Three Texas Democrats who fled to Washington, D.C. test positive for coronavirus

They will be forced to isolate for 10 days

I propose we isolate them for 10-20, but maybe 5 years off if good behavior

Ok, so the vaxxers are getting sick. Is it the vax that is making them sick and are they spreading to non-vaxxed?
I have a son that just started working at hospital in Little Rock. He is being told that all the covid patients are the idiot non-vaxxed people.
I’m one of those idiot hospital workers who are not vaccinated. I worked the covid unit over a year and lived to tell the story. I suspect I had it early during lockdown but don’t know for sure. I do thank God for my health and take nothing for granted I have done a lot of research I will take my chance getting covid over the vaccine People need to realize most doctors don’t know that much about the vaccine He needs to do his own research. And many vaccinated are getting covid. We are not seeing any spike at my hospital

My hospital has about about 4 covid admits, It was 65 during the peak,

Did your hospital do tests in-house to determine if the patients had beer virus or did they rely on the symptoms as described by the CDC?

PCR test doesn't detect covid. The inventor of the test said as much. Media is telling tall tales....

You and I both know that GH, it's why I asked Avalon if they did any testing beyond using the PCR test.

Yabbut... symptomatic and dogmatic have become inseparable.

Why?

Well, there have been ZERO cases of Flu this year, somehow. It is a shame that the ONLY reason anyone has "symptoms" is always Beer Flu. Never any other kind of cold that gives exactly the same test result.

Vitamin D3 is your friend vs WuFlu, and "Jab Juice". Please have your blood level checked and talk to your medical professional to start a protocol.
Personally, I'm a Type 2 diabetic. My D3 levels have been low since that diagnosis.
I added D3 and Zinc 50mg to my daily vitamin/mineral regiment since March of 2020.
No Jab Juice(s) for me.

Evidently we are suppose to be taking vitamin K with the D. I have not been but when I buy my next bottle I will. Vitamin K can be a problem for people on blood thinners though.

20 Foods That Are High in Vitamin K

Vitamin K is an important nutrient that plays a vital role in blood clotting and bone and heart health.
While vitamin K deficiency is rare, less than optimal intake may impair your health over time. Inadequate intake may cause bleeding, weaken your bones and potentially increase your risk of developing heart disease (1Trusted Source, 2Trusted Source).
For this reason, you should make sure to get all the vitamin K your body requires. A daily value (DV) of 120 mcg should prevent insufficiency in most people.
This article lists 20 foods that provide high amounts of vitamin K. Additionally, it includes 5 lists of vitamin K sources categorized by food group.

20 Foods High in Vitamin K

Vitamin K is a group of compounds divided into two groups: vitamin K1 (phylloquinone) and vitamin K2 (menaquinone).
Vitamin K1, the most common form of vitamin K, is mainly found in plant-sourced foods, especially dark, leafy green vegetables. Vitamin K2, on the other hand, is only found in animal-sourced foods and fermented plant foods, such as natto.

What’s your D3 dosage? I’ve never been tested for my level but I take 10k daily unless I expect to get good sun exposure for at least 30 mins.

The brand I'm using ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00T8NROWM?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details ) of K2. I'm on TRT and full bloodwork every 6mon and surprised when latest test came back low on D3 despite supplementing 4000iu with drops. I've added a 5000iu pill. May have been just due to coming out of winter here in WA so get a blood test!!! Neighbor who's Portland fireman told me all of them have been doing 10000iu for the last year. Sadly they were all finally forced to take the jab, they weren't happy. Also other neighbor is ex-Iraq Marine vet and caught beer flu early last year, his vitD is crashed probably due to various vax's.

one GIM members told me his sister could not get her vitamin D optimal until she started going in the sun daily in addition to supplements. I know in some of the covid videos the Drs are saying 10,000 a day for some people. Since you get regular labs it wouldn't hurt. You would know if you were high by next set of labs

Potassium. It is in my multi-vitamin/mineral tablet. Eat bananas, drink Coca-Cola both contain potassium.
If you get you D3 blood levels checked might as well check Vit. K levels too.

never had my D checked but I supplement anyway. They did check my magnesium and potassium. I have to take a lot of magnesium supplementation or I get irregular heart rhythms and cramps. Potassium is a rough supplement. My patients complain about it a lot. I have taken it and its like battery acid going through a woman bladder.. Ill stick to bananas.

My daughters used to act like vampires. They bought into the hype that if one drop of sun touched their skin they would burn and turn into a old crones over night. They both of course had low vitamin D levels. They have eased up on living in the dark now.. lol

Early Morning Tanning and late evening tanning is best. Misses more of the ultra-violet rays that cause damage.
I knew a Sun worshiper. She was done by 9:30 in the morning, and started about 8pm evenings. No more than an hour and rotating like a rotisserie chicken.

Thought it was zink that made the D work or is that the ivermectin?

It is my understanding that you get very little if any D3 that way for the same reason you’d get very little in the winter even if your skin was exposed.
You need the sun high in the sky for direct exposure in order to synthesize vitamin D from the UVB rays.

Another benefit of sun exposure is nitric oxide production (we also produce it when we breathe through our noses, but very little to none when mouth breathing). Nitric oxide is anti-inflammatory and pro immune system.

zinc too but need to read up on dosages
A moonlighting Air Force Doc. told me back in the late 70s. The average OTC Medicine and Vitamin Tablets dosage is determined as one pill/tablet is designed for the size of an average 145 lbs female.
Whether that has changed or not IDK, but I have discussed this with my current Docs. None seem to disagree with what I was told way back when.

I have read that D could benefit from magnesium supplement, that taking D is no guarantee if your magnesium is low.
Bought some D and Magnesium but haven't taken the magnesium yet.
Not sure about magnesium carbonate vs magnesium oxide and dosages. Too much can be bad.
I mean, I eat alot of avocados, spinach, broccoli, eggs, so I'm not sure about supplements.

To change subject, after working all day on a wonderful Monday, I think the cat is almost out of the bag.
People are catching on to folks dying (took me 4 tries to spell dyeing right) from covid. I have heard more reports of sickness in the last week that people I knew with covid in the last year. The vaxxers are getting sick, sick, sick.
