WOW! Some People Call This ‚The Best Christmas Ad Ever‘. After Watching It, I Might Have to Agree. WOW Videos
Published on Nov 18, 2016
In the U.S. the best commercials of the year are unveiled during the Super Bowl. But in the U.K., those commercials run during the Christmas season.
Hilarious and heart-warming ads are already starting to hit TV screens across the pond. Department stores aim to make the most viral ad, racking up millions of views and hundreds of thousands of shares online - See more at: http://www.viralvo.com/best-christmas...
The most viral offering so far this year comes from John Lewis. It depicts Buster the boxer who just can’t wait to enjoy the trampoline that was meant for the kid in his family. It already has over 10 million views on YouTube.
But another commercial from Marks & Spencer is sure to tug at some heart strings. It features Mrs. Claus helping a mischievous child make amends for acting up all year by getting his sister a new pair of shoes.
It makes sense why they’d save their big ads for Christmas. For one, their favorite sport, Premier League soccer, has no big final game that everyone in the country sits down to watch.
And when you think about it, the logic behind Super Bowl commercials is a bit strange. Why try to sell people beer and chips when they’re probably already eating and drinking at their game day gathering.

But Christmas season is also a perfect time to air ads. Obviously people are looking for places to buy presents. And you can play them for weeks without the massive costs of a Super Bowl spot.
That’s not to say British companies are skimping on ad buys. They’re expected to spend 5.6 billion pounds, or more than $7 billion, to buy TV commercial space. - See more at: http://www.viralvo.com/best-christmas...
The Beverly Hillbillies (unedited!!!) S7 E14 Christmas in Hooterville Ron Reagan

The Clampetts decide to visit the fine folks at the Shady Rest for Christmas!!! One of the best all time crossover episodes.
Unlike other episodes of this on YouTube and cable, this is the original night of broadcast episode minus commercials. This has not been seen on TV unedited in decades.
No copyright infringement intended. Constantly Being Stalled (CBS) is in no hurry to get these out to DVD it seems, so I would like for folks to be able to enjoy this fine show as Paul Henning meant for it to be seen. Once CBS puts these out officially, I'll happily remove these.

"White Christmas" 1954 Bing Crosby & Danny Kaye andrew67ist
Published on Dec 16, 2012
"White Christmas" is an Irving Berlin song reminiscing about an old-fashioned Christmas setting. According to the Guinness Book of World Records, the version sung by Bing Crosby is the best-selling single of all time, with estimated sales in excess of 50 million copies worldwide.
Accounts vary as to when and where Berlin wrote the song. One story is that he wrote it in 1940, in warm La Quinta, California, while staying at the La Quinta Hotel, a frequent Hollywood retreat also favored by writer-producer Frank Capra, although the Arizona Biltmore also claims the song was written there. He often stayed up all night writing — he told his secretary, "Grab your pen and take down this song. I just wrote the best song I've ever written — heck, I just wrote the best song that anybody's ever written!"

THE ROY ROGERS SHOW was a fixture on radio schedules for over a decade. First broadcast in 1944 on the Mutual network, the half-hour program show was initially a musical-variety show and starred the "King of the Cowboys" with his singing saddle pals, The Sons of the Pioneers. Eventually, the show settle into an adventure drama that mimicked the popular television version and co-starred his wide, Dale Evans, and sidekick Pat Brady.
Devout Christians, the later episodes, without being overbearing, wove a religious message or scriptural thread into the storyline whenever possible.
This episode, "he Night Before the Night Before Christmas," told the story about a man who is framed for robbery on the night before Christmas Eve when he attempts to buy a doll for his little girl. Roy, Dale and Pat ride into action to prove his innocence.
This program also contains its original Post cereal commercials just as originally broadcast on December 25, 1952.

In this charming live holiday TV special Judy is joined by her children, Liza Minnelli and Lorna and Joey Luft, and guest stars Jack Jones and Mel Torme. The songs include Yuletide favorites like "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" and "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town," as well as "Little Drops of Rain," "Over the Rainbow," and more.
I personally LOVE this show and watch it every year. This original broadcast with vintage commercials included is the ONLY way to watch it in my opinion. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do every holiday season! :)
