Brings back memories of my Benjamin pump pellet rifle.
It was difficult to get that last pump, 10, but it would bury the pellet into wood a 100%.:2 thumbs up:

I have two of the Thompsons that I scored a few years ago for a 100 bucks apiece. The squirrels hate it because it's pretty accurate and they jump 10 feet when I get one in the ass from my office window.

Does this article have good recommendations, or is it a list of who paid the biggest kickbacks? I couldn't help noticing all of the "Buy Now" buttons link to amazon to help support one of the corporations taking over the government.

Benjamins, Daisy were it as a kid for me. Sheridan & Crossman came along later. As I recall. YMMV

The crosman american classic pistols are handy where noise is a concern. I use one on the trapline sometimes. They will kill a bobcat caught in a cage trap with correct shot placement.

CO2, right?

Some of my best friends are Bobcats, but I would prefer that you immediately dispatch them, rather than poison them.

Thanks for the clarification.

I guess I spend too much time in the wilderness.

A few years back, the local Bobcat populations were being slowly decimated by rat poison.

Just in case you wondered what Bobcats like to eat...

My AirForce Talon easily shoots under an inch, and will go through an inch and a half of cedar at 50 yards. A lot of fun.

Went to their site. DAMN! I did not pay that much for my SIG M400 and THREE extra magazines.

So, what did he do to deserve this ? :don't know2:
Starling, Starlings are illegal aliens. Some rich bastard a long time ago enjoyed their squawk and bought about a hundred to the USA. I heard he got tired of them and let them go. All Starlings in the US come from just about 100 birds that have no natural predator here.

Yeah, for sure. I work with a guy who is bat shit crazy over air rifles for some reason. Like, real money with high end night vision.... The Airforce line is actually on the more affordable end when you start looking at the FX line, or some of the rifles in the article..
I never would have paid the new price on the Talon I have. I got it used from said fellow I work with. Hawke scope, aftermarket trigger and after market canted air canister (better cheek weld). And SCUBA tank for $600.
On the plus side, pellets are cheap and I have a fire fighter friend that can keep my SCUBA tank topped off. Unlike most spring guns, this thing doesnt move when you pull the trigger, and I can hear the pellet hit a starling from 20 yards. It's a lot of fun.

I wish that were true.

They are VERY cool to watch in their synchronized flight murmurations, but I agree that they are individually fit for a .177 pellet.

Personally, I like to pop roof-rats in the summer's twilight.
