Federal law enforcement moved in & pushed & tackled rioters away from the Portland federal courthouse after they kept returning & trying to break inside. After rioters broke the glass under the wood barrier, officers rushed in. #antifa #PortlandRiots

One of the support roles for those who help #antifa rioters is to drive around & resupply them and/or block the streets to slow movement of law enforcement. They do this with cars & also motorcycles. Here, federal officers confront a driver. #PortlandRiots

UPDATE: Charges pending for man accused of kneeling on child’s neck in social media photo

CLARK COUNTY, Ohio — UPDATE @ 3:15 p.m. (July 22):

Charges are pending review by the Clark County Prosecutor’s Office against a man accused of kneeling on the neck of a 2-year-old child in a photo shared on social media, according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

The man, who deputies identified as Isaiah Jackson, 20, has been booked in the Clark County Jail on a probation violation and remains in the jail Wednesday afternoon, according to online jail records.

The sheriff’s office said a case against Jackson has been presented to the prosecutor’s office who will “provide a determination on the scope and breadth of the felony charges” that Jackson will face in the alleged incident, Clark County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Kristopher Shultz said in a media release. Investigators did not detail the charges Jackson might be charged with.

Deputies said an investigation was launched Tuesday after they were made aware of the photo, which shows a man with his knee on the back of a child’s neck. The child appears to be crying in the photo while a second person holds the child’s hands behind their back. The photo’s caption read “Blm now.”

Investigators made contact with the child, their mother, and Jackson. The child was transported to an area hospital for examination, however they did not suffer any injuries from the incident deputies said.

“Subsequent interview with the mother revealed that she was unaware of the photo having been taken, or its contents, until she had been informed by other parties,” Shultz said.

FIRST REPORT (July 21):

A social media photo of a man kneeling on the back of the neck of a child is currently under investigation by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

>>Ohio House Speaker Larry Householder, 4 others arrested on federal charges stemming from $60 million bribe

A picture of the post was sent into News Center 7 Tuesday, showing the man with his knee on the back of a child’s neck, who appears to be crying. A second person in the photo is holding the child’s hands behind their back. The caption of the photo reads “Blm now.”

A version of the the photo, which some might find disturbing, is available at the bottom of this news story, with the faces of the child and man blurred out.

The photo resembles the action taken by Minneapolis police officers during the arrest of George Floyd May 25 that resulted in his death.

Investigators in Clark County said they are investigating the post, however no arrests have been made and charges have not been filed.

“We are looking into this case, however it is still an active investigation. At this point we are actively looking into it and we are VERY early on into this investigation,” Maj. Chris Clark said in an emailed statement.

According to emergency scanner traffic, deputies, police, and medics were called to two different addresses Tuesday morning in Clark County as a part of the investigation.

We’ll continue to update this story with new details as they become available.

Police: Protesters breaking into businesses, setting merchandise on fire

https://komonews.com/news/local/police-protesters-start-fire-at-capitol-hill-business

SEATTLE — Authorities said several businesses have been broken into by a group of protesters and merchandise in some of the stores were set on fire late Wednesday night.

The Seattle Police Department said they received reports of a fire started by protesters at a business in the 1400 block of East Olive Way.

Firefighters extinguished the fire in the two-story commercial building and reported no injuries. There was no one inside the business, authorities said.

Less than 30 minutes after the initial fire police said protesters broke into a business in the 1100 block of Pike Street and started setting merchandise on fire.

The owners of LIKELIHOOD SEATTLE, a local business selling men's and women's shoes at 1101 East Union Street, said their store was hit by the group of protesters, but police told them nothing could be done.

All of the windows of a Whole Foods located at Broadway and Madison were smashed as well.

I’m seeing more and more posts where the feds are pushing back

It’s funny how they scatter when there’s a little push back.

Watch to the and when the (no situational awareness) lollygagger gets introduced to the curb

ANTIFA Announces Formation of a -Red Army- in U.S. The Violent Left Says They Want a Shooting Civil War

June 25, 2020

1595729481470.png

For well over a year and a half, ANTIFA and fellow travelers have continued their violent "peaceful" marches attacking constitutional rule of law in the U.S.

Initially, ANTIFA got away with beating Trump supporters bloody as Democrats ordered cops to stand down and let it happen, labeling anyone who believes in our nation's highest law "Nazi" or "fascist" and of course, "racist" and "white supremecist." However, more recently, ANTIFA's paid masked thugs have been the ones suffering the thumping in confrontations provoked by Democrats and the mainstream media. How has ANTIFA responded to the series of humiliating defeats? By calling up a 'Red Army' to "annihlate" their enemies. By purchasing firearms and ammunition and training like… like a militia.

The organization formerly known as ACORN has been providing ammunition and former military small arms instructor to train 'Red Army' elements, and this activity has been going on across the U.S. for more than a year.

The twisted minds of the radical leftists now in charge of the Democrat Party view their unlawful, unprovoked violence against political enemies as "self-defense." In reality, ANTIFA's “self-defense” looks a whole lot like textbook fascism. in other words, using force and violence to suppress opposing points of view is exactly what Hitler's Brown Shirts did. And using violence to achieve political goals is the textbook definition of terrorism.

There can be no doubt that Democrats are now controlled by a fascist domestic terror organization built on a pack of lies.

There can be no doubt that politicians have ordered law enforcement not to enforce the law.

So one thing is perfectly clear now: If the authorities do not stop and prosecute this sort of political violence, peace-loving American gun owners will.

No matter what Democrats say, you have a universal human right to self protection – not granted by but guaranteed by our nation's highest law. When the police refuse to do their jobs, law abiding citizens will have no choice but to protect themselves and their loved ones, as is their basic human right.

During the 2016 elections, there were blatant incidents of ANTIFA intimidating voters while local cops were ordered to stand down and federal authorities were busy trying to further an illegal coup attempt against President Trump. No one has been punished for these violations of law, and so it is reasonable to anticipate that ANTIFA and BLM will widen and intensify their violence during the 2020 election season.

chainsaw man!

https://www.themonitor.com/2020/06/06/17000-bond-man-wielding-chainsaw-protesters-mcallen/

1595742307151.png

A man who was seen shouting and brandishing a chainsaw at Black Lives Matter protesters downtown McAllen on Friday was arraigned Saturday and is being held on bonds totaling $17,000.

The individual, Daniel Peña, 44, was charged with four counts of deadly conduct and one count of assault — class A misdemeanors.

Peña was arrested by McAllen police after the incident occurred Friday afternoon.

In a video of the incident, Peña can be seen yelling racial slurs and telling marchers from a Black Lives Matter demonstration to go home while revving a chainsaw.

One of the protesters Peña allegedly accosted said before the video began he ripped a sign out of another protester’s hands.

A video of the incident gained enormous traction on social media Friday, so much so that at one point “McAllen” was trending on Twitter with tens of thousands of tweets about the subject.

Mayor Jim Darling referenced the incident in a statement on social media Friday.

“The ‘chainsaw man’ has been arrested. We will not tolerate such conduct in our City of McAllen,” Darling wrote. “We apologize to the protesters that were threatened by him. That is not what we do or who we are!”

In addition, McAllen Police Chief Victor Rodriguez confirmed Peña was linked to a truck seen in the background of the video and says it aided the investigation.

“That vehicle was able to lead us to this suspect, I would say within 45 minutes or so we were knocking on doors,” he said.

Rodriguez declined to elaborate on how Peña was linked to the vehicle. Individuals online noticed a logo for Delta Specialties Signs & Supply in Edinburg on the truck’s door and began leaving negative reviews for the business and posting about the incident on their Facebook page.

Delta Specialties Signs & Supply did not respond to multiple requests for comment for this story, but they did acknowledge the incident in a Facebook post, claiming the man was not an employee.

“Delta Specialties Signs & Supply’s values and believes [sic] are not the ones represented today. The person in this video is not an employee of Delta Specialties nor does he represent our company. As for the legalities of this incident, McAllen PD will be handling the investigation,” the post said. “Delta Specialties Signs & Supply and it’s [sic] owners have been a part of the RGV community for over 35 years and want you to know that we continue to pray for healing and ask for your understanding.”

The post also voiced support with the activists.

“Please continue being the voice of change and stand for what is right. This is a time to stand united and strong,” it read. “Again, Delta Specialties Signs & Supply apologizes for this unfortunate turn of evens [sic] and we thank you for your patience and understanding.”

According to other posts on its Facebook page, Delta Specialties Signs & Supply provides signage for several local municipalities and school districts in the Rio Grande Valley.

Furthermore, the incident was not only circulated by local residents and Valley news outlets. It also gained national media attention from CNN, CBS News and Buzzfeed. Celebrities picked up the story too, including Valley native Cristela Alonzo.

“My support is with the black community,” Alonzo wrote in a social media post sharing the video. “THIS is a perfect example of how this disgusting thinking can exist within our own communities. We need to call it out. I hate this happened.”

Mercedes Schlapp — the White House’s former director of strategic communications under President Donald Trump, who left the post to join Trump’s campaign as a senior advisor — retweeted a post sharing the video with a decidedly less critical caption.

“I’d want this guy with me in a ride or die moment,” the comments Schlapp retweeted stated. “Mexican business owners know what’s up.”

The incident also generated outright support for Peña, particularly on social media. There was even a GoFundMe campaign asking for donations to pay for his legal fees.

“To be honest I’m tired about what is going on in the USA and I did step out of my truck and peacefully I told some of the protester to take it easy and go home,” the campaign website stated. “I think the Rio Grand [sic] Valley area don’t need this kind of demonstration since others are affected by the protesters and most likely some of them are not even there for the real cause. Some of them are just there to vandalized [sic.] and to affect the small local business.”

The post said the campaign was seeking donations due to the state of the economy.

“While your [sic.] reading this I’ve been charged for what i did, and I am in need of a good honest lawyer who can defend me. Since it is a difficult time economically speaking for everybody i will need to be prepared to cover all the legal fees of my case,” it read.

Before the post was removed a little before 2 p.m. Saturday it garnered over $1,700 in donations.

“I can confirm that the campaign started by Daniel Peña was removed from the platform because it violated GoFundMe Terms of Service, and all donors have been refunded,” GoFundMe representative Olivia Kealey wrote in an email.

Kealy did not elaborate on what terms had been violated before press time.

A similar GoFundMe campaign requesting donations for Peña was started shortly after the first was removed. Supporters had donated $80 by Saturday evening

BLM dude reportedly pointed his AK47 at a guy in his car.

Here he is being interviewed earlier in the evening about the “pussies” that won’t do anything about it

Later in the evening the driver of the car shot him 4 times and killed him

There’s some funny context to this. This guy is a left wing reporter. A week ago he tweeted at Trump “I went out to see for myself, there’s no problem “chill dawg”

Then he tweeted he and his cat were bugging out

Then he tweeted he was scared and going to buy a gun

When the enemy is at the gates you can become a conservative pretty damn quick

Why should that alone trouble anyone? The actual people dying in the streets should be more troubling. The MSM is useless. I think it's cute that they still use the term protests and attribute the Portland riots to Floyd's death. They still refuse to state the truth and will hide behind the narrative until their buildings are all burned to the ground

US attorney for Oregon blasts Portland officials in blistering interview: 'Nonsensical, political theater'

1595891492773.png

U.S. Attorney Billy Williams ripped the Portland ban on police working with feds

Oregon's U.S. Attorney Billy J. Williams told The Oregonian over the weekend that Portland officials were engaged in "nonsensical, political theater" by banning city police from working with federal law enforcement and swore that the federal government would not be abandoning any of the federal buildings in the city. "Anyone who thinks we’re just going to give up the courthouse, Hatfield, Pioneer (Courthouse) or any other federal facility downtown, that’s not going to happen," Williams said in the interview, according to the paper. "We’re not leaving." For two full months, protesters have demonstrated nightly outside Mark O. Hatfield U.S. Courthouse, attempting to set the courthouse on fire, vandalizing the building, and throwing knives and using fireworks against federal law enforcement sent to defend the building. The unrest has come as similar protests have raged around the country, aimed ostensibly at bringing about racial justice and defunding police departments in the wake of the death of George Floyd in late May while in the custody of the Minneapolis Police Department. The protests have been especially politically charged in Portland, with accusations that federal agents are making unjustified arrests of protesters in unmarked vans. Civil rights groups have called the incidents "kidnapping." Williams requested an inspector general probe into the incidents and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has said that the agents were identified with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) insignia during the alleged encounters, but that their names were not on their uniforms due to doxing attempts against the officers.

Meanwhile, Democratic politicians, amid nightly violence, have slammed the federal government for its actions and insisted that the protests are largely peaceful. "Portland, Ore., is not out of control," Rep Earl Blumenauer, D-Ore., said on the House floor last week. "To be sure, there are some people who have strong feelings and there are some who have done things that are inappropriate and unlawful. But that is the challenge of our local officials and our state officials to manage it. Not having somebody unwelcome, uninvited and unprepared coming to take this difficult situation and make it worse." Blumenauer later demanded the resignation of DHS Secretary Chad Wolf in a tweet. "Any person who oversees the kidnapping of protesters and the violent occupation of American cities has no place in our government," he said.

Williams declined to comment on the incidents of alleged "kidnapping" to The Oregonian, citing the inspector general probe, but did defend federal law enforcement's presence in the city, saying they will be there until "violent extremists" stop trying to break into the courthouse. "Until that happens, we’re going to do what we need to do to protect federal property," Williams told The Oregonian. "When the violence ends, then there won’t be a need for the presence of nightly federal officers… It seems quite simple." He criticized Portland for banning their police from working with federal officers. The decision was "short-sighted," he said according to the paper, and "doesn't help anything." In the same interview, U.S. Marshal Russel Burger explained the reasoning behind federal officers' actions, including the use of tear gas, pepper spray, rubber bullets and more. Burger said, according to The Oregonian, that the less-than-lethal measures are used to maintain a "defensive posture," and a fence used to "de-escalate" the scene around the courthouse. Officers try not to leave the courthouse unless rioters try to set the building ablaze or tamper with the fence to get to the courthouse, Burger said – and when officers are attacked by the demonstrators they try to scatter the rioters, "if it means pushing them out four blocks away, if that’s what it takes, that’s what they got to do." Williams has previously said that federal officers have been "subjected to nightly threats and assaults from demonstrators while performing their duties." A federal judge last week denied a request from Oregon's attorney general to keep federal agents from arresting people outside the courthouse, due to the fact the government lacked standing to sue on behalf of the protesters.
