Honestly, I'm not trying to rain on your parade, but seriously...

Drain the swamp? The water looks just as deep as it did January 20 2107.

I was thinking mueller was a possible white hat. I was wrong...............

Let’s Take a Stroll – Letter of Notice From Trump Transition To Congress Outlining Illegal Search and Seizure by Special Counsel Robert Mueller….
Posted on December 17, 2017 by sundance

It is my belief, based on mounting evidence, a specific cast of characters -within the Mueller “Russia Election Interference” probe- were placed there to protect people behind the FBI’s initial false claims. Those claims formed the basis for the counterintelligence operation against 2016 presidential candidate Donald Trump.
According to reports, in August 2017 the Mueller team went around the Trump administration in their quest for documents, by directly demanding documents from the General Services Agency (GSA); the entity that hosted the communication network for the Trump transition team.

According to reports, the content of 12 email accounts was handed over to the Special Counsels’ office; consisting of thousands of pages of transition team communication. Innocuous, ordinary transition stuff, but the method of procurement is jaw-droppingly unethical, possibly illegal.

Well, now you don’t have to rely on reports. Here’s the actual letter (Full pdf):

View this document on Scribd
.

Now, let’s take a stroll and explain to our neighbors exactly what this entire plot is all about and why they should care….

Here’s the way the entire construct looks in simple outline.

Career officials, managers and staff within the DOJ and FBI wanted to help ensure Hillary Clinton won the 2016 election. Those people were ideologically aligned with President Obama, and held the goal of maintaining progressive advances as part of their motive.

A “small group” was formed within the DOJ and FBI to facilitate this goal. The first goal was to remove Clinton from the burden of the FBI email investigation.

Once that goal was achieved, they moved on to Clinton’s 2016 challenger. By the time the 2016 GOP convention drew near, everyone accepted that challenger would be Donald Trump.

As such the FBI “small group” began monitoring candidate Donald Trump in June/July 2016 as part of a plan toward the benefit of candidate Hillary Clinton.

However, the FBI and DOJ officials also needed an actual basis, a legal justification for their behavior and the time they were spending. The plan to justify that behavior was to create an official counterintelligence operation.

To get the counterintelligence operation going, they needed a reasonable basis for creating one. That basis was the formative seeds of claims of Russian connections to the Trump campaign.

To establish the basis the Russian elements needed for the operation; the DNC and Clinton campaign paid Fusion GPS to contract Christopher Steele to write a dossier that would form the legal grounding for the counterintelligence operation.

Fusion GPS hired DOJ Deputy Attorney Bruce Ohr’s wife, Nellie Ohr, who was well versed in counterintelligence operations, CIA operations, and using tradecraft to create illusions.

Nellie Ohr worked with retired British MI6 Agent Christopher Steele to manufacture the Steele Dossier. The dossier would take innocuous connections between Trump and Russian people, enhance them, fabricate some nefarious appearance, and then be turned over to Bruce Ohr’s counterintelligence buddy in the FBI Peter Strzok.

In essence, the Clinton’s created the Russian “angle” out of thin air; and the FBI and DOJ used that creation as the legal underpinning for the counterintelligence operation.

The cointel op was always just a ruse for wiretapping, surveillance and monitoring of Donald Trump campaign officials.

The FBI (Strzok) and DOJ (Ohr) dressed up the Steele Dossier to apply for a FISA warrant (FBI Attorney Lisa Page). The surveillance was happening with or without the FISA approval; but the FISA warrant would make the surveillance legal.

The initial application to the FISA Court was so sketchy (June/July 2016) is was actually denied. Denials rarely happen. One-in-a-thousand.

The Steele Dossier was dressed up some more. More stuff added, thanks to Christopher Steele and Nellie Ohr, to the second FISA application in Sept./October. That FISA application again submitted by Bruce Ohr, Peter Strzok, and Lisa Page. That warrant was approved.

If Hillary was elected, the entire counterintelligence operation just disappears into the ether. No-one would ever know about it.

But Hillary didn’t win.

Trump did.

Subsequently, the entire Trump Counterintelligence Operation was likely to be exposed. So the team behind the CoIntel scheme, again “the small group”, had to make up the “Russian Interference in The Election” narrative, a larger narrative, to cover their tracks.

The manufactured basis for the FISA warrant, ‘Muh Russia’ now needed to become real; or at least have the appearance of being real or justified.

That’s why the goofy “Joint Analysis Report on Russian Interference” was created. Brennan (CIA), Clapper (ODNI), and Comey (FBI), and to a much lesser extent the outsider Mike Rogers (NSA). This became the “17 intelligence agencies” blah.. blah… blah.

It was never 17 intel agencies. It was four. Only three pushed it. Mike Rogers said he had low/moderate confidence in the underlying intelligence within the report. The report was created as evidence to enhance the cover. Nothing more.

[My hunch is if you put the Steele Dossier together with the Joint Analysis Report, you will find 90% of the FISA application documentation.]

Additionally, the entire crew, from the Obama Administration and current career people within the DOJ, FBI, etc., who understood the larger scheme, needed ongoing people to continue ensuring the story was maintained.

That drove the need for a Special Counsel investigation. Mueller’s investigation was really just another way the players within the original scheme could keep a lid on the events in 2016.

That’s why many of the FBI/DOJ “small group”, the crew who cleared Hillary in the email investigation, were also assigned to the Mueller investigation. Controls were needed.

Inside Mueller’s crew, the “small group” essentially works to watch over what information the Trump officials or congress could possibly be discovering…. under the auspices of investigating ‘Muh Russia’ etc. If the “small group” comes across a risky trail being followed, they work to impede, block, delay or deflect anyone from that trail.

That’s the ‘high-level’ summary of the way things look from a researched perspective.

There’s one guy at the heart of this operation who can blow the lid off EVERYTHING.

His name is Bill Priestap.

Priestap’s position in 2016 was Director of Counterintelligence for the FBI.

There’s a growing possibility Priestap has flipped. Start asking about him.

BOMBSHELL: Obama Protected Hezbollah Drug and Human Trafficking Rings To Appease Iran
December 17, 2017 by Joshua Caplan 191 Comments
In a bombshell report by POLITICO‘s Josh Meyer, the Obama administration is accused of protecting Hezbollah drug and human trafficking rings to help ensure a nuclear deal with Iran was achieved.

POLITICO reports:

Project Cassandra reached higher into the hierarchy of the conspiracy, Obama administration officials threw an increasingly insurmountable series of roadblocks in its way, according to interviews with dozens of participants who in many cases spoke for the first time about events shrouded in secrecy, and a review of government documents and court records. When Project Cassandra leaders sought approval for some significant investigations, prosecutions, arrests and financial sanctions, officials at the Justice and Treasury departments delayed, hindered or rejected their requests.

The Justice Department declined requests by Project Cassandra and other authorities to file criminal charges against major players such as Hezbollah’s high-profile envoy to Iran, a Lebanese bank that allegedly laundered billions in alleged drug profits, and a central player in a U.S.-based cell of the Iranian paramilitary Quds force. And the State Department rejected requests to lure high-value targets to countries where they could be arrested.

“This was a policy decision, it was a systematic decision,” said David Asher, seasoned illicit finance expert who helped establish and oversee Project Cassandra as a Defense Department illicit finance analyst.

“They serially ripped apart this entire effort that was very well supported and resourced, and it was done from the top down.”

The Obama administration is believed to have deliberately put the kibosh on charging numerous drug dealers and arms dealing, such as Hezbollah operative nicknamed the ‘Ghost,’ and Abdallah Safieddine, the terrorist organization’s de facto envoy to Iran. All the while both Hezbollah and Iran made massive sums selling “drugs, weapons and used cars, [along with] diamonds, commercial merchandise and even human slaves,” say ex-Project Cassandra agents.

According to Meyer, Project Cassandra’s finding were so damning that the Obama administration believed they threatened fragile nuclear negotiations with Iran.

They said senior Obama administration officials appeared to be alarmed by how far Project Cassandra’s investigations had reached into the leadership of Hezbollah and Iran, and wary of the possible political repercussions.

As a result, task force members claim, Project Cassandra was increasingly viewed as a threat to the administration’s efforts to secure a nuclear deal, and the top-secret prisoner swap that was about to be negotiated.

“During the negotiations, early on, they [the Iranians] said listen, we need you to lay off Hezbollah, to tamp down the pressure on them, and the Obama administration acquiesced to that request,” a former CIA agent revealed to POLITICO.

With the operation largely neutered due to the Iran deal, Asher had no choice but to bring many of his findings public before a congressional hearing in May 2015.

Shortly after the Iran deal was signed, U.S. and EU law enforcement officers arrested a network of Hezbollah in France.

In announcing the arrests, the DEA and the Justice Department disclosed for the first time the existence of Project Cassandra

These dealers were small potatoes compared to the big fish the Obama administration seemingly refused to charge.

Under the Trump administration, the operation has picked back up.

Once the Obama administration left office, in January 2017, the logjam of task force cases appeared to break, and several task force members said it wasn’t a coincidence.

An alleged top Hezbollah financier, Kassim Tajideen, was arrested in Morocco — seven years after Treasury officials blacklisted him as a sponsor of terror — and flown to Washington to stand trial. Asher said task force agents had kept his case under wraps, hoping for a better outcome in whatever administration succeeded Obama’s.

But many DEA agents are still bitter about the Obama administration protecting the Islamic terror organization to achieve a nuclear agreement with Iran.

“They will believe until death that we were shut down because of the Iran deal,” Senior DEA official Derek Maltz told POLITICO.

“My gut feeling? My instinct as a guy doing this for 28 years is that it certainly contributed to why we got pushed aside and picked apart. There is no doubt in my mind.”

“ABSOLUTE RED LINE”: Eric Holder Issues Second Warning Against POTUS Trump Firing Mueller
December 17, 2017 by Joshua Caplan 587 Comments
Former Obama-era Attorney General Eric Holder called for mass protests if President Trump fires special counsel Robert Mueller. This is the second warning Holder has issued this week in respect to rumors about President Trump relieving Mueller of his duties as special counsel.

“ABSOLUTE RED LINE: the firing of Bob Mueller or crippling the special counsel’s office. If removed or meaningfully tampered with, there must be mass, popular, peaceful support of both. The American people must be seen and heard – they will ultimately be determinative,” tweeted Holder on Sunday.

ABSOLUTE RED LINE: the firing of Bob Mueller or crippling the special counsel’s office. If removed or meaningfully tampered with, there must be mass, popular, peaceful support of both. The American people must be seen and heard - they will ultimately be determinative.

2:49 PM - Dec 17, 2017
As previously reported, Holder threatened Republicans against removing Mueller a day after House members grilled Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein over the special counsel stacking his team with investigators with links to Hillary Clinton.

Holder issued his threat in a tweet Wednesday morning.

“Speaking on behalf of the vast majority of the American people, Republicans in Congress be forewarned:any attempt to remove Bob Mueller will not be tolerated. These are BS attacks on him/his staff that are blatantly political-designed to hide the real wrongdoing. Country not party,” Holder tweeted.

Holder’s former Department is facing scrutiny of epic proportions after it was revealed a top Justice Department official, Bruce Ohr, made contacts with the Fusion GPS, the shady opposition research firm behind the discredit ‘Trump dossier.’

Congressman Jim Jordan (R-OH) revealed to Fox News host Judge Jeanine Pirro Saturday evening that the House Judiciary Committee will subpoena Bruce Ohr along with his wife and former Fusion GPS employee Nellie Ohr “in their ongoing inquiry into claims of bias against President Donald Trump.”

Holder’s outspokenness pertaining the firing of Mueller comes amid Congresswoman Jackie Speier (D-CA) claiming President Trump aims to fire Mueller before Christmas.

The California lawmaker told KQED Newsroom on Friday that, “The rumor on the Hill when I left yesterday was that the president was going to make a significant speech at the end of next week. And on December 22nd, when we are out of D.C., he was going to fire…Robert Mueller.”

President Trump’s lawyer, Ty Cobb, dispelled the rumor, telling Fox News on Saturday that “Mueller will not be fired.”

Trump firing Mueller is the strawman

We should continue to ignore while Trump continues to kill them with 1000 cuts

No need to give them a rallying point

McCabe and Ohr's actions should tell anyone with a brain they are guilty of something. We are clearly over the target.

“Just Incredible”: Tom Fitton Stunned After DOJ Official Bruce Ohr Ditches Senate Intel Committee Hearing (VIDEO)
December 18, 2017 by Joshua Caplan 139 Comments
Fox Business Network reported Monday afternoon that demoted Justice Department official Bruce Ohr unexpectedly ditched his hearing before the Senate Intelligence Committee.

“Demoted Deputy Attorney General Bruce Ohr was set to testify before the Senate Intelligence Committee today. The testimony never happened,” reported the news network.

Asked if he was surprised by the news, Fitton replied, “unfortunately it’s par for the course from the Justice Department and FBI in terms of cooperating with Congress,”

“You may remember Andy McCabe had to reschedule his interviews last week and to have this key official not show up is just incredible.”

Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson admitted in a court document that his firm hired Nellie Ohr, the wife of Bruce Ohr to investigate then-candidate Donald Trump.

Fox News reported:

The confirmation from Glenn Simpson came in a signed declaration filed in U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., and provided a fuller picture of the nature of Nellie Ohr’s work – after Fox News first reported on her connection to Fusion GPS.

[…]Simpson’s statement shows Mrs. Ohr was indeed involved in the Trump research. He said bank records reflect Fusion GPS contracted with her “to help our company with its research and analysis of Mr. Trump.”
Further, Simpson said he disclosed to the House intelligence committee that he met personally with Bruce Ohr, “at his request, after the November 2016 election to discuss our findings regarding Russia and the election.”

Fox News‘ James Rosen and Jake Gibson recently reported the wife of Justice Department official Bruce G. Ohr worked for the opposition research firm during the 2016 presidential election.

News of Ohr ditching his hearing comes amid GOP Rep. Jim Jordan revealing to Fox News host Judge Jeanine Pirro Saturday evening that the House Judiciary Committee will subpoena FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, counterintelligence agent Peter Strzok, lawyer Lisa Page, and demoted Justice Department official Bruce Ohr along with his wife and former Fusion GPS employee Nellie Ohr “in their ongoing inquiry into claims of bias against President Donald Trump.”

“Cascading Problem of Contamination”: Lawyers Take Blowtorch To Mueller Email Seizure That “Likely Violated Law”
December 19, 2017 by Joshua Caplan 22 Comments
Legal experts weighing in on special counsel Robert Mueller’s seizure of Trump transition emails believe not only did the move likely violate the law, but may represent a larger problem for Russia investigators if they decide to go to trial. Lawyer Robert Barnes argues the document grab “cannot conform to either Fourth Amendment standards or attorney-client privilege protections.”

In an op-ed titled “LEGAL ANALYSIS: Why Mueller’s Seizure of Transition Emails Likely Violated the Law” Barnes writes:

Courts held individuals who agreed, as a condition of employment to “any future searches” did not waive their right against such searches because the waiver failed to give them the “right to refuse to give consent to the future search.” For the government to claim implied consent or waiver, “requires clear notice that one’s conduct may result in a search being conducted of areas which the person has been warned are subject to search,” and such notice must ensure an individual “had knowledge of the right to refuse to give consent.” […] Hence, a broad waiver was found inadequate to permit a search. […]. The Supreme Court made it clear the question usually “must be addressed on a case-by-case basis” and rarely subject to blanket waivers of Fourth Amendment liberties. […]

Courts held that an employee has a reasonably expectation of privacy in the contents of his computer even when given specific notice the computers could not be used for personal purposes and the individual had authorized disclosure for technical and maintenance audits.

Courts held an ex-employee could assert attorney-client privilege against use of such emails by his company even though emails were located on employer’s computer and employer gave employee notice any documents stored on computer not protected.

In a piece titled, “Mueller makes reckless move with seizure of Trump transition emails,” legal expert Jonathan Turley mused in The Hill Monday about whether or not the special counsel may have doomed the Trump-Russia investigation by way of “fruit of the poisonous tree” theory.

Turley writes for The Hill:

It is important to note that Mueller’s move takes his investigation into uncertain legal territory and may ultimately create some new law in his favor. Then again it might not. The question is why Mueller would take the risk. […]

This could ultimately fall into the category of being careful what you ask for. Once again, the Mueller team showed little hesitation or circumspection in plowing into this controversial area. […] If the evidence was improperly seized, it could contaminate later evidence derived from it in a “fruit of the poisonous tree” theory. Mueller would not be the first to face such a cascading problem of contamination.

According to Axios boss Mike Allen, special counsel Robert Mueller secretly got his hands on “many tens of thousands,” of emails exchanged by Trump transition officials. Trump lawyer Kory Langhofer penned a blistering response to the news, accusing Mueller of unlawfully obtaining transition documents.

Mueller obtained the emails through the General Services Administration (GSA) that were sent using Presidential Transition Team addresses ending in “ptt.gov.”

GSA “did not own or control the records in question,” Trump for America lawyer Kory Langhofer wrote to Mueller.

Langhofer noted the special counsel’s office has “extensively used the materials in question, including portions that are susceptible to claims of privilege.”

Amid a flurry of legal opinions stating Mueller’s document grab was unwise to say the very least, the Wall Street Journal‘s Kimberley Strassel writes that while the FBI was abusing secrecy powers, Mueller was part of an effort to hide key information from Congress for months. Mueller and Rosenstein “refused to make Mr. Strzok available for an interview. It didn’t do all this out of fear of hurting national security, obviously. It did it to save itself and the FBI from embarrassment,” writes Strassel.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump’s legal team is setting the stage for its biggest showdown yet against special counsel Robert Mueller since the Russia probe began. Ahead of a highly anticipated meeting between Trump lawyers and special counsel investigators, an attorney for the President is demanding Mueller return transition documents believed to be unlawfully obtained. Knowing Mueller’s penchant for “fighting dirty,” it’s unlikely the special counsel will cede control of the emails, potentially forcing Trump lawyers to make some tough decision about the investigation

A good theory....................

Best way to do a mole hunt: convince all the moles they are now part of a special team doing important work on a fake project. Now that they where they can't do any more real damage, investigate them all and find out which ones are dirty.

Strzok is just going to be the beginning.

Strzok thinks he's now part of a cool team that's going to investigate & expose Trump, maybe even impeach him.

In fact, he's been put in a holding cell where he's kept busy & distracted while he's thoroughly investigated & evidence collected of his political fixing.

For the past 11 months, even before DOJ IG started his investigation, Trump & Co. likely knew who the political fixers in the DOJ/FBI were.

These political fixers needed to be

1) removed from where they could do real harm and compromise real investigations

2) given a cover story so they wouldn't realize they themselves are now being investigated.

Strzok was likely thunderstruck to realize the DOJ IG has been digging through his emails/texts/records of the past few years, investigating him quite throughly as Strzok was busy trying to find Trump/Russian collusion.

What people need to realize is that Trump & his team had been informed/knew all about the Obama admin's use of intel sources to spy on them.

They came into office already knowing about it.

When you know how your enemy is moving against you, what methods he is using, you can lay traps for him.

Mueller's job was to run a unit staffed with suspected leakers/political fixers who needed to be isolated, kept out of trouble while they were all thoroughly investigated.

Comey's job was create the cover story needed to lead to the formation of Mueller's isolated unit.

Which he did by getting himself very publicly fired & then demanding the appointment of a special counsel to investigate the supposed obstruction of justice

Mueller's team is kept busy looking for the holy grail that doesn't exist, managing to dredge up some process violations as they are kept busy.

Meanwhile the DOJ IG Horowitz is in the deep background, doing his own investigation.

Not only are the activities of the past few years of these suspected leakers/political fixers being exhaustively researched; so is the activity they are engaged in now.

Having engaged in blatant political fixing in years past to cover up crimes of Democrats to make sure they skate, and then having switched to trying to manufacture cases against the incoming Trump administration as soon as it won the election....

...would it shock anybody to learn that this team assembled to investigate Trump/Russian collusion decided to violate procedures & break the law in it's attempts to nail Trump?

If this theory is correct, it's brilliant. Blatant political fixers were conned into isolating themselves on a fake investigative team while THEY THEMSELVES were the real targets of an investigation.

The counter intel people get played by masters.

Strzok, right up until the moment he's exposed, thinks he's in the process of bringing Trump down.

Too late he realizes "HOLY SHIT....*I'M* THE ONE BEING INVESTIGATED....we're ALL being investigated...the IG has been behind us all this time, watching us!"

And if this theory is correct, it's too late for them to do anything about it.

The evidence has already been collected, processed, cataloged.

Stealth Jeff got them all.

Unroll please, @ThreadReaderApp

Eric Holder shows up every time the water starts getting a little hot in Obama's jacuzzi. Just like Lanny Davis does for the Clinton's. How does/can one look in the mirror every day, knowing you are someone's lackey boy, paid to go on tv and whore yourself out, lying like a rug, for some douchebags like them? No amount of money is worth your integrity. Look at that Lisa Bloom. Chip off the old block. Her and her mom Super Glo, would drop their pants for the Easter Bunny, if it paid enough!

Dem Meltdown Over Mueller Attacks Continue=> Cryin Chuck Schumer Goes on Panicked Tweetstorm Defending Mueller
December 19, 2017 by Cristina Laila 92 Comments

The Democrats are panicking because their precious ‘insurance policy’ against Trump, Special Counsel Mueller is under attack for illegally obtaining the President’s transition emails.

Dirty rotten cop Mueller took a beating recently after it was revealed he secretly got his hands on “many tens of thousands,” of emails exchanged by Trump transition officials.
In a letter obtained by Fox News and sent to House and Senate committees on Saturday, the transition team’s attorney alleges “unlawful conduct” by the career staff at the General Services Administration in handing over transition documents to the special counsel’s office.

Attorney and Fox News legal analyst, Gregg Jarrett said Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his entire team must be removed.

It is obvious that the Democrats and Deep State are attempting a coup. Fox News even asked ‘A Coup in America?’ on their chyron while Kellyanne Conway was discussing the Mueller investigation with Jesse Watters.

Chuck Schumer went on a tweetstorm Tuesday defending dirty cop Mueller against attacks. It’s funny to watch Democrats panic as their ace card turns into a joker.

Special Counsel’s investigation is an impt one for our democracy. We have to get to the bottom of what happened & find out how Russia was able to wage a successful info campaign to influence our election & to what extent it was in coordination w/ anyone from the Trump campaign.

Chuck Schumer

✔@SenSchumer

Over the past several months, the investigation & the FBI have been the target of a smear campaign by Republicans in the media & by several Republicans in Congress to discredit the investigator & the investigation itself, by falsely painting it as biased or partisan.

1:37 PM - Dec 19, 2017

✔@SenSchumer

Mr. Mueller is one of the most trusted & respected public servants. He’s as straight a shooter as they come. Impugning his motives & calling his investigation a “witch hunt” or a “coup” is frankly hysterical.

1:38 PM - Dec 19, 2017
Chuck Schumer

✔@SenSchumer

What are Mr. Mueller’s discreditors so afraid of? It’s obvious, when you are afraid of the result, you attack the process.

1:39 PM - Dec 19, 2017

Of course this is a witch hunt. The Special Counsel hasn’t even named the crime Donald Trump violated. It’s a classic Stalin-like show me the man and I’ll find the crime witch hunt.

Falsely painting the investigation as biased or partisan? Mueller’s entire team of liberal hack lawyers are Obama/Hillary donors.

Furthermore, we now have proof top FBI brass not only think Trump is ‘loathsome’ and an ‘idiot’ while simultaneously painting Hillary Clinton as a god.

Trump-hating FBI agent Peter Strzok and his mistress FBI lawyer were caught disparaging Trump in profanity-laced text messages, but no bias here, right Schumer?

Schumer is another Democrat hack who cares not about the rule of law. With overwhelming evidence stacked up against Hillary Clinton mishandling classified information and prompting the Russia witch hunt with her fake Russia dossier, he continues to attack innocent Donald Trump.

Mueller is their insurance policy and they are finding out the policy doesn’t have the coverage they were promised.

Pound sand, Schumer.

Former Asst. FBI Director: “Something is About To Happen”…
Posted on December 19, 2017 by sundance

Former Asst. FBI Director James Kallstrom appeared on Fox Business News to discuss the details behind the increasingly transparent 2016 and 2017 Joint FBI and DOJ Counterintelligence Operation to target the candidacy -and block the presidency- of Donald J Trump.

Toward the end of the interview Mr. Kallstrom shares his view, based on current FBI contacts, that FBI insiders (white hats) are on the cusp of removing the cloud of mystery behind all of the obvious politicized shenanigans. When asked about his knowledge of the current morale within the FBI:

…”but I think recent events, that I’m aware of, are going to improve that, because there’s going to be something actually something that’s going to happen; in my view.” … “Well, I think there’s a lot of patriots that have just had it up to here, with what’s going on. And they’re to step forward and tell people what the shenanigans have been; how they shut down the Clinton Foundation investigation; how other things, you know, were done that are so anti what the FBI and United States is all about”…
Watch:

.

This would easily align with the years-long Office of Inspector General report by Michael Horowitz that is soon to be released. The FBI ‘insiders’ would be the primary target audience for the questions from the Inspector General.

Similarly the IG would be the primary and statutory office where FBI white hats would go to become whistle-blowers.

As they say…. Stay frosty, but prepare the ‘tar and feathers’ just in case.

Oh Dear – Trail of Russian Dossier Origination Now Directly Leads to The Obama White House….
Posted on December 21, 2017 by sundance

Several new developments happening today center around the FBI’s use of the Christopher Steele Dossier in gaining FISA warrants to wiretap and monitor the 2016 campaign of Donald Trump; ie. “The Trump Project”. Doug Ross continues to update the ongoing conspiracy Timeline – SEE HERE. And that timeline just gained a big addition from a recently discovered visitor to the White House.

Before going to the White House visitor angle, it’s important to express appreciation for Tablet Mag who did a deep dive into the Fusion-GPS connection to the creation of the Steele Dossier, and more specifically how Fusion-GPS head Glenn Simpson and his wife Mary Jacoby were instrumental in getting the dossier assembled and into the hands of the White House prior to the DOJ and FBI applying for the FISA warrant – SEE HERE.

Tablet Mag outlines how Mary Jacoby even bragged about getting the “Russiagate” narrative started:

A Tablet investigation using public sources to trace the evolution of the now-famous dossier suggests that central elements of the Russiagate scandal emerged not from the British ex-spy Christopher Steele’s top-secret “sources” in the Russian government—which are unlikely to exist separate from Russian government control—but from a series of stories that Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson and his wife Mary Jacoby co-wrote for TheWall Street Journal well before Fusion GPS existed, and Donald Trump was simply another loud-mouthed Manhattan real estate millionaire.

Understanding the origins of the “Steele dossier” is especially important because of what it tells us about the nature and the workings of what its supporters would hopefully describe as an ongoing campaign to remove the elected president of the United States.

[…] In a Facebook post from June 24, 2017, that Tablet has seen in screenshots, Jacoby claimed that her husband deserves the lion’s share of credit for Russiagate. (She has not replied to repeated requests for comment.) “It’s come to my attention that some people still don’t realize what Glenn’s role was in exposing Putin’s control of Donald Trump,” Jacoby wrote. “Let’s be clear. Glenn conducted the investigation. Glenn hired Chris Steele. Chris Steele worked for Glenn.”

This assertion is hardly a simple assertion of family pride; it goes directly to the nature of what became known as the “Steele dossier,” on which the Russiagate narrative is founded. (read more)

The Tablet-Mag outline shows the distinct trail of the finished Steele Dossier entering into the White House and how President Obama likely saw and reviewed the content. However, missing from the this report is an origination angle even more nefarious.

Remember, previous media reporting -in conjunction with Clinton campaign admissions- have confirmed the DNC and Clinton Campaign financed Fusion-GPS through their lawyers within Perkins Coie. Fusion then sub-contracted with retired British MI6 agent Christopher Steele to write the dossier.

The dates here are important because they tell a story.

The origin of the Clinton effort with Fusion-GPS was April 2016. That’s the same month Fusion hired Nellie Ohr, wife of DOJ Deputy Bruce Ohr, to gather opposition research on candidate Trump. It would be most likely that Nellie Ohr was in contact with Christopher Steele. DOJ Deputy Attorney Bruce Ohr was later demoted for his unreported contacts with Christopher Steele and Fusion-GPS founder Glenn Simpson.

However, there was another event in this April 2016 timeline which enhances the trail of the Dossier origination. [Hat Tip Katica] Check this out:

In April 2016 Mary Jacoby shows up on White House visitor logs meeting with President Obama officials. In April 2016 the Clinton Campaign and DNC hired Fusion-GPS to organize the Russia research, that later became known as the “Steele Dossier”.

(link to White House Logs)

The wife of Glenn Simpson (Fusion GPS), Mary B. Jacoby, with years of Russia-angled reporting –including Donald Trumpvisits the White House in April 2016, at the same time as the DNC and Clinton hire Fusion GPS to conduct the opposition research on Donald Trump, surrounding Russia?

This timeline is entirely too obvious to be coincidental.

Expand slightly and consider:

April: Mary Jacoby, wife of Fusion GPS founder Glenn Simpson, visits the White House. The Clinton Campaign and DNC then hire Fusion GPS to conduct ‘Opposition Research’, with a Russian emphasis. Fusion GPS then hires Nellie Ohr who specializes in Russian-centric counterintelligence. Nellie Ohr then contacts MI6 agent Christopher Steele to write a Russian Dossier. A month later, May 2016: Nellie Ohr’s husband inside the DOJ, Bruce Ohr, is then working with FBI counterintelligence head Peter Strzok. By June 2016: Peter Strzok, Bruce Ohr and DOJ Attorney Lisa Page then apply for a FISA warrant.

June 24th, 2017, Mary Jacoby appears on Facebook taking credit for the origination of the Russiagate narrative.

This timeline is so transparent it’s deafening.

[More from the Tablet] Simpson and Jacoby had ID’d Manafort as a world-class sleazeball and they were right. A slick Georgetown Law grad running in GOP circles since the Reagan campaign, Manafort used his talents and connections to get paid by some very bad people. I would only add here that, in my personal experience, journalists are not in the habit of forgetting major stories they’ve written, especially stories with a character like Manafort at the center.

So when the Trump campaign named Paul Manafort as its campaign convention manager on March 28, 2016, you can bet that Simpson and Jacoby’s eyes lit up. And as it happened, at the exact same time that Trump hired Manafort, Fusion GPS was in negotiations with Perkins Coie, the law firm representing the Clinton campaign and the DNC, to see if there was interest in the firm continuing the opposition research on the Trump campaign they had started for the Washington Free Beacon. (more)

Mary Jacoby and Glenn Simpson – Fusion GPS

If the counterintelligence FISA warrant was obtained through deception, misleading/manipulated information, or fraud; and that warrant is what led to the wiretapping and surveillance of candidate Donald Trump and General Flynn; and that warrant was authorized by FISA Court Judge Contreras –who was the judge in Flynn’s case, and is now recused– the entire tenuous FBI and DOJ operation begins to collapse and the outline of a “conspiracy” becomes clearly evident.

The back-story to the FISA warrant is the cornerstone. The back-story contains both the FBI and the DOJ scheme. Expose it, remove it, and the entire ‘muh Russia’ conspiracy fraud collapses under the weight of sunlight. WATCH:

Report: Jeff Sessions Orders DOJ to Re-Examine Evidence in Uranium One Investigation

Jamie McCarthy/Getty Images for Child Mind Institute

by BREITBART NEWS21 Dec 201718,416

NBC’s Tom Winter, Pete Williams, and Ken Dilanian report that Attorney General Jeff Sessions has ordered DOJ prosecutors to interview the FBI agents who investigated possible corruption in the Uranium One deal and its players’ links to the Clinton Foundation.
From NBC News:

On the orders of Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Justice Department prosecutors have begun asking FBI agents to explain the evidence they found in a now dormant criminal investigation into a controversial uranium deal that critics have linked to Bill and Hillary Clinton, multiple law enforcement officials told NBC News.

The interviews with FBI agents are part of the Justice Department’s effort to fulfill a promise an assistant attorney general made to Congress last month to examine whether a special counsel was warranted to look into what has become known as the Uranium One deal, a senior Justice Department official said.

At issue is a 2010 transaction in which the Obama Administration allowed the sale of U.S. uranium mining facilities to Russia’s state atomic energy company. Hillary Clinton was secretary of state at the time, and the State Department was one of nine agencies that agreed to approve the deal after finding no threat to U.S. national security.

FBI Director Wray gives James Baker the boot - FBI/DOJ co-conspirators just lost their biggest asset

Christopher Wray
There is a clear plan and strategy in place to deal with the schemes of the "small group" of co-conspirators within the DOJ and FBI. CTH advises prudent patience, and assembly of tar and feathers, as the Machiavellian schemes continue to be untangled.

Tuesday afternoon when FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe travelled to Capitol Hill for his 10-hour closed door testimony and questioning he was accompanied by "small group" defense shield, FBI legal counsel, James Baker. In front of the House Intelligence Committee, Andy McCabe suddenly couldn't remember his relationship with the Steele Dossier. As a result of Attorney Baker's appearance and specific engagement within the hearing investigators announced yesterday to Baker would be summoned for questioning:

While HPSCI staff would not confirm who will be summoned for testimony, all indications point to demoted DOJ official Bruce G. Ohr and FBI General Counsel James A. Baker, who accompanied McCabe, along with other lawyers, to Tuesday's HPSCI session. (link)

Today, FBI Director Christopher Wray relieved FBI legal counsel James Baker from his responsibilities within the department. The favored MSM outlet for the defense of those within the "Trump Operation"/conspiratorial plot, rushes to the typeset:

WASHINGTON POST - The FBI's top lawyer, James Baker, is being reassigned - one of the first moves by new director Christopher A. Wray to assemble his own team of senior advisers as he tries to fend off accusations of politicization within the bureau.

Baker told colleagues he will be taking on other duties at the FBI, according to people familiar with the matter. In recent months, Baker had been caught up in a strange interagency dispute that led to a leak probe and attracted the attention of senior lawmakers, but people familiar with the matter said the probe had recently ended with a decision not to charge anyone. The leak issue had not played a part in Baker's reassignment, these people said.

Baker informed colleagues in an email Wednesday that his duties were changing at the FBI, according to people familiar with the matter. Two said he is being "reassigned'' by Wray, but they cautioned that the change does not take effect immediately and such a move is a normal part of a new director taking charge at the bureau - not a reflection of the political controversies buffeting the FBI.

Methinks they doth protest too much.

[Baker] was very close to former FBI director James B. Comey, who asked Baker to be his general counsel. They were colleagues at the Justice Department and when they were out of government at Bridgewater Associates, an investment management firm. (read more)

I believe a big part of Trumps strategy is to bend over backwards to be fair and just in order to give Trump doubters good reason to see a fair process. It takes more time and trouble but is part of the long game. Just my two cents.

mdaush. I agree. That’s why Our President is keeping Mueller and all his clinton henchman around.

When the hammer comes down how anybody in their right mind can say it was a group of Trump cronies that brought down the swamp will be impossible.

He’s playing the long game and reeling out lots of rope.

Eventually the entire rats nest will be exposed and hoisted on their own petard.

New Report: Was FBI Chief Legal Counsel James Baker Captured By New DOJ Leak Task Force?…
Posted on December 23, 2017 by sundance

Things are getting increasingly interesting and simultaneously obvious. Thursday night the Washington Post reported that FBI Director Christopher Wray had relieved FBI Chief Legal Counsel, James Baker, of his responsibilities within the department.

Attorney James Baker accompanied FBI Asst. Director “Andy” McCabe to the Tuesday congressional hearing with the House Intelligence Community. Curiously, in addition to other lines of inquiry, during the questioning McCabe was asked about whether James Baker was authorized to speak to the media about the Steele Dossier and the underlying ‘counterintelligence’ operation. Asst. Director McCabe responded that Baker would not be authorized to take such action.

Following the HPSCI hearing, republican committee leadership announced their plan to subpoena James Baker for further questioning. [Keep in mind Baker was there.] Two days later, at the Thursday Judiciary and Oversight Committee hearings, James Baker did not accompany Andrew McCabe. Hours later, James Baker is removed from his responsibilities as legal counsel within the FBI. Cause: ‘unknown‘.

Back in July, 2017, it was reported that James Baker was under a criminal investigation for leaking classified information from within the FBI, although the details of the leak content were unknown. Politico today reports that James Baker has been identified as the likely source that released information about the Fusion-GPS/Christopher Steele “Russian Conspiracy Dossier” to David Corn of Mother Jones in October of 2016:

(Via Politico) House Republicans are investigating contact between the FBI’s top lawyer and a Mother Jones reporter in the weeks before the left-leaning outlet broke the first news story about the existence of a disputed dossier alleging ties between President Donald Trump and the Kremlin, according to two congressional GOP sources who described documents linking the two men.

The GOP sources said the documents — made available recently to lawmakers by the Department of Justice — revealed that James Baker, the FBI’s general counsel, communicated with Mother Jones reporter David Corn in the weeks leading up to the November 2016 election. Corn was the first to report the existence of the dossier on Oct. 31 and that it was compiled by a former high-level western spy.

[…] Corn’s story indicated direct contact with Steele: “[A] former senior intelligence officer for a Western country who specialized in Russian counterintelligence tells Mother Jones that in recent months he provided the bureau with memos, based on his recent interactions with Russian sources, contending the Russian government has for years tried to co-opt and assist Trump — and that the FBI requested more information from him,” he reported.

Corn then added that a “senior U.S. government official not involved in this case but familiar with the former spy,” told him that the agent “has been a credible source with a proven record of providing reliable, sensitive, and important information to the U.S. government.”

The news of Baker’s reassignment came just days after congressional Republicans began asking questions about his contacts with media. (read more)

A couple of interesting points to remember here.

♦Less than a week after the July 2017 report of the investigation of James Baker, Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats instructed Asst. DOJ AG Rod Rosenstein to create a new special unit inside the FBI and DOJ to target intelligence leaks.

04:30 …”The FBI has created a new counterintelligence unit to manage these [leak] cases”…
08:17 …”these National Security breaches do not just originate from within the Intelligence Community. They come from a wide range of sources within the government, including the Congress.”…

.

Two days later, Sunday August 6th, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein reiterated he was going to follow through on the investigative demand of AG Sessions and DNI Coats and again referenced a “new counterintelligence division within the FBI”.

00:50 …“we’re responding appropriately. We’re going to devote more resources, re-evaluate our procedures and make sure we investigate every one of those leaks in an appropriate way.”…
1:07 “We have seen a surge in referrals (of leaks). We’ve seen an increase in the number of leaks. And we’re going to respond appropriately and try to establish an effective deterrent. Criminal prosecution isn’t the only way to prevent leaks but it’s an important part of the solution.”…
1:43 “That significant increase has necessitated an increase in resources. And so we have re-prioritized our cases within the National Security Division, we’re providing appropriate supervision at a high level, we’ve created a new unit within the FBI to focus on those leaks, and we’re going to devote whatever resources are necessary to get them under control.”…

.

♦All indications are that James Baker was/is part of the FBI/DOJ “small group”, the co-conspirators behind the 2016 plan to assist Hillary Clinton with her email investigation. James Baker was one of the participants in the wording of the highly dubious exoneration script read by FBI Director James Comey:

Following the successful operation to cover for Hillary Clinton in the email investigation. The FBI/DOJ “small group” moved on to create the 2016 FBI counterintelligence operation known as the “Trump Project”.

The “Trump Project” was a thinly veiled political spying operation monitoring and wiretapping candidate Donald Trump with the use of weaponized FBI and DOJ FISA warrants.

April 2016: •Mary Jacoby, wife of Fusion GPS founder Glenn Simpson, visits the White House. •The Clinton Campaign and DNC then hire Fusion GPS to conduct ‘Opposition Research’, with a Russian emphasis. •Fusion GPS then hires Nellie Ohr who specializes in Russian-centric counterintelligence. •Nellie Ohr then contacts MI6 agent Christopher Steele to write a Russian Dossier. A month later, May 2016: Nellie Ohr’s husband inside the DOJ, Bruce Ohr, is then working with FBI counterintelligence head Peter Strzok. •The same month Strozk and the “small group” are crafting the exoneration letter. •By June 2016: Peter Strzok, Bruce Ohr and DOJ Attorney Lisa Page then apply for the first FISA warrant. •In July 2016 the official counterintelligence operation “The Trump Project” begins.

However, in the aftermath of the election they didn’t expect to lose, the “small group” behind the politicized operations shifted their efforts toward creating the Special Counsel Mueller Investigation, many of them remain there today.

James Baker is a key. As a known friend and confidant of both James Comey, Andrew McCabe and Robert Mueller, Baker would have been one of the primary FBI investigative and legal resources used to guide and assist the Special Counsel with who to place on his team. The goal of the “small group” was/is to shield their prior activity from sunlight.

As time has progressed, and the plot details have become evident, it is increasingly clear the entire purpose of creating Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s probe was not to investigate some nefarious Russian election interference; but rather with a Trump victory the same people who weaponized the FBI and DOJ to conduct the “Trump Project” needed control. The “small group” needed a shield or firewall to protect them from sunlight. The Mueller probe is that shield.

Those who are seeking answers to the most critical questions are now running into the officials within the scheme using the Mueller probe as a defensive shield so they do not have to answer investigative questions from congress. This motive is now the primary purpose and benefit of the Mueller probe.

With hindsight it is now clear why the Democrats, the intelligence operatives, and their media allies were so adamant a Special Counsel probe be initiated. They planned to use Mueller’s investigation as a shield all along.

This purpose is why those behind the Obama administration, the “small group” plot, the network of co-conspirators and their allies in the media, are demanding the Mueller probe remain untouched.

Those seeking to expose the conspiracy include: Inspector General Michael Horowitz (OIG), Attorney General Jeff Sessions (DOJ), FBI Director Christopher Wray.

Another video interview today worth watching:

President Trump tore into Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe in a series of tweets on Saturday, citing his wife's ties to prominent Democrats.

"How can FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, the man in charge, along with leakin' James Comey, of the Phony Hillary Clinton investigation (including her 33,000 illegally deleted emails) be given $700,000 for wife's campaign by Clinton Puppets during investigation?" the president tweeted.

I freaking love this guy he takes zero shit from these morons! . .
gun_bandana.gif

President Trump and the people he trusts have known every bit of the who's and whats and why's in this FBI and DOJ corruption before he even ran for president.
How they keep themselves from commenting until after these swamp rats get exposed is beautiful!
Watching this unfold is like reading a 1500 page book that is so good you read slowly because you don't want it to end.

Fire the traitor now!

WaPo Report: FBI Asst. Director “Andy” McCabe Wants To Retire in March 2018…
Posted on December 23, 2017 by sundance

It is important to remember the Washington Post is the unofficial public relations outfit of the U.S. intelligence community: FBI, CIA, etc. When a leaked source, or insider release of information appears within the Washington Post, it is there by collaboration with the intelligence community.

That said, the story today about Assistant FBI Director Andrew McCabe planning to retire in March 2018, should be viewed as the WaPo attempting to create leverage for McCabe to retain his position up to his pension eligibility. It is NOT coincidental that Inspector General Michael Horowitz is planning to release his Year-Long OIG report outlining his investigative details into the politicization of the FBI and DOJ.

This maneuver by “Andy” McCabe is similar to moves by his former boss James Comey. McCabe is trying to gain leverage over a pending IG report release and ongoing congressional investigations that recently have begun to run a parallel track. By publicizing his intent to leave the FBI ahead of all the investigative outcomes being public, McCabe is attempting to change his central disposition to the scandals.

The Washington Post report is shaped to deliver a specific narrative about Andrew McCabe and assist his positioning. The absence of any WaPo mention of the FBI counterintelligence operation, “The Trump Project”, including the absence of any mention of the FBI involvement in the Steele Dossier (FISA Warrants, Wiretaps and Surveillance), and the myriad of explosive issues therein, is evidence of WaPo’s motive:

WASHINGTON – Andrew McCabe, the FBI’s deputy director who has been the target of Republican critics for more than a year, plans to retire in a few months when he becomes fully eligible for pension benefits, according to people familiar with the matter.

McCabe spent hours in Congress this past week, facing questions behind closed doors from members of three committees. Republicans said they were dissatisfied with his answers; Democrats called it a partisan hounding.

McCabe, 49, holds a unique position in the political firestorm surrounding the FBI. He was former director James B. Comey’s right-hand man, a position that involved him in most of the FBI’s actions that vex President Trump and in the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server while secretary of state, a matter that still riles Democrats.

When Trump fired Comey in May, that meant McCabe had to stay — first to run the agency until a new director was in place and then to take the political heat for decisions made by his former boss.

[…] Within the agency, there is praise — but also some criticism — for how McCabe has handled his role. Still, he has become a lightning rod in the political storms now buffeting the bureau. Conservatives have called for heads to roll at the FBI, and McCabe is atop the lists of many. But current and former FBI officials said it would be dangerous to appease those demands. (read more)

Andrew McCabe has refused to answer specific questions about his relationship to the individual actions taken by the “small group” within the FBI and DOJ who carried out a political scheme to stop presidential candidate Hillary Clinton from facing prosecution and later to begin a counterintelligence operation against presidential candidate Donald Trump.

McCabe’s selective memory loss last week (House Intelligence Committee), when questioned about the Steele Dossier and how it was used by the FBI in getting a FISA warrant against the Trump campaign, is a clear indication Andrew McCabe understands his risk exposure; and is trying to remove himself from the transparently obvious conspiracy therein.

Because everything is now becoming so jaw-droppingly obvious; and because the media is now catching on to the scale and scope of the conspiracy; all of the central players, characters and co-conspirators are now entering a phase of evaluating their own risk profile and positioning.

The co-conspirators on the outside (Comey and Obama crew) are messaging to the insiders (small group still in FBI/DOJ) that they must remain steady in their objective to hide the multi-year political operations.

ABSOLUTE RED LINE: the firing of Bob Mueller or crippling the special counsel’s office. If removed or meaningfully tampered with, there must be mass, popular, peaceful support of both. The American people must be seen and heard - they will ultimately be determinative.

Speaking on behalf of the vast majority of the American people, Republicans in Congress be forewarned:any attempt to remove Bob Mueller will not be tolerated. These are BS attacks on him/his staff that are blatantly political-designed to hide the real wrongdoing. Country not party

Yes, no arrests, no grand juries impaneled, no charges brought as to this point. What does it take?

We have senior unelected government career bureaucrats admitting to criminal activities under the color of authority or being exposed as being involved in criminal acts and conspiracies under the color of authority while on duty, at work in a government facility, using government equipment. Violations of the Oath of Office that they took seem to be rampant. Instead of supporting and defending the Constitution of the United States, they appear to have been engaged in undermining the Constitution in favor of ceding authority over the United States to hidden Globalists Cabals, like the UN, the Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations, to name just a few. They have openly and repeatedly pledged that their goal is One World Government.

Do we have to have a bloody revolution to have our country back?
