They always bottom this on the weekend. Whether we react off of 53 or 56 before the moonshot is immaterial. Buy fear. Any move down into 50 is a gift don't be a hog take it. Bottom in.

I never understood why shares would tumble on an acquisition like this.

Sure, they took on debt, but did they purchase a pig-in-a-poke?

Seems to me they actually would have done some due diligence and thought the ROXG had some gold in them thar hills....?

If it was a dry hole it would be a foolish acquisition and share prices should drop.

1. Moving away from a silver play.
2. Sovereign risk is a big factor for many. I'm very careful about sovereign risk.

Yeah, so I am on RealVision listening to a couple of girls discussing "investing" in digital real estate...

...sure, I'm hip, I get it.

What you need is a parcel of land in a popular metaverse that has a lot of avatar traffic.

They are paying a hefty premium for the acquisition based relative share values.

https://www.fool.com/investing/2021/04/26/why-fortuna-silver-mines-stock-tanked-15-in-early/
Fortuna is buying fellow Canadian precious metals miner Roxgold in a stock and cash deal. Roxgold shareholders will receive 0.283 shares of Fortuna for each share of Roxgold they own. In addition, each Roxgold share will bring a cash payment of $0.001 in Canadian currency (it's obviously mostly a stock deal).

Based on the closing prices of Fortuna and Roxgold prior the deal's announcement, that represents about a 40% premium. Roxgold's stock rose in early trading, as you might expect. That said, after the drop in Fortuna's share price, that premium is a bit smaller at this point, with the two stocks now likely to trade in tandem in the future because of the stock component involved here.

Weekend Trend Trader (and I) bought GALT at 3.99 on Monday. Currently up 29.95% since purchase.

HC Wainwright just raised their price target to $14 from $12 a share. That would be fun.

Bitcoin looks like it want slower. Aside from BTC and ETH the rest is casino. You can make tons on a great trade but most of this garbage will not survive. Very scary paying for real land with a house you can live in which is vastly over priced. That is one thing but this is pure video game nonsense.

Hey guys, I'm looking for an entry into U.TO
Any opinions on where the charts are going? Naturally would like to buy near a bottom, but I have a talent for catching a falling knife.

Breakout or Fake-out? They have an inexhaustible supply of paper. When will we know it's real?
I think if we see a close over 30 we are off to the races. Monthly better than weekly better than daily. In the meantime closing over 27 would be a start...

... oh that’s right you guys are talking gold. A close over 1800 for starters, but that won’t get us much reassurance that it is ‘real’.

Gold Delivery for April 30,694! Not too shabby. May opens with a whimper with 725 and a paltry 450 open. Gold is vulnerable for the month, especially if there is pressure in Silver.

Silver Delivery for April 2,987. A bit of a yawn really. May opened with 5,908, not bad but only 2,435 are left on the table. Not expecting fireworks out of those numbers, pretty weak really given all the silver noise going on.
