Some of the most interesting posts to Wikileaks in 2016 and 2017 concern a Ukrainian Billionaire financed, nationwide surveillance system for Pakistan called NADRA.
In February of 2017 with the breaking news of the Awan scandal in Congress, I began following a national surveillance system in Pakistan called NADRA, being paid for by three Ukrainian billionaires (which smacked of yet another CIA, Cofer Black front in Ukraine).
NADRA is the first national biomentric survelliance system ever installed, beginning with Pakistan in 2012.
The biomentric fingerprint collected from phones a decade later is helping Pakistani police identify dead bodies on the streets and in morgues.
The Awan Pakistani Spy Ring in our US Congress that I was reporting on at the time had many contacts with the Pakistani ISI Intelligence Service installing NADRA in Pakistan, so NADRA was of keen interest to me and a frequent topic of my reporting.
One very interesting wrinkle to the story was one sole Ukrainian woman named Nataliia Sova in the Awan Spy Ring. Sova only seemed to be on Capitol Hill long enough for the Ukrainian Billionaires cover up defrauding the NADRA Bank in Ukraine to pay for the NADRA software in Pakistan.
Natalia Sova was only on Capitol Hill during the NADRA “transactions” it seems - an old intelligence trick to use assistants as buffers to create plausible deniability. But Natalia Sova’s IP address forwarded to Omar Awan, her supposed husband in Congress. Pictures do not exist for either person, giving even more credibility to belief that these are cardboard cutouts being used to carry out the NADRA transaction.
If three Ukrainian Billionaires were “financing” NADRA which was already paid for indirectly by the US Congress with Afghan War support, were Ukrainian Billionaires really just buying the NADRA source code to resell to other governments around the world?
In June 2017, Journalist George Webb accused Ukrainian Billionaire Dmitri Firtask as draining the Ukraine NADRA Bank assets to pay for Pakistani NADRA spyware over a period of years.
Since the Ukrainian War has started, all sins committed by Ukrainian oligarchs against the Ukrainian people have disappeared.
I likened the purchase of the NADRA biosurveillance software from Pakistan by the Ukrainian Billionaires as very similar to the famous PROMIS software stolen by Israeli super-spy, Robert Maxwell, that was resold with “back doors” to governments all over the world. These spying “backdoors” allowed for government infiltration and eventual overthrows of many governments around the world.
In 2017, Journalist George Webb speculated that the NADRA biometric surveillace software used in Pakistan was purchased by Ukrainian Billionaires to help affect lockdowns and overthrows of countries worldwide, much in the same way Robert Maxwell’s PROMIS software was used.
While I was reporting on NADRA Bank in June of 2017, a seemingly stunning post from 2012 that Julian Assange had made about NADRA was reposted by Assange - TWICE. I will never forget Assange posting NADRA 2012 emails twice while I was doing broadcasts on the story, and I will never forget the Pakistanis immediate denial.
The other component other than biomentrics that made the NADRA system so advanced was its link with satellites. The biometics of the phone with fingerprint and other technologies could track and trace the individual who it belonged to as well in the NADRA system. Is this national “tag and trace” system being employed in the US with vaccine passports and/or in other countries? We shall see. But the satellite component to “tag and trace” the movements of a nation’s citizen was most interesting to me back in 2017.
Biometric national identity cards used the satellite for virtually all government services with NADRA, and the system has been implemented since 2000, even before 9/11 security concerns. Was Assange warning the world in 2017 of the coming of the lockdown access vaccine passports? Is that why they took him into custody? We will see, but with each day that goes by, it seems we were right on the money with NADRA.

Soldiers in hazmat suits searched for signs of nuclear and chemical substances at the crash site of a Ukrainian cargo plane transporting nearly a dozen tons of mortar shells and land mines.
The Antonov An-12 light aircraft, which was transporting the weapons from Serbia to Bangladesh, had eight Ukrainian crew members onboard.
They were all killed.
An official at Kyiv cargo operator Meridian told Reuters: 'Of course they didn't survive this.'
Eyewitnesses filmed the fireball crash in the early hours today, with explosions continuing for two hours and the charred wreckage burning until morning.
Drone images from the scene showed debris from the bulking aircraft strewn in fields.
Serbia's defense minister said the plane was carrying 11.5 tonnes of products made by its defense industry and the buyer was Bangladesh defense ministry.
Greek authorities could not provide any more information on the aircraft's cargo.
A special army unit arrived at the site to search for nuclear, biological and chemical substances at 1pm local time (10am GMT).
A lead firefighter told reporters that his crew 'felt their lips burning' at the site, with white dust floating in the air.
'We don't know what has been affecting us,' fire brigade coordinator Marios Apostolidis said.
Serbian defence minister Nebojsa Stefanovic added that the plane's cargo was owned by Serbian company Valir, a trade company registered to perform foreign trade activities of armament military equipment and other defense products.
State TV ERT said that the signal of the aircraft was lost soon after the pilot requested an emergency landing from Greek aviation authorities due to an engine problem.
Amateur video footage showed the aircraft in flames descending fast before hitting the ground in what appeared to be an explosion.

The last mark on the radar was 10 nautical miles west of Kavala. The plane was flying from Serbia, entered Greek airspace, turned towards Kavala airport and was probably about to land before it crashed.
Serbia sells weapons to both Ukraine and Russia. This is the only state in Europe that produces a large number of weapons used by both warring parties.
It is no coincidence that in a video published last week, the British are training Ukrainians with brand new Serbian-made Zastava assault rifles.”

Saving Ukraine from Russia has become more important to Western leaders than saving the planet from climate change, more important than keeping their populations from freezing in the dark, more important than the viability of Western industries, and more important even than avoiding the risk of an all-out nuclear war between the West and Russia.
An early indication of the West’s loss of all perspective where Russia is concerned - call it Russia Derangement Syndrome - occurred in the United States after Donald Trump was elected president. Large swathes of the public, including virtually all Democrats and the legacy media, embraced a fantasy known as Russian Collusion, which asserted that Russia had colluded with the Trump campaign to install him as president.
The fantasy persisted for three years until 2019 when Russia Collusion was confirmed to be a hoax perpetrated by Trump’s rival for the 2016 presidency, Hillary Clinton.

An infuriated West sanctioned Russian goods and services helter-skelter without thinking through the consequences, chiefly those involving energy. Russia represents continental Europe’s chief energy source and is the main reason Europeans can keep the lights on.
Only after the Europeans decided to punish Russia, and only after Russia announced cuts to gas flows—temporarily, it said—on the Nord Stream 1 pipeline of 60 percent, did it dawn on Europeans that Russia could retaliate this coming winter through punitively-timed energy curtailments, putting Europe at Russia’s mercy.
In Germany, for example, Chancellor Olaf Scholz’s administration did its sums to discover that under all scenarios, Germany lacked the reserves needed to last the winter.
The United States is exporting record amounts of gas, so much so that Europe now receives more high-priced liquefied natural gas from U.S. tankers than inexpensive natural gas from Russian pipelines. Since Russia invaded Ukraine, Europeans have advanced more than 20 liquefied natural gas import projects.
In this fossil fuel free-for-all, the West has effectively abandoned its once ironclad commitment to combat climate change, which its leaders never tired of describing as an existential threat to the planet. Gone is Germany’s net-zero commitment to phase out coal plants by 2030, tenuous is the UK’s pledge to stop using coal in power stations by 2024, and shaky is the G-7’s determination to end “direct public support for the international unabated fossil fuel energy sector by the end of 2022.” Instead, the G-7, noting its determination to support Ukraine, backed increased deliveries of liquefied natural gas and urged oil-producing nations to increase their production.

To punish Russia, the Europeans are knowingly visiting far more severe punishments on themselves. Germany is preparing to put its population on an emergency footing by urging a rationing of energy. Its governments are responding by dimming street lights, switching off the illumination of historic buildings, and shutting off hot water in gyms, museums, and government buildings. Housing complexes are limiting the hours that hot showers can be taken and lowering the thermostats in centrally heated complexes. Industries are planning to scale back, move away from Europe, or shut down operations altogether.
A greater punishment still is being voiced in the form of nuclear war. The UK, France, and the United States have all reminded Russia that they possess nuclear weapons in response to Russian reminders that it has the greatest nuclear arsenal of all.
Remarkably, before the West so uniformly came to Ukraine’s defense, Ukraine was held in low regard by Europeans, viewed as a kleptocracy run by corrupt oligarchs with only the faintest hint of the rule of law. That image was transformed overnight once Russia invaded, as Ukraine became an instant darling of the West, so worthy as to warrant the destruction of the West’s economy, environment, and possibly the West itself.
Such is the power of the Russia Derangement Syndrome.

Denmark’s emergency plan involves shutting down gas heating during the summer, taking shorter showers, drying clothes outside, and suspending gas supplies to energy-intensive industries.

Gone is Germany’s net-zero commitment to phase out coal plants by 2030, tenuous is the UK’s pledge to stop using coal in power stations by 2024, and shaky is the G-7’s determination to end “direct public support for the international unabated fossil fuel energy sector by the end of 2022.” Instead, the G-7, noting its determination to support Ukraine, backed increased deliveries of liquefied natural gas and urged oil-producing nations to increase their production.

To punish Russia, the Europeans are knowingly visiting far more severe punishments on themselves. Germany is preparing to put its population on an emergency footing by urging a rationing of energy. Its governments are responding by dimming street lights, switching off the illumination of historic buildings, and shutting off hot water in gyms, museums, and government buildings. Housing complexes are limiting the hours that hot showers can be taken and lowering the thermostats in centrally heated complexes. Industries are planning to scale back, move away from Europe, or shut down operations altogether.
Denmark’s emergency plan involves shutting down gas heating during the summer, taking shorter showers, drying clothes outside, and suspending gas supplies to energy-intensive industries.
A greater punishment still is being voiced in the form of nuclear war. The UK, France, and the United States have all reminded Russia that they possess nuclear weapons in response to Russian reminders that it has the greatest nuclear arsenal of all.
Remarkably, before the West so uniformly came to Ukraine’s defense, Ukraine was held in low regard by Europeans, viewed as a kleptocracy run by corrupt oligarchs with only the faintest hint of the rule of law. That image was transformed overnight once Russia invaded, as Ukraine became an instant darling of the West, so worthy as to warrant the destruction of the West’s economy, environment, and possibly the West itself.
Such is the power of the Russia Derangement Syndrome.

Irina Yarovaya is a prominent Russian politician, and the “State Duma” is the lower of the two houses in Russian Parliament (Legislative Branch). She is one of the co-chairs overseeing Russian Parliament’s investigation into the DNC bioterrorism in Ukraine. The American equivalent would be one of the Committees in the House of Representatives. Yarovaya is the one who reported on July 7th that we can expect the final report on the Russian MIL findings in “Autumn”.
Now that we are all tracking on what we are looking at, here’s the video and the transcript below.

Yarovaya claims their ongoing investigation shows intentional negligence, with the objective of allowing pathogens to escape, so the US could then monitor and research the effects of the bioweapons. The calculated US negligence caused the absurd spikes in pandemics in Ukraine since 2014.
Essentially, the US were outsourcing illegal experimentation to their 3rd world proxy in Ukraine, ravaged by civil war, and intentionally stored highly transmissible and lethal pathogens in sub-par laboratories, outside the scope of US oversight and regulations, with intent to let them escape.
But why? Why release these genetically modified pathogens on the people in Ukraine? How does that help in the Deep State’s world domination agenda?
I believe they were using Ukraine as a testing ground, to find suitable pathogens to release on the world population. Testing different bioweapons with the appropriate transmissibility and lethality, documenting the human and community responses from those affected, to perfect and eventually carry out their plot to usher in liberal-globalism, under the guise of public health. If these allegations are true, and we have seen a heavy compilation of evidence to suggest they are, the Deep State perpetrators would not only be in violation of the Biological Weapons Convention via the production of bioweapons, but also in violation of the Nuremberg Code. Conducting experiments on citizens without consent.
According to Russia, the ruling families DNC have committed crimes on par with, and in some cases exceeding, that of the Nazis of the Third Reich. And Russia are determined to put a stop to it and hold the perpetrators accountable by any means necessary. Russian officials seem to believe this will end in Nuremberg-like trials, and given the allegations, these comments make more sense.
“We are planning to organise an international tribunal on the republic’s territory,” said Denis Pushilin, the leader of a Russian-controlled territory in the Donetsk region. These trials would serve as a “lesson for everyone who forgot the lessons of Nuremberg”.

So that’s where we are at, we are waiting on the conclusion of the Special Military Operation in Ukraine, the final report from the State Duma investigation, which will be presented to the UN Security Council. All of which will be coming to its climax near the US midterms. And then Russia wants to hold international military tribunals in Ukraine.
For those that STILL think “nothing is going to happen”… don’t tell me that, call Vladimir Putin and tell HIM that. You think that Russia went this far and are just going to give up because the US refuse to admit to the allegations? Absolutely not.
