High School Counselor, Who Helped Organize Drag Show for Students, Arrested and Accused of Having Sex With 15-Year-Old Girl

Police charged an Arizona high school counselor with a sex crime after determining she had sex with a 15-year-old girl.

Zobella Brazil Vinik, 29, was a counselor at Tucson High Magnet School who resigned her position May 5 after being suspended.

A Tucson Police Department spokesperson said Vinik’s ex-wife told law enforcement the couple had been allowing the 15-year-old alleged victim to live with them in their home. According to a report from Tucson TV station KVOA, Vinik’s former spouse reported her 29-year-old partner had been sleeping with the 15-year-old. The report added the ex-wife informed police she recently found Vinik’s “underwear hidden under a pillow on the bed” the student had been sleeping in.

The ex-wife’s statement provided probable cause for investigators to obtain search warrants for electronic devices that subsequently led to the school counselor’s arrest. The report noted cell phone records “revealed inappropriate messages between the two that supports a sexual/romantic relationship.”

After reviewing the cell phone communications stored on their devices, police interviewed the 15-year-old. She reportedly “confirmed she had a sexual relationship” with the high school counselor. In that interview, the victim said “that the relationship turned sexual around February 2022,” according to the report.

The education system breeds them and provides them with a wealth of opportunity

Look at your RE taxes and see how, in many cases 'education' makes up the vast majority of the tax rate. Where's all that money going and, most importantly, who controls it?

I have a piece of property in Jeffersontown KY. Taxes are a little over $900 a year. A little over $700 of that goes to schools.

A transgender mother who forced the seven-year-old daughter she fathered to engage in child pornography at her New Jersey home has been jailed for 25 years without parole, along with three accomplices.
Marina Volz, previously named Matthew, was sentenced on Friday at Somerset County Superior Court alongside another transgender woman Ashley Romero 28, previously named Adam, and two other offenders Sean Allen, 54, and Dulcinea Gnecco, 21.
Volz, 32, ran a 'family-owned transgender pornography production studio specializing in amateur, BDSM and taboo fetish content' from her Coburn Lane home in Franklin Township, according to acting prosecutor Annmarie Taggart, where she allowed her accomplices to sexually abuse her young daughter.

The involvement of all four defendants was made clear in a string of group messages in which they discussed their plans to abuse Volz' child.
Somerset county assistant prosecutor Brian Stack told judge Peter Tober at sentencing on Friday the quartet orchestrated a 'vortex of darkness' that 'snuffed out' the young girl, adding the group were 'incapable of redemption' and had 'not accepted full responsibility'.
Judge Tober meanwhile said the crime was said 'heinous, cruel and depraved', and commented the child endured abuse involving a basement cage, neck collars and a variety of sex toys.
The judge sentenced Volz and Romero to 25 years without parole, while Allen received a 12-year sentence (eligible for parole after 10 years), and Gnecco was handed a five year sentence.
Volz, Romero and Allen will all be subject to lifetime parole supervision upon release.

Sean Allen received a 12-year sentence (eligible for parole after 10 years), and Dulcinea Gnecco was handed a five year sentence
An investigation by the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office Sex Crimes and Child Abuse Unit found Volz managed to win custody of the child in 2018, before taking her from her mother's home on the West Coast and bringing her back to New Jersey.
Once in captivity, the young girl was subjected to sexual abuse and filmed on multiple electronic devices.
Investigators who raided the property one night after they assumed custody of the child following an anonymous tip off in January 2019 discovered more than 30 computers, cameras and digital storage devices containing extensive evidence of child pornography and sexual abuse.
They also discovered firearms, a high-capacity magazine and cocaine at the residence, according to The Daily Voice.

Anthony Cowell, Volz' public defender, confirmed the child has been adopted by relatives and added his client had relinquished all parental rights following the abuse.
'She will never see her child again... I can't wrap my head around what happened in this case,' he said, adding the evidence was 'some of the worst images I have ever seen in my life' according to My Central Jersey.
Cowell explained Volz had no criminal record, had served in the US army and was not deemed to be a violent sexual predator prior to the case.
The judge meanwhile said it will be years before the full extent of the psychological harm endured by Volz' daughter is known, declaring the girl had 'suffered grievously' at the hands of her captors.
He also stated the transgender woman had herself suffered sexual abuse in her youth and had attempted to commit suicide on numerous occasions.

All four defendants pleaded guilty in November 2021 to a range of charges including human trafficking, aggravated sexual assault, creation of child pornography and possession of child pornography, as well as charges related to possession of firearms and high-capacity magazines.
Romero's lawyer insisted his client 'has her head on the right way for redemption... there is hope for her', despite the fact she extensively abused the child while being filmed.
Allen, a US Navy veteran, said he was complicit in orchestrating the cross-country transport of a minor for the purposes of sexual gratification, and had also engaged in the sexual abuse.
Gnecco meanwhile received a lesser sentence, as the judge established she had not participated in the abuse of the child.
The 21-year-old acted as the child's carer and was tasked mostly with cooking and cleaning in Volz' New Jersey home, according to her lawyer Jack Venturi.
She ultimately pleaded guilty to counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Acting prosecutor Taggart said the case served as an example of the importance of reporting suspicions of child abuse, arguing that without the anonymous tip-off from a concerned member of the community, Volz and her accomplices may never have been brought to justice.
Calls to the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency (NJ DCP&P) Child Abuse Hotline may be made anonymously, 24 hours a day, by calling 1-877-NJ ABUSE (1-877-652-2873).

Moment Connecticut socialite mother-of-four who secretly took sexual videos of three minors at her $10 million mansion is released from jail after 90 days - but still faces prison sentence of five years

  • Hadley Palmer, 53, was released from the York Correctional Institute on Wednesday after serving 90 days
  • She now faces being sentenced to between 90 days and five years on August 2
  • Palmer was arrested in October and pleaded guilty to three counts of voyeurism and risk of injury to a minor
  • Under a plea deal, the two more serious charges against her - employing a minor in an obscene performance and possession of child pornography - were dropped
  • Prosecutors say she had 'knowingly photographed, filmed and recorded three' minors in 2017 and 2018 without their knowledge at her $10 million mansion
  • Details about the case have been sealed by a judge to protect the victims' identities

A Connecticut socialite who pleaded guilty to secretly recording minors in sexual acts has been released from prison ahead of her sentencing.
Hadley Palmer, 53, was pictured Wednesday exiting the York Correctional Institute, where she has been held in custody since February 4.
She faces between 90 days and five years in jail after admitting the offenses in January.

Palmer opted to serve 90 days before her sentencing on August 2 where she could get a much sterner jail term.
Palmer was arrested last October, and pleaded guilty in January to three counts of voyeurism and risk of injury to a minor after prosecutors claimed she had 'knowingly photographed, filmed and recorded three individuals' in 2017 and 2018 without their knowledge at her $10 million mansion.
Those three individuals were minors - with one under the age of 16.
But as part of the deal, the two most serious charges against Palmer were dropped - employing a minor in an obscene performance and possession of child pornography.
Not much is known about the specifics of the case against her, as a judge ruled that the case should be sealed - saying that the need to protect the young victims outweighed the public's right to know about the proceedings.
Palmer will also have to register as a sex offender under her plea deal.

Judge John Blawie has previously ruled to keep her court documents sealed to protect the victims' identities

In court on Wednesday, Judge John Blawie asked whether the state was satisfied with the 90 days Palmer has already served in prison or if prosecutors would be seeking more prison time for Palmer, who was first arrested last year.
'The court's question is this: Does the state now consider the 90 days that the defendant just served by agreement to be sufficient in terms of the period of incarceration you will be asking for at sentencing?' Blawie asked, according to the Middletown Press.
'Absolutely not,' Assistant State's Attorney Daniel Cummings replied.
And before she was released, the Press reports, her attorney Michael Meehan asked the court to modify the conditions of her release to remove her GPS monitoring.
He also reportedly asked that the state strike a condition that prohibited her from owning any cellular or electronic devices.
Cummings ultimately agreed, so long as all camera functionality be permanently disabled.

It remains unclear exactly what Palmer did with the minors, as Judge Blawie ruled in February that the entire file should be sealed to protect the victims' identity and that opening it while redacting some of the documents would inevitably lead to the minor victims' being identified, one of whom police said was at least 15 years old.
'Between 2017 and 2018, the defendant knowingly photographed, filmed and recorded certain individuals without their knowledge or consent, and under circumstances where those individuals were not in plain view, and had a reasonable expectation of privacy, and at least one photograph taken by the defendant depicted a person who was a minor,' he wrote.
After her arrest in October, Hadley filed an application for a special probation program known as 'accelerated rehabilitation' which immediately sealed the file.
It is a program reserved for first-time offenders. It can be applied to defendants charged with Class C felonies, but only with 'good cause'.

Too lenient. Rape, murder, incest all of it needs to be mandatory life or end of life, they do NOT belong in a civilized society.

She gets three months to get her lawyers to grease the proper palms. At the most she'll get two year WITH Good Time that takes a little over three months off .

Texas Teen Goes to Bathroom at NBA Game, Is Found 10 Days Later Sold for Sex in Oklahoma Hotel

On April 8, a 15-year-old girl went to an NBA game with her dad. It was 10 days before he saw his daughter again.

The teenager from North Richland Hills, Texas, was at a Dallas Mavericks game with her father at the American Airlines Center in Dallas when she went to the bathroom right before halftime, according to KVUE-TV. Surveillance footage seen later that night showed the girl leaving the arena with a man, never returning to her seat at the game.

Police found the young teenager a week and a half later, on April 18, in a hotel room in Oklahoma City. She was rescued after the girl’s parents identified her through nude photos posted online, advertising her for sex.

In total, it was 11 days before the girl was reunited with her parents, family attorney Zeke Fortenberry said.

Fortenberry is representing the family in the case, arguing police in Dallas and North Richland Hills should have done more to help the father find his kidnapped daughter. The attorney also listed the arena, the Mavericks organization, and the Oklahoma City hotel as parties that could have potentially prevented the horrific crime.

“This girl was being sexually assaulted in a hotel room multiple nights,” said Fortenberry. “Any time she could have been rescued from that sooner would have been better.”

He also asserted the hotel staff should have immediately noticed something was off, explaining, “When a 40-something-year-old man walks in with a 15-year-old girl and rents multiple hotel rooms, and then there is traffic coming in and out of those rooms, those are red flags.”

The reason the attorney is implicating the arena and the Dallas Mavericks is that the man who kidnapped the girl reportedly gained access to the game with a fake ticket allegedly sold to him by someone known to the team and the American Airlines Center for pawning phony tickets.

As for why he has sent a letter to the litany of organizations — including two police departments — Fortenberry said, “Our intent is to put [these organizations] on notice that we’re pursuing claims against them for their negligence and other causes of action.”

HOW WAS SHE FOUND?
Unfortunately, the police were reportedly of little to no help to the panicked father.

Fortenberry said his client immediately notified Dallas police officers, who were at the American Airlines Center providing security for the game. They subsequently told him to report to North Richland Hills law enforcement, because that is where he and his daughter live. When he told his local police department, officers reportedly told the father they could not assist him, because the incident occurred in Dallas, not North Richland Hills.

It should be noted that, a couple hours after receiving a report of the missing teen, the North Richland Hills Police Department entered the girl’s name into the national missing person database, at around 3:24 a.m. April 9. Officers in North Richland Hills later coordinated with Dallas police to create a bulletin that went out April 11.

Those efforts, however, seemed too little too late, according to Fortenberry.

Ultimately, it was a Houston-based anti-trafficking organization, the Texas Counter-Trafficking Initiative, that successfully located the missing teenager using facial recognition technology. Thankfully, the group was able to swiftly locate a photograph of the kidnapped daughter online, according to the family attorney.

The initiative then immediately contacted staffers at the hotel in Oklahoma City. Local police officers then located the young teenager and arrested eight people in connection with the heinous crime, per WFAA-TV.

Authorities charged the eight people with various crimes, ranging from felony warrants to human trafficking rape.

“It’s not something that we take lightly whenever we are given tips or information that there is someone that we believe to be in danger possibly in our area,” said Sgt. Dillon Quirk of the Oklahoma City Police Department. “Fortunately, it really worked out in the end to find this person safely.”

Law enforcement officers in Oklahoma City were notified of the missing girl on April 14. They were told a teen girl from Dallas was at the local hotel, where she was “being trafficked for commercial sex purposes.”

The local officers’ investigation led them to convicted sex offender Kenneth Nelson, who used an Oklahoma state I.D. card under an alias to purchase the collection of hotel rooms. The name on the I.D. Nelson used is that of a real person who lives in Oklahoma and “could cause financial liability” for that individual, according to police.

According to an affidavit filed by police, they obtained a search warrant for the hotel rooms rented by Nelson. During the search, officers were able to identify the location shown in the explicit photos of the underage girl.

Karen Gonzales was arrested and charged as the one who took the pictures of the kidnapped teenager.

Please be in prayer for all involved in this terrifying ordeal.

Dead people don't rent motel rooms either. Time to drag the judge that let this goon off and disbar him at the least as he makes poor decisions.
Rope is the answer.

Motion Picture Academy member Jeffrey Cooper found guilty on child molestation charges News9 Staff 22 May 2022 2:51 AM Jeffrey Cooper guilty on child molestation charges. (Photo credit: Twitter) News Cooper was arrested four years ago and indicted on eight counts involving two children. Cooper was previously free on a $5 million bond, which was reduced from $9 million after his arrest. The victim said that Cooper positioned himself as a musical mentor but molested them in the recording studio. Film Academy member and sound mixing studio architect Jeffrey Cooper has been found guilty of three counts of child molestation. The jury's verdict came on May 20 at Los Angeles Superior Court in Van Nuys. Cooper was arrested four years ago and indicted on eight counts involving two children. The 70-year-old might face 12 years in prison when he is sentenced on June 1, reported Variety. Attorney Alan Jackson argued that his client, who has been free on bail since his arrest in 2018, should remain out of custody. But Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Alan Schneider denied the request and remanded Cooper to county jail. Cooper was previously free on a $5 million bond, which was reduced from $9 million after his arrest. Cooper has been involved in building studio and sound mixing facilities and sound design for theaters. The victim said that Cooper positioned himself as a musical mentor but molested them in the recording studio. The acts were alleged to have occurred on one victim between November 2006 and November 2007 and on the second between January 2012 and July 2016. The two accusers are now 16 and 28 years old. On the first day of the trial, one accuser recalled how she had considered Cooper a friend and mentor who shared her interests before he molested her. The grand jury convicted Cooper on all charges related to this survivor. "Over a decade later, this still haunts me," she testified. "I should feel empowered but I feel gross. I really try not to think about it. It really knocks me off my feet." After the verdict was delivered, Dave Ring, an attorney for the accusers, said, "Obviously the families are disappointed that the jury didn't convict as to one victim, but they are very pleased to see the jury at least convicted as to the second victim. It was incredibly satisfying for them to see Cooper immediately remanded to prison for what he did. They've been put through nothing short of hell during the last four years of criminal proceedings," according to Los Angeles Times. In a statement the academy said, "The Academy has been made aware of the alleged abhorrent behavior and will address this matter according to our Standards of Conduct and the due process requirements under California nonprofit corporation law. We would have grounds, under our rules, to expel any member convicted of a violent crime." Cooper has also designed post production sound recording and mixing studios for several of Hollywood's top studios, including Warner Bros., Universal and Lucasfilm.

Josh Duggar sentenced to over 12 years in prison for child porn possession

By Erin Keller
May 25, 2022

Former “19 Kids and Counting” star Josh Duggar was sentenced to 151 months, or 12 years and seven months, in prison Wednesday for receiving and possessing child porn.

One of the disgraced reality star’s previous charges was dismissed without prejudice, as Judge Timothy Brooks of the Western District of Arkansas ruled that Duggar did not “knowingly distribute” pornography, according to sentencing documents obtained by ET.

Duggar, 34, had “no reaction” while learning his fate. Duggar’s wife, Anna, and dad, Jim Bob, also did not have a visible reaction, the Sun reported.

He will either serve his time at a prison in Seagoville, Texas, or at a facility in Texarkana, Arkansas. Brooks recommended Seagoville because it has a “good” sex offender program — but his placement will ultimately depend on bed space.

Meanwhile, Duggar could have been sentenced to up to 20 years and fines up to $250,000 per count. Already a convicted sex offender, his legal team asked that he only spend five years in the slammer.

The initial 30-page defense filing states that Duggar sought a sentence that is “sufficient, but not greater than necessary,” and goes on to claim he’s “lived an admirable life while navigating unique challenges associated with being in the public spotlight since childhood.”

Prosecutors argued in the pre-sentencing filing that Duggar has a “deep-seated, pervasive and violent sexual interest in children.” In all, his legal team had more than 20 objections to the report at the sentencing hearing.

Kevin Spacey charged in UK with sexual assault of three men

By Evan Simko-Bednarski
May 26, 2022

Kevin Spacey was charged in the UK with four counts of sexual assault against three men on Thursday — as he appeared in a Manhattan court to testify in a separate sex assault lawsuit brought against him in New York.

The two-time Oscar winner, 62, has also been hit with a charge of “causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent,” the Crown Prosecution Service said.

The alleged incidents took place in London between March 2005 and August 2008, and one somewhere in western England in April 2013.

The alleged victims are all now in their 30s and 40s.

The UK charges stem from a probe of evidence gathered by the Metropolitan police.

Spacey was in court Thursday to testify in a civil suit over other allegations of sexual misconduct stemming from actor Anthony Rapp’s allegations that Spacey made sexual advances toward him when Rapp was just 14.

“He picked me up like a groom picks up the bride over the threshold,” Rapp told BuzzFeed News in 2017, noting how the pair had been alone in a bedroom.

“But I don’t, like, squirm away initially, because I’m like, ‘What’s going on?’ And then he lays down on top of me. He was trying to seduce me.”

“He was trying to seduce me,” Rapp said. “I don’t know if I would have used that language. But I was aware that he was trying to get with me sexually.”

Spacey has also been hit with a charge of “causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent.”Alec Tabak
At the time, Spacey said he was “beyond horrified” by Rapp’s account, and said he did not remember the encounter.

“But if I did behave as he describes, I owe him the sincerest apology for what would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behavior,” Spacey said.

don't misunderstand my pov, i'm not for perversion or child porn or anything like that and possession should be a harsh penalty type of a crime

but for fk sake...the guy physically molests multiple children and gets the same or less than the guy who watches it (probably does it too but let's not jump into the coals of this dumpster fire)

Kev will fit right in from what I hear about life in UK prisons, One Way or the other.

The Wiemar Republic degeneracy goes right to the top of the US government! I wish I could say what I'm so inclined to say right now but I'm not going to put myself or this forum at risk just for a little self satisfaction! Instead, I'll just say we need to remove this degeneracy from our society to protect our children and grandchildren from becoming its victims.

The library at the Ramstein US Air Force base in Germany cancelled Drag Story Hour for kids after reporting from The Post Millennial. The base, on which 54,000 American service members are stationed, accompanied by more than 5,400 US civilian employees, had held a Drag Story Hour in 2021, and was slated to hold one again.

However, after reporting brought the plans to light, the 86th Airlift Wing told The Post Millennial that the plans were scrapped. "An advertisement was posted to the base library social media page before the event had completed Ramstein's established processes for special observance coordination and approval," the public affairs spokesperson revealed.

"The advertisement has been removed and the event will not take place. Ramstein leaders strive to foster a culture based on inclusion where all people are treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their political views, color of their skin, or sexual orientation. The base's established processes will ensure all future special observance events are properly reviewed and approved prior to advertisement," the spokesperson said.

After the article came to light, a librarian from the base, Melissa Kay, responded to this writer, expressing their excitement, and saying that they are also excited about their plans for an upcoming Drag Karaoke and Drag Show, scheduled for June.

After the cancellation, Kay shared her dismay at the cancellation, writing "We're being forced to cancel all drag events on Ramstein due to a minority of people that have nothing to do with our base community."

Kay lamented the that the Air Force, despite their woke leanings in recent years, was not "inclusive" enough to have a story hour featuring cross-dressers for children.

EL PASO – Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) El Paso, the Texas Department of Public Safety and numerous other federal, state and local agencies located and recovered 70 missing children as a part of a three-week operation in West Texas.
“Operation Lost Souls” ran from the end of April through mid-May in El Paso, Midland and Ector and Tom Green counties. The missing youth, many of them runaways, ranged in age from 10 to 17. The children recovered included victims of sex trafficking, and physical and sexual abuse. The majority of the children were located in West Texas, but some were located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex as well as the state of Colorado and Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. The agencies provided victim services and counseling to the recovered children and their families.
“Operation Lost Souls exemplifies Homeland Security Investigations’ commitment to protecting the public from crimes of victimization. In this case, we are looking out for our children – our community’s most precious resource,” said HSI El Paso Deputy Special Agent in Charge Taekuk Cho. “HSI is committed to continue working with our law enforcement partners to locate, recover and help missing children heal, while ensuring that perpetrators are held responsible for these heinous crimes and brought to justice.”
Results of the operation were release during a news conference on May 25, which coincided with National Missing Children’s Day.
“At the Department of Public Safety, teamwork is one of our core values,” said DPS Major Matthew Mull. “We are grateful for all of our law enforcement partners who participated in this operation and who work around-the-clock every day to protect our communities, including our youth.”
The multi-agency operation produced additional information and leads that HSI is investigating.
“You have individuals who due to the pandemic have been unable to go see their friends or travel. When you feel secluded at home, not able to go out and about, they meet people online and go meet with these individuals,” said Taekuk Cho, deputy special agent in charge of Homeland Security Investigations in El Paso. “It could be a dating site, social media sites such as Tik Tok, Tinder, Snapchat […] They meet these individuals not knowing they are trying to bring harm to them.”
Assisting agencies included the following: HSI Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, Attache Office, West Texas Anti-Gang Center, Texas Highway Patrol, El Paso Police Department, U.S. Marshals Service, FBI, El Paso County Constables, Socorro (Texas) Police Department (SPD), Department of Family and Protective Services, El Paso Independent School District Police Department, Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission, and the Juvenile Probation Department.
These agencies also assisted: San Angelo (Texas) Police Department, Tom Green (Texas) County Sheriff’s Office, Odessa (Texas) Police Department, Ector (Texas) County Sheriff’s Office, Ector County Independent School District Police Department, Midland (Texas) County Sheriff’s Office, Midland County Independent School District, Midland Juvenile Probation Department, Advocacy Center for Children of El Paso, Paseo Del Norte Center of Hope, the El Paso Center for Children, Midland Rape Crisis and Children’s Advocacy Center, Harmony Home Children’s Advocacy Center, Midland Memorial Hospital SANE Nurses, and Medical Center Hospital SANE Nurses,
If you have information about a human trafficking victim, information about this type of criminal activity, please contact the National Human Trafficking Hotline at (888) 373-7888.

The PoS POTUS can offer support and words to the families of the Texas school shooting, but remain silent on the recovery of 70 missing / exploited children in the same area of West Texas ?
