Enraged Father Says School Covered Up Daughter's Bathroom Rape; Trans Student Had Previous Incident

A Virginia father who went viral after he was dragged out of a Loudon County school board meeting has revealed that he was protesting the school's transgender policy after he and his attorney claims that his daughter was raped by a 14-year-old trans boy in the girls' bathroom.

Scott Smith, 48, told the Daily Wire that his daughter, a 15-year-old freshman at Stone Bridge High School, was raped by the boy on May 28. He says he was called by school officials and only told that there had been a 'physical altercation.'
After he arrived on scene, he learned that she had actually been sexually assaulted. He says the school staff said they wanted to handle the situation 'internally,' and chose not to call the police.
After Smith became furious and challenged their decision, officials called Loudon County Sheriff's deputies.
"I went nuts. I called the principal a pussy. Six cop cars showed up like a fucking SWAT team," said Smith, adding that he had "exploded with rage."
Smith and the family's attorney say a rape kit and other tests prove a sexual assault occurred. After presenting the evidence to the police, a case was opened.
"Thank God that I drew enough attention to it, without getting arrested, that we got an escort to the hospital and they administered a rape kit that night," he said.
Two months after the incident, the boy was arrested for forced sodomy along with other counts, according to the family's attorney.
Three weeks after the alleged rape, Smith attended a school board meeting on June 22, where a discussion on a proposal to protect transgender students was on the agenda. After he was dragged out of the meeting, he was ridiculed on social media, and painted as a right-wing anti-trans bigot by the left.

The family has established a GoFundMe account.
"My wife and I are gay- and lesbian-friendly," Smith told the Daily Wire. "We’re not into this children transgender stuff. The person that attacked our daughter is apparently bisexual and occasionally wears dresses because he likes them. So this kid is technically not what the school board was fighting about. The point is kids are using it as an advantage to get into the bathrooms."
Cover-up?
During the June 22 meeting, school board member Beth Barts claimed not to know of any assaults happening in bathrooms or locker rooms during the trans student discussion. Superintendent Scott Ziegler echoed that sentiment, saying "To my knowledge, we don’t have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms," adding "the predator transgender student or person simply does not exist."

Smith told the Wire that he was attacked by an activist who insisted his daughter was not assaulted, during which an officer came over.
"The next thing I know, I’m getting touched from all over the place. I didn’t know who was touching me, who was grabbing me. I turn around, the police are grabbing me and next thing I know, I’m tackled to the ground. I’m just shocked and horrified," Smith told Fox News on Tuesday.

Repeat offender

According to the Epoch Times, the same boy allegedly, after transferring to another school, was charged with sexual battery in October after being accused of inappropriately touching a 15-year-old in Ashburn.
Meanwhile, Newsweek reports that the same trans boy was reportedly under court-ordered electronic surveillance for a previous sexual assault charge.

More via the Epoch Times:
The arrest was widely reported and was cited by the National School Boards Association in its recent letter to President Joe Biden urging him to take action to combat incidents the board likened to domestic terrorism.
Several days later, Attorney General Merrick Garland announced federal officials would be targeting people who harass, intimidate, or threaten school board members and others who work with or at public schools.
A Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) spokesman told The Epoch Times in an email that it is aware of reports concerning the alleged sexual assaults at two high schools in the district and declined to provide details. However, the district said the sheriff’s office was contacted within minutes of the earlier assault.
“Once a matter has been reported to law enforcement, LCPS does not begin its investigation until law enforcement advises LCPS that it has completed the criminal investigation. To maintain the integrity of the criminal investigation, law enforcement requested that LCPS not interview students until their investigation is concluded,” the spokesman said.
“LCPS has cooperated and continues to cooperate with law enforcement. Furthermore, LCPS is prohibited from disciplining any student without following the Title IX grievance process, which includes investigating complaints of sexual harassment and sexual assault. LCPS does impose interim measures to protect the safety of students involved in the original incident, deter retaliation, and preserve the integrity of the investigation and resolution process. LCPS has complied and continues to comply with its obligations under Title IX,” it added.
The district also said that members of the school board were not aware of the assaults until this week.
The board approved the transgender-friendly policy in August.
Knowing her father stepped up for her like this will help this young ladies healing process. Keep in mind what you are dealing with at the school boards. Pornography and child porn in the libraries is acceptable to many school boards under the disguise of valuable gay teaching material. Local school boards need cleaned out. While our backs were turned they have been infiltrated by dark forces. Wake County school board is trying to extent their term of election by a year and bypass the election.

Just think about her healing recovery if her Dad removed the threat, all together.

Unfortunately, the system is not on their side. He would go to jail and she would lose her protector.

While inside the Senate building in Paris mandatory jabs for ALL were being discussed, crowds massed outside...

The speaker is Florian Philippot, who's been organizing anti-pass weekly demonstrations for months.

He used to be #2 of Marine LePen's "National Front" party (now "National Gathering") - but split & formed his own party "Les Patriotes" (The Patriots).

Presidential elections coming up in about 6 months, his party isn't "on the radar" of the "leaders"... (an openly gay far-right leader isn't really a "magnet" for that electorate...), though he just happens to have one of the "programs" that I prefer....

The proposed "mandatory jabs for all" LAW got shot down... for now, in the French Senate, by a wide margin... Some "hope"...

Problems arising from the state’s demand that every worker have a ‘green pass’ demonstrating they are vaxxed, or face fines, are threatening to disrupt ports, businesses, and may precipitate wider upheaval.
From today, all employees in Italy are legally required to have the country’s ‘green pass’, showing they have had at least one dose of a vaccine, or have recovered from the disease within the last six months, to go to work. Alternatively, they can also do their jobs if they pay (out of their own pockets) for a test every two days, provided it comes back negative, obviously. Currently, around 15% of private and 8% of public sector employees are reported to not have the green pass.
Workers in Trieste announced they would strike at the port from today and are refusing to conform with green pass requirements. Late yesterday, this strike was ruled illegal, but thousands of port workers are out demonstrating against the pass today.
ALSO ON RT.COMHundreds blockade Italian ports as mandatory Covid-19 passes come into effect for all workers (VIDEOS)
In the Venice region, at Electrolux, which has 23% of 1,430 employees unvaccinated, an eight-hour strike started today against the pass. Many other businesses face disruptions as employers struggle with checks every day as they cannot store employees’ health data due to privacy regulations. Many buses and coaches in the Venice region have been cancelled due to a lack of drivers with passes.
In addition, it is estimated 30% of lorry drivers in Italy do not have the pass. Forty percent of drivers originate from outside Italy, meaning many of them have types of vaccination doses that are unrecognised by the government and may be unable to enter workplaces from today.
Employees risk fines of up to €1,500 and being suspended from work without pay if they do not comply with the new regulations. The only other country that has made evidence of not having Covid-19 necessary for all employees is Saudi Arabia.

Italy’s green pass was initially announced in mid-July, came into force on August 6, and was required for foreign flights, to eat inside restaurants, to work in healthcare, and enter museums, concerts, galleries, theatres, cinemas, and sporting venues.
On September 1, the green pass was extended as necessary to travel on long distance trains and buses, domestic flights, for all employees at schools and universities, and for students to attend university.
There were concerns over vaccine uptake in mid-September, with 12.3% of the Italian population aged 50 and over not vaccinated against Covid-19. Over half these were aged 50 to 59, hence the nudging of employees to get vaccinated.
The announcement that the green pass would be extended to all employees initially led to an increase of 11% in vaccinations in the week after September 16, yet the vaccination rate has gone up and down in subsequent weeks.
With more than 80% of Italians over 12 years old fully vaccinated, between 1,500 and 2,800 new Covid-19 cases each day and a positivity rate below or at 1%, Covid is now a minor disease in Italy. While it is worrying that there are usually 30 to 50 new deaths associated with the disease each day, the Gimbe medical foundation reported on September 16 that Covid cases in Italian hospitals were “unvaccinated people almost exclusively.”
Vaccinations have been very effective in combating the virus. But if some people choose not to get vaccinated and risk becoming ill and dying from the disease, they should be free to do so.
ALSO ON RT.COMItalian police warn of armed attacks by anti-vaxxers at protests, eight people under investigation
Italy’s green pass is placing severe restrictions on rights to work, study, travel, and live as free citizens, despite unvaccinated people having done nothing illegal. Bodily autonomy is a fundamental human right, so it was unsurprising that tens of thousands of Italians protested in Rome last Saturday against the green pass (with violent scenes breaking out among a small minority of demonstrators and police) and, if the government chooses to continue with this scheme, I fully expect more protests in the foreseeable future.

That's a time-honored tradition of French farmers.
Often manure
Other times rotten fruit, fishermen dumping rotten fish (couldn't sell at production cost because of government policies)
I think I remember truckloads of live pigs at one time... (could be mistaken)...

An old "way around high vehicle fuel prices" used to be the "discount (less taxation) on heating oil" (essentially diesel fuel)... But the government put different "coloring agents" in the respective fuels so as to "catch the cheaters"... But now heating oil is just as expensive as diesel...

About 15 years ago I did some research on heating a building. Seems most everything came out very close & it boiled down to BTU and it was a wash when done.

His final check and pension status...all in jeopardy if he's fired.

And it can be done. I don't know what Washington law or his union contract stipulate, but we had plenty of railroaders who acted out on their last day, went off to "retirement" and then were retroactively fired.

Railroad Retirement being managed by the government, it didn't affect their eligibility. But some railroads had ESOPs, and that could affect final payments there - which would affect taxes. As well, violation of FCC radio rules or employers' radio protocols (which have the force of law) can result in fines.

And of course, future employment opportunities. Harder to get a job (or it used to be) once you're FIRED from a police agency.

MOREOVER. Police open-band radios have two-channel setups. The transmission is on a separate band than what field units receive. So units can talk to the dispatcher, but no other car hears them. The dispatcher transmits on a different frequency.

To control radio noise and prevent cross-talk. So, IF he did this, he was just talking to the dispatcher - no one else heard him. Dispatcher was probably yawning...they get fatigued, and momentarily contemptuous of the people they have to hear from all the shift...

I'm heading to another school board meeting this afternoon in Wake County. I doubt it will be as colorful as the last meeting in Orange County but we shall see. We are no longer allowed to bring signs to meetings. Time for some T shirts. Ill take some pics.

I don't believe he was fired, he had resigned at that point. Besides, and to your point, if I'm him I already know that they're going to try and cheat him out of his pension anyway because he refused to take the jab so, what else does he have to lose? He might as well get his licks in while he can! He seems like a smart guy and might even be in a position to go without the pension altogether.

I love the Wake area, some great BBQ out there, a little shack on the side of the road. Spent a bit of time out there, thought they had a back bone to stand up to the liberal BS, I guess we will have to wait and see.

The School Board meeting for Wake had poor attendance. Everyone seems much more involved in surrounding Johnson and Orange county. We did have three speakers at the board meeting. All amazing speakers. This is the little rag, tag group from last night. The lady in the rat costume never gives up and never stops trying, she always makes me smile. Last night was a wake up call for me. The main topic among parents was pulling their kids out of school. I think they are all just going through the motions knowing public schools are lost. The schools are starting covid testing and part of the debate last night was about setting up vaccination sites on school grounds. We have also been told teachers are suppose to start diagnosing children's mental issues.

Another wake up call for me came from a young man I meet and talked with. He is a Lieutenant Colonel in the army. He told us what was going on there. He said moral has never been so low and a lot of the men are just confused. He told us there is rebelion about the vaccine but many of the other men are simply clueless and oblivious, He talked about how his brother who is also high ranking is planning on losing the paperwork for all his unvaxxed men and hopes to get it caught in red tape oblivion. He said he took the vax in January trusting Trump. When all the info started coming out he didn't know what to make of Trump's part in the vax. I could tell he was a Q guy. He said as far as he knew and he has family in the army higher up the food chain that there was NO master plan. No one was coming from within the army to save us or rebel. He said once you joined the service they owned you. He said he was confused too and that this point trying to live a nonviolent life but felt a big threat to his family and prayed for wisdom as to what lines to cross.

Nope, they would just get arrested for having no shirts. I'm not sure if people understand how far this has gone. At the Orange county meeting BLM were doing loud anitwhite chants. That was ok. When the Christian group started singing Amazing Grace they were told by Police to shut up or leave. Anyone with signs had to take them to the car except for the huge BLM banner pasted to the outside wall.

Of course it was staged. He had a camera set up to record it all. But believe me all of the other officers heard it- probably dozens of times- maybe not at the exact time he transmitted it but I'm sure it was all the buzz at the donut shop. And you saw it along with many, many thousands of others. I even saw it a couple of times and I'm usually the last person to click video links.

Whatever his motives, I applaud his defiance.

The Germans did that in WWII in conquered countries to reduce theft of military gas. Green and Red, IIRC.

Not surprised reading this Avalon sorry. What did shock me was that the lady wearing the rat costume didn't get assaulted by the BLM counter protestors and then arrested by cops.

This is the saddest thing I have read in a long time. Another glaring indication that the country is falling fast.

Thank you for all your efforts. You're doing great even if it feels fruitless sometimes.

The "solution" for civilians was making "gazogene conversions", i.e. a wood/coal downdraft stove, which would give off combustible gas to direct into the carburator... Lots of weight, and had to stoke it (like a locomotive) to climb hills... and the fire would go out on downhills...

Time for some lighter-fluid and a match...
you would have loved it. When we were told our signs had to go one of the ladies asked the Officer if that included the huge BLM banner hanging on the wall. His response was he didn't have the authority to remove it. Clown world...

I can promise you I will get arrested before this is all over. I have done it before. I think the charges were trespassing and civil disobedience. It just has to be timed and orchestrated to make me look like a victim instead of a nut. Remember the granny that got knocked down and pepper sprayed in Australia. It went viral. She took one for the team.

Suggest it to a "young-un"! ;)
Preferably a "minor" so no "record"... (and they're faster than the DoNut gang...)
