Signed the official petition to recall this evil witch today along with another to severely limit her and future governors power here.
Recall kiosk was right down the road from the voting place and it sounds like that is the norm all over the state.

LOCKDOWN: Michigan Gov. Issues 3-Week “Epidemic Order”

LANSING, MICH. – (PRESS RELEASE) — The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) issued a new emergency order today that enacts a three-week pause targeting indoor social gatherings and other group activities in an effort to curb rapidly rising COVID-19 infection rates.

Under this order, indoor residential gatherings are limited to two households at any one time. However, MDHHS strongly urges families to pick a single other household to interact with over the next three weeks, consistent with new guidance released by the department. The order is aimed at limiting residential and non-residential gatherings where COVID-19 spreads rapidly. Bars and restaurants will be open for outdoor dining, carry-out and delivery only. Gyms will remain open for individual exercise with strict safety measures in place. Casinos, movie theaters and group exercise classes will be closed. Professional and college sports meeting extraordinary standards for risk mitigation may continue without spectators, however all other organized sports must stop. Colleges and high schools may proceed with remote learning, but must end in-person classes.

“In the spring, we listened to public health experts, stomped the curve, and saved thousands of lives together. Now, we must channel that same energy and join forces again to protect our families, frontline workers and small businesses,” said Gov. Gretchen Whitmer. “Right now, there are thousands of cases a day and hundreds of deaths a week in Michigan, and the number is growing. If we don’t act now, thousands more will die, and our hospitals will continue to be overwhelmed. We can get through this together by listening to health experts once again and taking action right now to slow the spread of this deadly virus.”

MI Gov. Whitmer on Lockdown: ‘Incredible Empathy’ for Small Businesses Hurting but ‘We Have to’ Combat COVID Spread

1605735895083.png

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D) on Wednesday discussed her recently announced coronavirus lockdown that will reportedly “temporarily halt in-person instruction at high schools and colleges, dine-in service at restaurants and bars, and high school athletics as well as close some businesses, including movie theaters, bowling alleys and casinos.”

Despite pushback from small business owners, Whitmer told CNN’s “New Day” the decision to enter the three-week shutdown is necessary to “combat the spread” before hospitals get overwhelmed and deaths spike. She also blamed the lack of strategy on the national level for having to close businesses such as restaurants.

“First, let me say, you know, the restaurant industry has really had a tough year because of COVID because there’s not been a national strategy and we have seen COVID just explode across the country in waves,” Whitmer outlined. “This is really driven by our epidemiologists and our public health experts that tell us it’s inherently dangerous with the kind of community spread that we have all across Michigan and all across the Midwest and, frankly, all across the country. The inherently dangerous situations are when you are inside with people from a different household or many different households for a prolonged period of time with masks off. That’s what happens in restaurants, and that’s why it’s really going to be critical that the feds get their act together and give us some stimulus support for these small businesses, for these restaurant workers.”

She continued, “I have incredible empathy for what [small businesses are] struggling with, and yet we have to follow the epidemiology, the public health experts and make decisions that combat the spread before our hospitals get overwhelmed and before we hit 1,000 deaths a week in Michigan because that’s what the modeling is telling us where we’re headed right now.”

If she kept her legs closed and her butt cheeks together there wouldn't be any concern over "the spread"...it would probably smell better too.

And yes, to help tweak her pain I am, at this very moment harboring a Michigander who says, and I quote..."FU WITLESS, you NAZI BITCH"

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer in the running for Time's Person of the Year
Omar Abdel-Baqui
Detroit Free Press

Time magazine is considering Gov. Gretchen Whitmer for its 2020 Person of the Year.

Whitmer has garnered national attention this year for her handling of the coronavirus and being the target of attacks from President Donald Trump. She was also included in President-elect Joe Biden's list of potential vice presidential candidates.

The FBI foiled a plot to allegedly kidnap and kill Whitmer, 49, in October. Over a dozen men were involved in the plan, which made international headlines.

Also nominated for Person of the Year is Dr. Anthony Fauci, Vice President-elect Kamala Harris, Pope Francis and many more.

Time is taking the public's input. Readers can vote here. Time editors ultimately make the decision.

The Person of the Year graces the cover of the magazine in January.

Time named its first Person of the Year, then called Man of the Year, in 1928, selecting Charles Lindbergh.

“The Man of the Year idea caught on with a bang and, somewhat surprised, we decided to make it an annual event,” Time's publisher in 1945, P.I. Prentice, wrote. “The choice is in no way an accolade, nor a Nobel Prize for doing good. Nor is it a moral judgment. (Al Capone was runner-up in riotous, bootleg 1928.) The two criteria are always these: who had the biggest rise in fame; and who did the most to change the news for better (like Stalin in 1942) or for worse (like Stalin in 1939, when his flop to Hitler’s side unleashed this worldwide war).”

Whitmer Says She Has Authority To Order New Stay-Home Order in Michigan
LANSING, Mich. (AP) – Gov. Gretchen Whitmer said Monday she has the authority to issue a second stay-at-home order to curb the spiking coronavirus if necessary and called a comment by an adviser to President Donald Trump urging people to “rise up” against Michigan’s latest restrictions “incredibly reckless.”

The Democratic governor spoke with Capitol reporters a day after announcing limits amid a surge of COVID-19 cases that have led to increased hospitalizations and deaths. Other Midwest states are facing similar second waves as the weather cools, and she has urged the public to “double down” with precautions to avoid a shelter-in-place order like what was instituted in the spring.

MORE FROM CBS DETROIT: Missed Gov. Whitmer’s press conference? Here’s her update on the state’s response to COVID-19.
Whitmer responded to a tweet sent Sunday night by Scott Atlas, a science adviser to Trump, who urged people to “rise up” after the governor’s announcement. Trump himself has urged supporters to push Whitmer to reopen the state following COVID-19 restrictions. And 14 men have been charged in connection with an alleged plot to kidnap the governor.

“It’s just incredibly reckless considering everything that has happened, everything that is going on,” Whitmer said. “We really all need to be focused on the public health crisis that is ravaging our country and that poses a very real threat to every one of us.”

Atlas later tweeted that he “NEVER” would endorse or incite violence.

MORE FROM CBS DETROIT: Stimulus Package Update: What will a Biden Administration mean for more aid?

Under the new restrictions that start Wednesday, Michigan high schools and colleges must halt in-person classes, restaurants must stop indoor dining and entertainment businesses must close for three weeks. Gathering sizes also will be tightened.

Whitmer renewed her call for the Republican-led Legislature to codify a mask requirement in law in part to send a unified message to the public, calling it “the best weapon we have against our common enemy.”

MORE FROM CBS DETROIT: Michigan closes high school, indoor restaurants, casinos, movie theaters, and organized sports due To COVID-19.

She noted that lawmakers enacted laws keeping intact unemployment benefits and addressing other matters after the state Supreme Court’s October ruling striking down a law she repeatedly used to respond to the pandemic, but said her administration can continue largely combatting the pandemic unilaterally under another public health law.

“This is precisely the power that one of the justices pointed to in terms of actions we can and should be taking throughout this pandemic,” the governor said.

Michigan’s 7-day average of daily new cases has more than doubled from 3,113 to 6,684 over two weeks. It is up nearly five-fold from 30 days ago. Daily deaths also have surged, from 25 to 62, according to The COVID Tracking Project. The number of patients currently hospitalized, about 3,000, has risen six-fold in under two months.

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer moves to shut down Great Lakes oil pipeline

By JOHN FLESHER

TRAVERSE CITY, MICH. — Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer took legal action Friday to shut down a pipeline that carries oil beneath a channel linking two of the Great Lakes.

Whitmer’s office notified Canadian company Enbridge Inc. that it was revoking an easement granted 67 years ago to extend a roughly 4-mile section of the pipeline through the Straits of Mackinac. The revocation takes effect in 180 days, when the flow of oil must stop.

“Enbridge has routinely refused to take action to protect our Great Lakes and the millions of Americans who depend on them for clean drinking water and good jobs,” the Democratic governor said in a statement. "They have repeatedly violated the terms of the 1953 easement by ignoring structural problems that put our Great Lakes and our families at risk.

“Most importantly, Enbridge has imposed on the people of Michigan an unacceptable risk of a catastrophic oil spill in the Great Lakes that could devastate our economy and way of life.”

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel said she filed a lawsuit Friday to carry out Whitmer’s decision. Another pending case that Nessel filed last year targets the pipeline as a public nuisance.

Enbridge said there was “no credible basis” for Whitmer’s action.

“Line 5 remains safe, as envisioned by the 1953 Easement, and as recently validated by our federal safety regulator,” said Vern Yu, the company’s president for liquids pipelines.

Line 5 is part of Enbridge’s Lakehead network of pipelines that carries oil from western Canada to refineries in the U.S. and Ontario. The pipeline carries about 23 million gallons of oil and natural gas liquids daily between Superior, Wisconsin, and Sarnia, Ontario, traversing parts of northern Michigan and Wisconsin.

The underwater section between the Straits of Mackinac, which connects Lake Huron and Lake Michigan, is divided into two pipes that are 20 inches (50 centimeters) in diameter. Enbridge says they are in good condition and have never leaked. Environmental groups contend they’re vulnerable to a catastrophic spill.

Enbridge reached an agreement with then-Gov. Rick Snyder, a Republican, in 2018 to replace the underwater portion with a new pipe that would be housed in a tunnel to be drilled through bedrock beneath the straits.

The company is seeking state and federal permits for the $500 million project, which is not affected by Whitmer’s shutdown order.

Environmental activists, native tribes and some elected officials began pushing to decommission Line 5 after another Enbridge pipe spilled at least 843,000 gallons (3.2 million liters) of oil in the Kalamazoo River in southern Michigan in 2010.

Pressure grew as the company reported gaps in protective coating and installed supports when erosion opened wide spaces between sections of pipe and the lake bed.

An anchor dragged by a commercial tug and barge dented both pipes in April 2018. One of the pipeline supports was damaged this summer, apparently by a boat cable.

In a termination notice, Whitmer’s office said the easement should not have been granted in 1953. Placing the pipes beneath a busy shipping lane, with no cover to protect from anchor strikes, violated the state’s duty to protect the public’s interest in Great Lakes waters and bottomlands, the document said.

It referred to a Michigan Technological University report that warned that the straits' swift currents could propel oil over vast distances, potentially damaging fish populations and hundreds of miles of beaches, dunes and wetlands.

The notice said Enbridge repeatedly violated a requirement that the pipelines rest on the lake bed or have other supports at least every 75 feet. Spaces exceeding the threshold have been detected as far back as 1963 and most were never dealt with, it said.

Enbridge has repeatedly defended its operation of the pipeline, saying the coating gaps posed no serious threat. It has installed more than 120 supports to improve stability and stepped up patrols and other measures to prevent anchor strikes.

The company says shutting down Line 5 would cause shortages of crude oil for refineries in Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania and eastern Canada, as well as propane shortages in northern Michigan. It also would boost shipments of oil by rail or truck, Enbridge says.

Environmental groups contend there are other means of meeting those demands but that closing Line 5 should be part of a global effort to curb use of climate-warming fossil fuels.

Democratic Sen. Gary Peters, a member of the Senate committee that oversees the U.S. Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration, endorsed Whitmer’s move and said he would work with officials “to swiftly evaluate alternatives to Line 5 while continuing to hold Enbridge accountable.”

i have no choice, i have to wait......

and at the right time, I'll say "she got what she was asking for"

but it has got to be effective, and permanent...and jail time will do just fine

but that's just me, for those who think that's not enough, I'll agree with them too!

COVER-UP: Whitmer Admin Says ‘Records Do Not Exist’ Pertaining to $25 Million Dominion Contract Set Up by Democrat Official

What are they hiding?

1606401386219.png

A second Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request filed by Big League Politics pertaining to the $25 million Dominion contract set up by a Democrat official has been partially denied by the state of Michigan.

Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s goons at the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget (DTMB) claim that “records do not exist” showing how the Dominion contract impacted Michigan elections after it was enacted in 2017 and then expanded shortly before the election.

“It is hereby certified that, to the best of the undersigned’s knowledge, information, and belief, the public record does not exist under the name given by the requester or by another name reasonably known to the public body, to wit, DTMB does not possess records as to how contract 071B7700117 affected elections in the state of Michigan or how the $800.000 increase affected the 2020 primary and general elections in the state,” wrote Tamara J. Cooper, whose title is listed as Assistant FOIA Coordinator & State Ad Board Claims Technician, Knowledge Center.

The agency only linked back to the initial contract, which contains a bunch of public relations legalese presumably written by Dominion lawyers about how safe and secure their software is. Big League Politics has filed an additional FOIA request with DTMB Central Procurement Services, as Whitmer’s thugs attempt to give us the run-around to avoid accountability.

Big League Politics reported yesterday on how the first FOIA request was denied as Michigan Democrats attempt to cover-up their illicit activity pertaining to this year’s elections:

Last week, Big League Politics broke a story about how Lathrup Village, Mich. Mayor Mykale “Kelly” Garrett brokered the deal to bring Dominion software into the state in 2017 while she was serving as an elected Democrat official and working as a project manager for Dominion – a heinous conflict of interest and possible electoral crime.
After we broke the news, we filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) demanding all of the details regarding the Dominion contract that was brokered by Garrett and how the contract impacted subsequent elections.
On Monday, Nov. 23, the state of Michigan responded to our FOIA request with a denial of information regarding Dominion and this contract brokered by Democrat operative Kelly Garrett. They are effectively hiding this crucial information from the public that could be key for uncovering fraud amidst this disputed and dubious election farce.
“It is hereby certified that, to the best of the undersigned’s knowledge, information, and belief, records do not exist within the department under the description you provided or under another name reasonably known to the department,” the Department of Technology Management and Budget wrote in their rejection notice for the FOIA attempt, claiming that it was “too broad.”

Legal considerations will be considered if Whitmer’s cronies continue to deny transparency with regards to Dominion voting systems that are internationally renowned for stealing elections.

I'm certain that, not only does it exist, but it's already in the hands of the Trump attorneys.

I think that, because they've had the courts and the AGs in their back pockets all this time, they'll just continue getting away with it. I don't think they've been paying attention to what Trump has been doing under the covers the last 4 years. That invisible paint can they've been dipping into to paint over all their cheating and manipulation is just about empty now and the world is seeing what's been covered up lo these many decades.

agreed

looking at what they're doing, they're on their 'expedited' game plan, take no prisoners

and they had to play that game too soon, they didn't have enough patsy's set up, not enough shooters, not enough in their tank to 'finish the job' in the new time frame

they're exposed 360 degrees and the only armor they have is their mouths and i'll suppose a few hit men in their pockets, a few judges...but there are hundreds of these people, more like thousands around the globe licking their chops, covering for one another

and they all need to be hanged for treason, not just against the US, but France, UK, Canada, Germany, who'd I leave out? Eastern Europe, the ME...who else? oh, yeah, sorry, the entire African Continent, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan...India, uh...the poles, both of them...

we're going to need more rope but, but...

we're not really involved in any of it, so, all i hope is the end is entertaining...either way

i'm not stressed about any of it...i took a hundred dollar bet yesterday (it won't be paid), i stated Trump won the election and we get him for four more years, a challenge was made to me, i said $100 bucks and the hands, no gloves, touched

her face went pale white as it all transpired...it was like she automatically responded radically because of the name Trump

in the end;
she won't pay up, i won't force it or rub her nose in it, but i didn't spend one second defending him
how it happened:
the election, as a subject, came up, i just said my peace, the bet went down and the day went forward without a peep about it for the rest of the day

LOL, it was very weird...because i didn't want to be rude and ask why she voted for an imbecile, a criminal imbecile

i just smiled inside, instead
;)

She is a megalomaniac. Break one off in her ass to show her who's boss around the house.

Hang the © ⓤ nt. WITHOUT a drop.

She's a traitor to the nation; a denier of the Constitution, a woman who for her own vain and avaricious reasons, was and is working to destroy the State of which she is to be chief exectutive.

For the deaths, ruination and anguish caused...HANGING.

Like any other government agency, they will promote her and continue the incompetence higher up.

We'll see how that pans out. It's becoming a new world and as much as we've seen exposed the last few months, we've barely scratched the surface. I truly believe we'll see a day very soon when these tyrannical, political hacks will be in hiding and running for the hills.

Ya gotta believe in good people working to defeat the bad!

Although it would be very unlike President Trump to go down from such a clown show farce of an election I admit I am losing faith good will triumph over evil this time. These fuckers are getting away with everything and the fucking courts won't even enforce the laws.

The courts were never relied on to fix anything. It's always been the military who will save the country. The time we're in now is the grace period those who want to get righteous are being given to do so. At some point that ends and the hammer comes down.

Stay faithful and be of good cheer. This shit ain't over yet brother Irons, not by a long shot.

Why sign an EO that is targeted at election fraud and not use it? What does Trump have to gain by walking away vs seeing this thing through? Think and breathe!!

Remember all the warnings they have gotten from the fake news from Trump & Kayleigh?
They have made their choices.

Remember this is about restoring America. Not a 4 year election.

So I ask. Seeing as how the Michigan Supreme Court had rules her actions unconstitutional aka tyrant....... is it ok to execute the tyrant?
Law should say yes as that has already been proven. So why is she still there?

She directs the state police and the state police care only about their precious pay checks and retirement funds. IOW, they "just follow orders" ...like any loyal nazi stormtrooper.

If/when she is removed it will likely have to be accomplished by fed.gov or We the People. Sic semper tyrannis.

The real kicker will be if/when election history is eventually reviewed and we find out she was never legitimately elected and nothing of which she has decreed has ever been valid.
