In his case for his contributions yes ...a few others should be in there too-until they are it's an insult them and an embarrassment to the board I've never liked the thread for that very reason

I’ve always thought it detracted and never participated for the same reason. If anything, the hof should be granted post mortem. JMHO.

Voted yes.

No problem with your post but doing something for someone after they're dead and gone may make some people feel good but it isn't going to do a damn thing for the deceased. I've always believed that if you have something nice to say about someone or you want to compliment someone do it while they will appreciate it and they will know how you feel. Doing it after someone is gone is an exercise in futility.
