It is creepy, and it is even creepier when you consider Google's very close relationship with the intelligence agencies. We have to assume that all that personal telemetry ends up in the equivalent of a government database.

3rd world countries got it right. Simple living mostly in the AG sector. Driving a cart and donkey to work and school, no cell phones. Not much to track and they live in harmony with nature.

You won't ever see a Google AdSense ad again. Google Analytics won't be tracking you from site to site as you browse. You won't be supporting Google's search engine (adding more pageviews and metrics that attract advertisers).
