Just watching this K35R "Stratotanker" refueling aircraft land at Andrews Joint Base by Washington.

Since POTUS will be on AF1 when everything goes down we should keep an eye on the skies for his departure as a signal of the start.

June 10, 2018, Peugeot Sound, AF1 had a missile fired upon it. Evasive maneuvers were taken. And the missile fell harmlessly into the sea. Trump was on his way to meet with the Korean dictator.
Rumor missile was launched by a sub that had been mothballed years before.

FRESNO, Calif. -- Vice President Mike Pence and his wife are set to visit the South Valley today.

The Vice President is expected to arrive at Naval Air Station Lemoore sometime around 2 pm.


He will speak with service members about the Trump administration's foreign policy achievements.

Second Lady Karen Pence will also speak this afternoon.

She's expected to address military families -- and will highlight employment solutions for spouses of deployed military members.


This will be the Vice President's second visit to the Valley in the last two years.

Both locations and visits are closed to the public.

Ramstein (ETAR) is a major hub for Air Mobility Command (AMC) and US Forces in Europe. Anything going to/from the middle east will more than likely stop at ETAR for fuel.

I would assume that the Navy always has one of these in the air in the event of a surprise attack that disables ground control.

I've noticed multiple E6 aircraft aloft on weekends the past couple of weeks. As for AF2, it might be headed to Offutt AFB for refueling. Who knows.

C-32 official range is 5650 nautical or 6500 statute miles.

If they're stopping, it's for hookerz and blow or because someone forgot to gas up prior to taking off.

I served in the Army '72-'74. When I talk with vets who went in decades later they say "Yeah, those were not the best of years." so I assume that 'era' is discussed in the ranks...

Had it been 10 years later I might have become a 'lifer'. Reason I mention it is now that I'm much older and I read the knowledge base some of you guys have I wish I could have seen it through for more than 2 years. In looking at the technology developed since then I'm amazed at where I would have been - at the forefront of an electronic age of discovery.

Back again. Near Cheyenne. Must have been in an odd place for triangulation.

I've seen a number of aircraft suddenly drop off the map...not sure what it means though.

Saw a line of C-130s tonight originating in Minneapolis and landing in D.C.

Woke up at 4:30 this morning and heard a distant propeller aircraft (sleep with the window open). Checked online and saw it was a C-130 from Fort Snelling (Minneapolis).

There have been steady streams of C17 and C130 aircraft into DC. Seen a bunch from Wyoming also.

A couple refuelers doing circles off the coast of Florida north of Maralago. Also an E6 command center heading down the other side of Florida.
