Olin Corp (OLN) up 12.54% since we purchased it at Monday's open.

[This is the chart that I said I liked the most of the 8 purchased Monday.]

The miners are showing some strength earlier than I anticipated looking @ the chart.

Could be good.

Early breakouts are strong breakouts so the sooner the better.

Gold still looks like another short term low is on the cards. Expect the monkey hammer to come out @ the end of the week.

Now you just need to program it so you can go fishing while it pays the bills!

Here stuff like this all the time. IF money managers only allocated 5% into Gold yada yada. I guess at some point it happens.
The truth is that they are fishing, moves like that NEVER happen in isolation. The herd moves together. They need deep water to swim, BTC's thin market is a problem at the moment... but as it gets better it should help. It's just that pesky FedCoin idea!

The metals have a weak feel to them, I know. BUT! They are making higher highs and higher lows. Classic walking-up-the-stairs movement.

[They might be *sneaking* up the stairs.]

Blast from the past. In 1980-81 WTT traded Kirby Corp (KEX) for a 271.8% gain. Earlier in 1979-80 it had traded it for a 178.63% gain.

[WTT swings for the rooftops.]

For what it's worth...

Expect a $2,500 Gold Price as Early as Christmas Says E.B. Tucker

Not impossible... but we have to get passed that election first!

December delivery could be a real crunch.

... as he says towards the end. If they introduce FedCoin and try and force negative rates, wealth taxation ...whatever, for it to work they must keep you away from competing currencies. aka gold, btc etc.

IMO government crypto ends this gold bull by either stabilizing the currency (best case) or triggering an over bearing regulatory response.

This is what throws me with cryptos - the fear that someone somewhere could just pull the plug and cut the line between me and my stash. Not necessarily rational, but PMs is so much more concrete for a Neanderthal like me.
That's a bit like money in the bank or with the broker. You can store it off line in a hardware wallet that is about as secure as anything else in this world.

... but yeah, I have some reservations.

Appears one day has nothing to do with the next. After Gold's strong move last Friday this week is a disappointment. Miners look to be closing near the lows of the week. At least the ones I follow.
Think Silver and miners bottomed Sept 24 not sure about Gold. Waiting for one really good washout.
