Your fking kidding me, right???

those cars aren't wet
They're in 30ft of water and the ship is not submerged but about 20%.

But I wonder, don't they tie the cars down? If not, they're dented for sure...!

UPDATE 9/9/19, 8:30 p.m.: A Hyundai spokesperson told C/D that "There are no Hyundai branded vehicles on the ship" and referred us to the earlier Korea Herald news story that said many of the vehicles were Kias. We are continuing to seek out information on the vehicles as well as whether any of them can be saved. Throughout the day today, the Coast Guard located and rescued the four missing crew members in the capsized Golden Ray cargo ship.

although...i'd rather buy a car, salvaged from an 85 degree listed ship, as long as it remained dry, over a car that with-stood the current of any hurricane or flood...

but, i'd rather buy a leased vehicle over either of those choices...

that's saying a lot

Those who name things without knowing the language of where these things will be sold are forever locked in the dank cell of stupiditity:

MR-2 <-- To be sold in France. In French, it is pronounced: MERDE <-- That Is No Shit (yes it is).

Mattresses to be sold in Mexico: Sin Pronto <-- Supposed to be "sleep fast" :don't know:

KIA <-- WTF?? I would never even get in one because of the risk of becoming a meme.

Chevy Nova to be sold in Brazil. No Va means: "Won't Go" Jeez.

KUM hair care stuff. They watched "Something About Mary"...

NADS hair remover (for WOMEN!!)

IKEA came out with a kid's bench. In Swedish: FARTFULL <-- Hopefully, TINS.

Reebok came out with sneakers called INCUBUS (a demon rapist!!)

WACK-OFF insect repellent is currently on the market...

This speaks for itself:

Gawd bless the Rocky Mountain Navy! :2 thumbs up:

Here's a clue for the future: They paint the bottoms red. whistle: And they put propellers on the bottom, too.
