Yep. She's about 90% right I think - but suspect she's wrong about the riot not being staged.

Her viewpoint and logic was from the point of view of someone living in an area where the US government funds rioters in order to help them succeed in taking over power. This riot was staged in order to ensure it failed - which is why her keys were not present.
