He seems to have had somebody dorking his mind just before he went on the air... he sorta mentions a couple.

But I gotta 'fess up -- as soon as I saw that the other day, I thought of the Ozzie Man dialog over just about anything. This is not Ozzie Man, but who...?

Unfortunately,
your social credit score would be considered bad to terrible.

Based on existing versions of the scheme, this means that you may have to deal with penalties including…

  • b-1.png
Being publicly named and shamed as a ‘bad citizen’
  • b-2.png
Stopping you from securing the best available jobs
  • b-3.png
The inability to apply for credit cards
  • b-4.png
Your children being prevented from attending the best schools and further education

  • b-5.png
Limited public transport and airline access
  • b-6.png
    Throttled internet speeds
  • b-7.png

“Long Covid” Can Now Qualify as a Disability

The White House issued a lengthy statement this week, full of new guidance for a condition known as “Post-Acute Sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 infection (PASC)”.

The media calls it “Long Covid”, and it essentially means certain symptoms of Covid lingering long after the infection has resolved.

Brain fog, headaches, fatigue, coughing, shortness of breath, anxiety, and dizziness on standing are all possible symptoms of Long Covid according to Health and Human Services guidelines.

The problem, as you can see, is that these symptoms are impossible to objectively diagnose. Just imagine— five years from now someone feels tired, and ends up blaming it on a bout with Covid.

Nevertheless, the White House announced that “long COVID can be a disability under various Federal civil rights laws.”

Cue the next excuse for more taxpayer-funded free money: disability payments for Long Covid!

Australian Prime Minister says it’s your fault if you die from a vaccine

Governments such as France and Quebec have begun to require vaccines to participate in normal life. Even the US and other countries have started forcing entire segments of the population to be vaccinated against Covid-19 based on their employment status.

You’ll be bullied, manipulated, and shamed if you dare to make your own personal health decision which does not conform to the mob.

But if you die or suffer other consequences from the vaccines— that’s your problem.

A reporter asked the Prime Minister of Australia if doctors are responsible for not properly informing patients of the risks, after two Australians died shortly after receiving the Astra-Zeneca vaccine. The Prime Minister replied:

“We’re all responsible for our own health. And when it comes to informed consent and giving consent to whatever treatment or procedure you may have or I may have, then I’m ultimately responsible for what people do in their health treatment to me...

“That’s the sort of country that we live in. People make their own decisions, about their own health, and their own bodies. That’s why we don’t have mandatory vaccination, um, in relation to the general population.”

Yeah. You’re just denied the most basic freedoms and dignity until you submit.

Congress wants to tax... space flight

Now that private companies have reached the enormous technological achievement of putting human beings in space, Congress already wants to tax them for it.

Specifically, there’s a new bill on the floor of congress called the Securing Protections Against Carbon Emissions (SPACE) Tax Act.

It proposes to tax flights into space— but at different rates. There would be one rate for flights between 50-80 miles above the earth’s surface, and another rate for flights above 80 miles.

How progressive.

The details are not out yet, but it will probably be a per-passenger tax, or a percentage of a ticket price.

NASA is exempt from the tax because they are advancing science— because only the government can contribute to technology and innovation with spaceflight.

Woke Olympics Roundup: Ratings Tank, American Flag ‘triggers’ journalist

As we explained Monday, the Olympics is no longer about sports and competition— it’s about woke propaganda. People saw that coming, which is probably why...

NBC posted its lowest opening ceremony viewership numbers in 33 years— including viewers streaming online.

The opening ceremony at this Olympics had 17 million viewers, versus 26.5 million at the 2016 Rio Olympics, and 40.7 million at the 2012 London games.

A former New York Times columnist and guest on CBS is triggered by the American flag.

William Rhoden told CBS hosts that seeing the American flag at the Olympics is now a shameful trigger for him, saying:

“I keep thinking back on the Capitol riots, and I saw a lot of, you know, US flags. So now when I see the flag and the flag raised— what America am I living in?”

Arizona releases anti-homeschool propaganda

The Arizona Department of Education has released a new ad as part of its Ready for School initiative.

The 30 second commercial tries to explain the importance of in-person learning.

It shows kids waiting for a bus and says, “You can’t learn line-leading at home.”

Then it shows a basketball team and says, “You can’t learn teamwork at home.”

Next it’s “You can’t learn locker combos,” and “You can’t learn library voice at home.”

The ad sums the message up by saying, “In person school teaches our kids more than just what’s in the books. It teaches life.”

How did people LIVE for hundreds of thousands of years before public schools saved humanity?

Perhaps this message is directed at the 38,000 homeschoolers in Arizona.

According to the Census Bureau, the number of homeschooling households in the US doubled last year, from 5.4% of households in April 2020, to 11.1% in fall 2020.

Many learned that, no, you don’t actually need public schools to teach kids teamwork, manners, and “life.

But the ad left out a few things kids do learn at school:

You can’t teach bullying and insecurity at home.

You can’t teach arbitrary obedience to fake authority figures at home.

You can’t indoctrinate kids in Critical Race Theory and woke ideologies at home.

California restaurant owners fear bacon may become scarce — or even disappear — as new animal-welfare rules takes affect, reports say

https://www.businessinsider.com/bac...-california-animal-welfare-law-reports-2021-8

  • New California animal-welfare rules could make bacon harder to find, AP reported.
  • The rules were approved by voters in 2018 but are raising fears now due to their potential impact.
  • They require more space for breeding pigs and veal calves and will take effect next January.
A change in animal-welfare rules could make bacon difficult to find and more expensive to buy, reports say.

At the beginning of next year, California will enforce a welfare proposition, which was approved by voters in 2018. The Farm Animal Confinement Proposition requires more space for breeding pigs, egg-laying chickens, and veal calves.

The idea is that all of those animals should have sufficient space to stretch out their wings, claws, and paws, as Insider's Hilary Brueck reported. Welfare campaigners have been pushing for the change for years.

Back in 2018, Kitty Block, president and CEO of the Humane Society of the United States, said in a statement: "California voters have sent a loud and clear message that they reject cruel cage confinement in the meat and egg industries."

Between now and January, courts or the state could try and intervene. But if they don't, California is expected to lose almost all of its pork supply and pork producers will likely face higher costs to regain the market, according to AP.

Once the amount of time needed to build new facilities and inseminate sows is factored in, it is unlikely the pork industry will be able to supply California, AP reported.

"We are very concerned about the potential supply impacts and therefore cost increases," Matt Sutton, the public policy director for the California Restaurant Association, told AP.

Jeannie Kim, a San Francisco restaurant owner, also told AP: "Our number one seller is bacon, eggs and hash browns. It could be devastating for us."

The outlet reported that California restaurants and grocery stores use about 255 million pounds of pork per month, but its farms only produce only 45 million pounds.

To fill the gap, The National Pork Producers Council asked the US Department of Agriculture for federal support to help pay for rebuilding pig facilities. But they haven't complied because California hasn't yet issued formal regulations on how the new standards will be enforced, according to AP.

As Insider's Anna Cooban reported, bacon costs are already rising — it now costs 13% more than last year, which is apparently due to supply shortages and rising costs of pig feed.

The cost of bacon rose 1.8% between April and May, according to BLS data, although this was a slower increase than March to April, when bacon prices jumped 3.4%.

Thus, the basis for the lawsuit which will delay the implementation.

The longer the Cali state crooks wait to produce "formal regulations," the longer we will have bacon and eggs.

For the record, I voted NO on the proposition, but now I know that my vote isn't counted anyway...
