This is going to release a surge of activity... and, most probably, inflation. Driving the blow-off in stocks? Looks like a tidal wave looking for something to flood.

Look at the flow of the S&P, DOW, NASDAQ. We are/were heading into earnings and things don't look so bad, and at the same time things are looking like they are slowing down almost like they are hitting a tipping point.

I'm not as smart as you guys and will never claim to be when it comes to the markets, charts, etc. but things are NOT looking or smelling right. I truly believe we are in the range of 90-120 days of seeing a significant drop +>20%.

It's a really hard call. Only the lucky will get it right IMO.

Silver... when OI falls off to a low point we tend to rally. This is barchart and they are reporting a huge drop, it isn't yet visible on the CME site. I will check that later when we FINALLY get the CME numbers. If we are down below 100K it would be the first time since 2008! Epic rally dead ahead? Looks kinda like some one is getting out of the way!

I'm getting this impending feeling of FOMO recently. It's been my belief that there will be a Pseudo-rally, followed by a crash. The BIG rally is next year.
Things will begin to shake out before Christmas. Anybody else have these feelings too?

What market are you talking about?

What market are you talking about?
I would think the overall markets; DJI, COMP, OEX, SPX. . . Mainly North American, quickly spreading globally. It just feels like 2008 again.

How high can Icarus soar before the wings melt? These all-time highs can't go on forever, and the exits will be clogged when momentum turns.

How it affects Commodities (particularly precious metals, uranium, lithium, magnesium, REE's) remains to be seen. Will they be an alternative, based on tangible elements you can hold in your hand, as opposed as ethereal BTC, GME, AMC? That's another good question.

My thought process is, "What's safest during a market crash and how early do I get in?".
I don't want to be sitting on SILJ for two years as it mildews into nothing. I also don't want to pay $25 when I can get it today for $13.

Someone stop me from buying MTA.

Looks like it is sitting on a reasonable floor, if nothing else you can run a very tight stop.

Interestingly BarChart still has silver OI way down near 100K while the CME is still up in the 140K range?!

Yeah... or a lag. They may calculate the totals before waiting for confirmed trade data from the CME.

Care to comment on this one?!

Yup. Pure bullshit, at least from my little corner of the world. We are busy now, but not as busy as we were pre Covid.

I think the quality, or rather lack thereof, of info that the seemingly endless number of news outlets constantly churn out is really a problem.

Help me understand this Green BS. If the US produces oil products it pollutes the Earth but it's OK for Russian and the Mid East.

The USA and it's people are in the way of the globalists establishing a global government and the power they think they need to control the globes population which they believe is a major issue. Any global issue that can be used to promote the idea that global governance is needed, global warming, global terrorism, global pandemic etc will be pushed well in excess of any real world threat to further this agenda. It will always be pushed in such a away to disadvantage the USA. For now they want a weak USA begging for global governance to 'save the world'.... of course that will all change once the 'new era' is in place and it will be due to the new, un elected, global wonder government. After a short honeymoon there will be no foreplay, no lube, no nothing... then they will move in earnest to achieve their goals.

This is what I have come to believe... when I stick most things in this context they seem to make more sense...

Then again I am old and nutz...
