC The View

Joe Biden heaped praise on Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer on Friday, saying, “There’s not a better governor” in the country.
Speaking to supporters in Detroit, Biden said, “There’s not a better governor in the United States of America than Gretchen Whitmer,” triggering applause from the audience:

Biden went on to call her a leader.
“You stand up straight and tall and you don’t bend,” he said.
Biden said Whitmer “stepped up” during the coronavirus pandemic. Roughly one-third of coronavirus-related deaths in the state have occurred in nursing homes, after Whitmer instituted a controversial policy of sending virus patients to long-term care facilities to recuperate, inadvertently spreading the disease to the most vulnerable.

He went on to say she is “pretty much doing it better than anybody else in the whole United States of America.”
“You’ve shown this whole nation just how tough and thoughtful you are,” he continued.
“I’ve got to believe this state is so proud of you,” Biden said.
Biden condemned the accused “domestic terrorists” who allegedly plotted to kidnap Whitmer recently.
“It’s the sort of behavior you might expect from ISIS,” he said, before blaming Trump for the anarchists’ alleged plans.
One of the alleged conspirators, Brandon Caserta, accused Trump of being a “tyrant” in a social media video:

“Trump is not your friend, dude,” Brandon Caserta said, with an anarchist flag hanging above his shoulder.
“And it amazes me that people actually, like, believe that when he’s shown over and over and over again that he’s a tyrant,” he said.
Caserta and five others are charged with Conspiracy to Commit Kidnap, which could bring a sentence of up to life in prison.

Governor Gretchen Whitmer: If You’re Tired of Masks and Wish You Could Go Back to Church, Vote for Biden

Posted at 2:15 pm on October 19, 2020 by Kira Davis

(Michigan Office of the Governor via AP, Pool)

Are you sick of watching family-owned stores and businesses in your neighborhood fold because of reopening restrictions? Are you saddened as you watch your favorite watering holes and restaurants close their doors for good, as unconstitutional lockdowns drag past the 200-day mark of “15 days to slow the spread”? Have you had to move your family out of your state just to find a school your child can attend?

Do you find yourself wondering just when all this madness will end…and how?

Well, look no further. There’s a solution on the horizon and it’s a mere 15 days away. If you want COVID and the ensuing restrictions to disappear forever, all you have to do is…

Vote for Biden/Harris 2020.

Don’t shoot the messenger. This logic came straight from the horse’s mouth this past Sunday on “Meet the Press” – the horse being Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, and the mouth being one adorned with bright red lipstick and frothing with Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Whitmer told host Chuck Todd that lockdowns and COVID restrictions can end, if Americans just vote for Joe Biden. The governor, who has become one of the faces of hypocritical lockdowns for the Left over the last few months, insinuated that Trump doesn’t care that 220,000 people have died so far from COVID, and that 8 million positive COVID tests have been logged so far.

Trending Gavin Newsom Sets Impossible-to-Meet Standard for Theme Park Reopening

Jennifer Van Laar

Notice that I didn’t say “cases.” There’s no indication that, just because we’ve administered 8 million tests that 8 million individual people were tested, or that even a fraction of those people were ever even symptomatic.

BUT I DIGRESS.

She also insinuated that the real victims of the lockdowns are the heroes who are staying closed and staying home indefinitely, and that Trump and anyone who wants to get back to living their American lives are, in fact, inciting violence.

“Every moment that we are not focused on the fact that there are 220,000 Americans who have died from this virus is good for him. So in that sense, as he incites additional violence against people who are just trying to save one another’s lives. It’s good for him. And that’s why I don’t want to talk about him endangering public servants lives. I want to talk about what he hasn’t done and that’s his job. The Trump virus response is the worst in the globe. I mean in the world, it’s the worst 8 million people have been have contracted covid-19, 220000 dead. We’ve got people in food pantry line who never would have imagined that they be there and no light on the horizon because our numbers keep going up.”
It is truly stunning to listen to people like Governor Whitmer blame food pantry lines on Trump, when it is Democrat governors and other politicians keeping their economies locked down and forcing people out of work. It is even more stunning to see the amount of people actually buying that “logic.”

These are the same people who claim masks are the only things that can save us, but still refuse to open the economy and let people get back to work, now that masks are pretty much mandated everywhere. If masks are the miracle cure, then why can’t we just leave it at the current mandates and get back out there? The protesters have been free to congregate all summer and fall. The mental gymnastics required to make sense of it all are exhausting. Maybe that’s why Joe Biden keeps calling press lids. He’s just exhausted trying to make sense of his own party’s logic.

The icing on the cake comes at the end of this clip. Despite claiming that dark days are still ahead of us because “our numbers keep going up”, Whitmer (in the very next breath) looks America straight in the eye and says that the only way to get back to life, get back to church, get back to college football, is to pull the lever (or fill out the mail-in ballot, as it were) for Biden.

“This is a gravely serious moment for all of us and if you’re tired of wearing masks or you wish you were in church this morning or watching college football or wish your kids were in school in person, it is time for change in the this country and that’s why we’ve got to elect Joe Biden.”

Let’s recap…November 3rd…America is sinking, with no end in sight. COVID is ravaging our nation. Children can’t go to school, and it’s too dangerous to let businesses operate as normal.

November 4th, after a Biden win…COVID is gone! No need for restrictions. Those 220,000 dead really don’t matter then. The virus disappears, and thus, the need for restrictive lockdowns.

Gosh, if only we’d known this back in March. We could have forcibly removed Trump from office and installed Biden as an interim dictator, and none of this would have ever had to happen.

They’re not even trying to hide their political games anymore. With the corporate media beginning to run more stories on the danger of lockdowns to mental health and education, and people like Whitmer claiming the end to all this is simply in the act of casting enough ballots, it has become painfully and tragically obvious that, for Democrats, this has never been about the virus. Everything is designed to affect the election, and if Biden wins, he’ll need a strong economy to win again (or Harris will); thus, everything will return to normal and America will treat COVID just like Biden and Obama treated the Swine Flu…like it never existed.

You know what they say about putting lipstick on a horse…

Fact Check: 'Struggling Bar Owner' in Biden Ad Is Actually a Wealthy Tech CEO Who Supports Lockdown
By Kipp Jones
Published October 20, 2020 at 11:15am
A Michigan man portrayed as a struggling bar owner in a new ad for Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden is actually a wealthy venture capitalist and Democratic Party contributor, according to numerous reports.

The Biden campaign aired an ad on CBS during Sunday’s football games that showed the proprietor of a Michigan bar lamenting the effects of the coronavirus pandemic on his business.

Rather than blame the downturn of customer traffic on China, the source of the virus, or on Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s months-long, draconian lockdown measures, he claims President Donald Trump is responsible for his supposedly desperate economic situation.

“For 50 years, the Blind Pig has been open and crowded, but right now it’s an empty room,” Blind Pig co-owner Joe Malcoun said in the Biden ad.

Screen Shot 2020-10-20 at 8.57.04 PM.png

On the state of the popular Ann Arbor bar and music venue, Malcoun said, “This is the reality of Trump’s COVID response.”

“We don’t know how much longer we can survive not having any revenue,” the purportedly downtrodden bar proprietor lamented.

“A lot of restaurants and bars that have been mainstays for years will not make it through this,” he said.

“This is Donald Trump’s economy. There’s no plan, you don’t know how to move forward. It makes me so angry.

“My only hope for my family and this business and my community is that Joe Biden wins this election. That’s the kind of person we need.”

According to a Fox News report, though, the down-and-out bar owner is actually a wealthy Democratic activist.

Malcoun is also a supporter of Whitmer, who last week had her stringent lockdown orders overturned by the Michigan Supreme Court, as is evident by a tweet he posted in April.

“White men with fragile egos will always be intimidated by smart powerful woman. And they should be,” he wrote, disregarding the fact that other business owners in the state were struggling under Whitmer’s orders and some residents were denied routine doctor appointments.

Gov. Whitmer on possibility of another Michigan shutdown: ‘We’re at a dangerous moment'
Whitmer: ‘We are sounding the alarm bell right now'

LANSING, Mich. – Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer was asked about the possibility of the state shutting down again due to rising COVID-19 cases, and she called right now “a dangerous moment."

On Wednesday, Michigan officials reported 1,597 new confirmed cases of COVID-19, as well as 33 deaths. Before Wednesday’s update, the seven-day moving average for new cases in Michigan was at 1,670 -- the highest ever.

“I’m just going to be frank: Our numbers are not good,” Whitmer said Wednesday at her COVID-19 press briefing. “They’re moving in the wrong direction. We know that our fate can change quickly.”

Michigan was shut down for months during the first COVID-19 spike. A stay-at-home order was issued March 23 and stayed in effect through June 1 for most of the state. Closures for certain businesses -- such as hair salons, movie theaters and bars -- lasted much longer.

Whitmer said the numbers reported right now indicate there will likely be more hospitalizations in the coming weeks.

“That’s why we are sounding the alarm bell right now,” Whitmer said. “These numbers are moving in the wrong direction. We’re at a dangerous moment where there’s the possibility of it just becoming community spread that becomes out of control.”

Whitmer said that’s the case in neighboring states, most notably Wisconsin, which had a similar battle between the governor and legislature. After the Wisconsin Supreme Court shot down COVID-19 executive orders, case rates in the state skyrocketed, according to Whitmer.

“That’s what we’re trying to avoid,” she said.

Michigan’s top doctor: In restaurants, wear mask until putting food in mouth, limit talking

Whitmer and Dr. Joneigh Khaldun, the chief medical executive of the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, asked residents to take mask rules seriously, observe social distancing and prepare to be safe during the fall season and holidays.

“We’re sounding the alarm bells,” Whitmer said. “We want people to know we’re watching these numbers very closely.

“At this point, I don’t think that I can tell you precisely what the next week or the next two weeks look like. It depends on individuals, right now, rising to this challenge. ... If you want your kids to have the prospect of in-person learning, if you want to stay back at work, if you want to keep your business open or make sure that businesses stay open, every one of us has to do our part."
