Impressive! Not much wasted movement by that crew. One has to wonder how long they have been doing their part to become that efficient and what their apprenticeship program looks like.
Back when.... when I had to go into NYC, there was a small Korean deli across from the hospital. They made their breakfast sandwiches almost that quick. Same, same, just a few options to choose from. Bagle or croissant. Sausage or ham or bacon. Egg or not. Cheese or not.
When you're young you need a little grease to get things moving. More that a couple of times two of my friends would empty their griddle by ourselvers and others had to wait for the next round. I would take twenty sliders myself the the other two would split the rest between them.
None of us had any heart issues or heart burn.
