China will have a massive inland sea when their Three Gorges Damn gives way due to faulty workmanship and materials. Those buildings are going to get messed up like the ones in Surfside, FL and eventually need to be demolished.

was just going to ask how does the OP affect 3 chins dam?

is it even in the same area, as that one was a very large drain system?
much like the mississippi here, and the drainage artery that one is

Ironically that rubble may eventually make a more stable dam then the Three Gorges Dam.

i was watching some videos earlier, people pulled their pants up and waded around, some even stood in shin-high water, poking at their phones, like it's a normal occurrence

The Yellow River is just west and north of Zhengzhou

Whereas the 3 Gorges Dam is 700 km south of Zhengzhou (8hrs)

i wonder how long it will take this time to rebuild those dams they just blew up?

lather rinse repeat

man-made structures only provide the 'feeling' of security, and relying on a man-made structure may seem 'natural', there's really no way to understand the risk you're actually in until something actually happens

and when the .gov has built crappy things, crappy things will probably happen

Is this what happens when you have a government that is "seeding" the clouds to alleviate their drought?

Wonder if this is why the western half of the United States is in a drought?

Ecological/Economical warfare by the Far East against America, I'd bet on it.

Huge flooding earlier in China as multiple dams broke and flooded a huge city of millions.
Especially terrifying are videos from inside a subway car (one of many) that show some trapped passengers in their final moments.
The man yelling is asking if anybody has enough of a cellphone signal to call for a rescue.
Another man reminds everyone to breathe slowly to save oxygen.
Some people are still wearing their masks.
Not everyone died in the subway tunnels, but many did.
I won’t be uploading video of corpses lined up on the subway platform after the water subsided.

Another reason that I've always had MY OWN PERSONAL MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION...

I never trusted subways below water level ie Paris, BART (Bay Area), London, NYC etc...

And now in France you can't take Public Transport without the "EU Covid Passport" or a less than 24h "negative test" too... i.e. trains, buses, airplanes... For an international flight, ok - I'll take a swab up the nose (or for driving like a maniac from France to Sweden to be within the 24 hour "window"), but not for "everyday travel"...

Camper with 125cc scooter on the back for long distances, or the station wagon for local travel

important point for me anyway,

if someone is doing synthetic weather management somewhere in the world, how does that impact the weather patterns of the surrounding and far reaching areas?

my assumption is that it absolutely does impact others, using only the most basic physics principles

the droning of clouds in the ME would also be a candidate for unintended consequences

Comes down to the old "Butterfly Effect"...

If you think the Earth is a closed system it would take from here and put it there.

Weather modification will be found to be the most egregious thing man could do to the planet - worse than 'climate change'.

If the Arabs can manipulate the weather you know the chinks are practicing up on their own citizens to do it well enough for a reaction, but unable to control it responsibly. *See also cheap crap chinese tools.
