U.S. Marshals rescue 8 missing children in Indiana during "Operation Homecoming"



Eight missing children were rescued in a five-day rescue operation in the Indianapolis area and one person was arrested on charges including parental kidnapping, federal authorities said in a press release. The U.S. Marshals have now announced the rescue of 72 missing children in three states over the past week.


The children are between 6 to 17 years old in what's been called "Operation Homecoming," according to the U.S. Marshals Service's Southern District of Indiana.

Authorities said the children are "considered to be some of the most at-risk and challenging recovery cases in the area."

The arrested adult was also charged with possession of weapons and intimidation.

The children were turned over to the Indiana Department of Child Services.

Federal authorities worked with groups including Indianapolis police and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

"The Marshals are committed to assisting state and local agencies with locating and recovering endangered missing children to help prevent their falling victim to crimes of violence and exploitation," said Dan McClain, U.S. Marshal for the Southern District of Indiana. "The message that we wish to convey to the missing children and their families is that we will use every resource at our disposal to find you."

No further details about the children or the circumstances were released.

Last week, the U.S. Marshals Service said it found 39 missing children in Georgia during "Operation Not Forgotten." The operation led to the rescue of 26 children and the safe location of 13 others.

Kevin Spacey on Wednesday was sued by two men who say the actor sexually assaulted them in the 1980s when they were 14 years old.

The first plaintiff is Anthony Rapp, who previously said Spacey “tried to seduce” him decades ago when he was a 14-year-old actor appearing on Broadway. Rapp claimed that a then-26-year-old Spacey invited him to a party at the older actor’s apartment in 1986, placed him on his bed, climbed on top of him and made a sexual advance before the younger actor was able to “squirm” away.

The second plaintiff is identified only as C.D., who says he met Spacey in 1981 as a student in Spacey’s acting class when he was 12 years old. According to the complaint, obtained by TheWrap, the two met again when C.D. was 14, at which point Spacey invited him to his apartment where C.D. says he performed anal and oral sex on Spacey.

Former Maricopa County Sheriff's detective arrested during child sexual exploitation, sex trafficking sting operation

PHOENIX — A former detective with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office is accused of trying to entice a minor for sex for the second time this year.

The arrest came after a month-long sting operation to catch sexual predators in a joint law enforcement operation called "Operation Home Alone 2" in Pinal County.

"Operation Home Alone 2" was designed as a proactive operation to combat child sexual exploitation and child sex trafficking. Between Aug. 26 and Sept. 3 multiple arrests were made as a result.

Arizona Department of Public Safety detectives led the joint effort comprised of local, state and federal agencies, which targeted sexual predators who attempted to lure underage children with the intent of engaging in sexual activity.

A total of five suspects were arrested after detectives gathered enough evidence to develop probable cause.

Four suspects were booked into the Pinal County Jail, and one suspect was booked into the Maricopa County Jail.

On Aug. 26, detectives arrested 40-year-old Daniel May, of Maricopa, for luring a minor for sexual exploitation.

Its "message" appears to be that these pre-teens' rebellious "stuggles" are "justified" and "create self-fulfillment", "creativity" and "independence"... ???

There's a disturbing scene where she's confronting a guy - family member - who grills her for having stolen his cellphone (to be able to film an older male schoolmate's weiner at the school urinal - film the dance routines - watch adult dancers (with graphic boob showing) - and stripping in her home bathroom to take a picture of her own genitals and post it online - at age 11 of course... due to "peer pressure" purportedly)... and she tries to get him to let her keep the phone by starting to strip her clothes off for him - at which point he slams her against a door calling her crazy...

Follows a few "street dance competitions", and some disturbing shots of her ( in private, touching her crotch - and in public, apparently wetting herself while performing)...

U.S. Marshals Service Reveals Majority of Rescued Sex-Trafficked Children Came From Foster Care

The U.S. Marshals Service recently launched a nationwide effort to recover missing and exploited children. Three major operations rescued over 100 children, many of them from sex traffickers. But a disturbing trend discovered during the operation should launch a nationwide investigation into the American child welfare system. PJ Media reached out to USMS for details on the rescued children and was told that the majority of them came from foster care. This information was ignored in the initial media reports on the operation. Dave Oney, press contact at the USMS, responded via email to questions about the rescued children.

For the Northern Ohio Operation Safety Net: 25 of the 31 children recovered were in DCFS care in either a group homes or foster case. Additionally, seven children have been confirmed victims of sex trafficking.
For Operation Not Forgotten in Georgia: 28 of the 39 recovered were in the care of DFACS; 15 were victims of sex trafficking
For Operation Homecoming in Indianapolis: Of the eight children recovered, two were in foster homes or group homes. Five were runaways with risk factors. One was a noncustodial kidnapping. The bulk of the cases still being worked are foster/group home situations.​

The State Department recently confirmed that a large number of children involved in sex trafficking in the United States are coming from foster care.

In the United States, traffickers prey upon children in the foster care system. Recent reports have consistently indicated that a large number of victims of child sex trafficking were at one time in the foster care system.​

Why is the foster care system not under federal investigation? For the last several years I have investigated child welfare cases all over the country and have found glaring violations of constitutional rights by family courts and child welfare agencies. I discovered child welfare agents conspiring with doctors to illegally seize custody of newborns. PJ Media columnist Jeff Reynolds and I exposed disgusting living conditions in foster care group homes and incidences of horrific abuse that led to the murders of children in the system.
Child welfare departments have been found to remove children regularly without cause from good parents who struggle with health issues or addiction to put them into the homes of actual abusers. Social workers have been caught mocking parents’ rights online and modeling “professional kidnapper” t-shirts, lying to judges to intentionally keep children illegally, and actually abusing children themselves. Social services agencies regularly get sued and lose huge amounts of money for endangering children and violating rights.
What more will it take to convince the powers that be that there is a serious problem in our child welfare agencies?
