A vice chair of the Democratic National Committee is accused of abusing a New York affordable housing program for his own benefit.

State Assemblyman Michael Blake, who was tapped for a state task force investigating corruption in one housing program, “has for years taken advantage of a different homeownership program by improperly subletting a government-subsidized condominium intended for moderate-income tenants, in violation of a host of rules and restrictions,” Crain’s New York magazine reported Monday.

The magazine noted that state and city housing officials pledged to investigate the issue.

Blake, who represents the Bronx in the state legislature, is also a Democratic candidate for New York’s 15th Congressional District. He previously worked in former President Barack Obama’s administration.

Blake’s state office did not return the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment. (RELATED: DNC Chair Tom Perez Complains That Voters Influenced By Church)

WATCH:

The DNC vice chair drew headlines in November 2019 after demanding that Fox News fire host Tucker Carlson, a co-founder of the DCNF. Blake interrupted his own interview on the network to demand why Carlson has “a job here in the first place.”

This isn't the first time that HUD has served as a personal "wallet"...

this country is really beginning to stink something terrible

follow the money, mr. small potatoes didn't work his 'magic' in a vacuum, then we need to be sure the bank that was laundering his money get charged...then there are the tenants who 'knew'

could probably fill the cells of a small city jail with all the perps...maybe that's it, the cost to prosecute these people is just too expensive.

We can afford the Investigations, we just can't afford the Incarceration

I wonder how many others are abusing the program.
yeah, that is the thing, these threads are unfailingly hard to accept,

those things we speak of all the time, regarding 3rd world drugs and corruption,
are here also in spades,

we remain asleep, turning the other cheek and just saying that is the way things are,
those of us, who have been around here for anything more than a couple of minutes, are well up to speed. Knowing full well what is up, but hunkering down, trying to remain out of the lines of fire.

minding our own business, staying under the radar,

watching these bstrds constantly probing, pushing the envelope. Whether the 2nd or kenyan care.
most here realize that kenyan care actually started in the 90's with the klintons trial ballooning it. Sure it didn't work out at that time, but here we are now, and it is the law of the land.

now rampant communists are at the door, pushing that envelope even further, blatantly so, proudly so.

and yet, we remain silent,

ohh sure, some here back tramp and hope like hell he can do something, but is that not just deferring the responsibility on to others?

Red flag "laws" are going up in select states across the nation and the current crop of the communist party candidates want to implement similar policies nationally. Perhaps as vans begin pulling up to homes all over America and so called "public servants" begin stealing weapons from people that haven't even been accused of planning a crime people will get sick of it and begin retaliating...for realz. Disarmed people will behave much more obediently methinks.

There will be those who shoot back and that will escalate as more cop vans start showing up at more houses. It won't end well at all!

Eventually, I expect, there'll be what amounts to militias hunting those perpetrating these thought crime "justified" thefts of private property. I mean hell, if they're going to come for your guns anyway, people may as well get together and collectively defend themselves.

Oh wait that's kind of a conspiracy theory isn't it? Obviously people never conspire to work together for mutual self interests.

suggestion:
for militia outer wear, think Antifa, think black/face covering/but strategic outer wear, think overhead cameras that can recognize movement in your area

situational awareness for those in urban, suburban, city dwellers of all sized cities, begin to notice where the cameras are located, they'll have to be either destroyed or worked-around

that's what worked in my RPG simulations, Thanks Microsoft
:2 thumbs up:

Why play defense at 3am? Play offense. They pass the vote they signed their own fate. High profile targets. All's fair in love & war.
