Was listening to Mark Levin this evening. Including last Thursday's game TV audiences are down 28% YOY.
Could not happen to a more deserving group of Multi-millionaires. IMHO

Well, what did they think would happen. I'm surprised they still have the viewership they do.

It's going to take awhile but that will be very interesting. How much you wanna bet they are going to cry foul and blame the rich owners? They have no concept of what they are really doing.

That 28% is more than enough to panic their bigger buyers of advertising time. When they panic, they pull their money quicker than you can say touch down.

the programmers wanted this incitement really bad

after blm 1.0 ratings dropped....then stayed flatish at the lower level

so they roll out blm 2.0 - but 10 times the intensity?

that's no accident

doubleheader of monday night football ratings confirm weekend numbers

https://sportsnaut.com/2020/09/nfl-...ootball-week-1-doubleheader-ratings-way-down/

According to ShowBuzz Daily, the doubleader on Monday night represented a major downtick in viewership from the same time slots a season ago.

  • Steelers at Giants: This game drew 10.8 million viewers on ESPN, down 21% from the early-game opener during Week 1 of the 2019 NFL season
  • Titans at Broncos: Drew 7.7 million viewers, down a whopping 38% from the late game last year.

These are just some startling numbers right here. They are also a continuation of a trend around the NFL world thus far on the young season.

Interesting so many main stream businesses and sports jumped on board so fast. Alienating their customer base. What do they know that we don't? Wonder what their 2-5-10 year plan is?

They don't have a plan. If they did they would think first, act second.
