This will be coming up more and more as we dive closer to 2020.

NUMBERS DON’T LINE UP: R.I. voter rolls included 255,000 the census didn’t see. State’s figure has long been higher than Census Bureau’s.

PROVIDENCE — "Rhode Island had 7,000 more people registered to vote in November than it had U.S. citizens old enough to vote, according to a Providence Journal review of state voter records and U.S. Census Bureau numbers.

Secretary of State Nellie M. Gorbea, who is in charge of maintaining the state’s voter list, says 789,950 people were registered to vote in November. The Census Bureau says 782,000 citizens old enough to vote lived in Rhode Island then.

The Census Bureau, in a survey of Rhode Island residents, also counted how many were registered to vote in the November 2018 election. That totaled 532,000 — 255,000 fewer than the number Gorbea said were registered to vote."

How did this happen and why such a HUGE discrepancy? No voter fraud, right? So how did Gov. Gina Raimondo get 52.6 percent of the vote?! How did Sen. Sheldon Farticus Whitehouse get in again? And Rep. David Cicilline? All three are HUGELY unpopular and Rhode Islanders are asking, how did they get in again?

Voter fraud.

Microsoft Introduces ‘ElectionGuard’ Software to ‘Modernize’ Voting

Tech giant Microsoft is taking a step into the world of election security, offering a new open-source software called “ElectionGuard,” which it claims is an “end-to-end” voting verification system to “modernize” elections.
AP News reports that Microsoft is entering the world of election security with the introduction of new open-source software called “ElectionGuard.” The name of the new software seems quite close to Microsoft’s partner NewsGuard, the browser extension bundled with the Microsoft Edge mobile browser that purports to be the arbiter of reliability in media. In practice, NewsGuard has repeatedly verified hoax Russian election tampering stories as true while blacklisting multiple conservative news websites as “fake news.”

Now, Microsoft is offering to step in to make voting more secure and transparent, according to the company. Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella said in an announcement on Monday at a Seattle developer’s conference that the software would help to “modernize all of the election infrastructure everywhere in the world.”

Microsoft and DARPA want to run the elections for every country in the world.

https://apnews.com/7e78189c21ce4a7cb7cb73432705c3ca

Microsoft offers software tools to secure elections

Microsoft has announced an ambitious effort to make voting secure, verifiable and subject to reliable audits by registering ballots in encrypted form so they can be accurately and independently tracked long after they are cast.

Two of the three top U.S elections vendors have expressed interest in potentially incorporating the open-source software into their voting systems.

The software is being developed with Galois, an Oregon-based company separately creating a secure voting system prototype under contract with the Pentagon’s advanced research agency, DARPA. Dubbed “ElectionGuard,” it will be available this summer, Microsoft says, with early prototypes ready to pilot for next year’s U.S. general elections.

CEO Satya Nadella announced the initiative Monday at a developer’s conference in Seattle, saying the software development kit would help “modernize all of the election infrastructure everywhere in the world.”

Three little-known U.S. companies control about 90 percent of the market for election equipment, but have long faced criticism for poor security, antiquated technology and insufficient transparency around their proprietary, black-box voting systems.

Open-source software is inherently more secure because the underlying code is easily scrutinized by outside experts but has been shunned by the dominant vendors whose customers — the nation’s 10,000 election jurisdictions — are mostly strapped for cash.

None offered bids when Travis County, Texas, home to Austin, sought to build a system with the “end-to-end” verification attributes that ElectionGuard promises to deliver.

Two of the leading vendors, Election Systems & Software of Omaha, Nebraska, and Hart InterCivic of Austin, Texas, both expressed interest in partnering with Microsoft for ElectionGuard. A spokeswoman for a third vendor, Dominion Voting Systems of Denver, said the company looks forward to “learning more” about the initiative.

Anyone with an existing voting system or developing a new one will be able to incorporate ElectionGuard — at the state or local level in the U.S. or national level for jurisdictions abroad.

“Once the barrier to entry is low enough, hopefully one of the vendors will go for it, and that will bring the rest of them in quickly enough,” said Dan Wallach, a Rice University computer scientist who assisted Travis County.

“It can be used with a ballot-marking device. It can be used with an optical scanner, on hand-marked paper ballots,” said Josh Benaloh, a senior cryptographer at Microsoft Research and key contributor to the ElectionGuard project. Benaloh helped produce a National Academies of Science report last year that called for an urgent overhaul of the rickety U.S. election system, which Russian hackers infiltrated in 2016 in several states.

That report called for all U.S. elections to be held on human-readable paper ballots by 2020. It also advocated a specific form of routine postelection audits to ensure accurate vote counts — a requirement that “end-to-end’ voting verification satisfies.

Election integrity activist Susan Greenhalgh of the National Election Defense Coalition said she hoped it would encourage innovative thinking at the level elections are actually managed.

“We can’t have faith-based voting anymore,” she said. “This is a great step forward in verifying election results.”

ElectionGuard will let voters confirm that their votes are accurately recorded. Beyond that, the unique coded tracker it produces registers an encrypted version of the vote that keeps the ballot choice itself secret while ensuring votes are accurately counted.

That enables reliable postelection audits and recounts.

As often as Microsoft products have been hacked, crashed, responsible for military jet failures, gov getting hacked, mil getting hacked, banks getting hacked as well as letting the CIA in the backdoor of ANY computer running Microsoft products, would it really be a smart choice to authorize Microsoft AND DARPA to provide "secure voting"? Letting the inmates run the asylum?!? Really???

How about executing congress and the judiciary while keel-hauling the CIA and putting the FBI on range duty as target holders and each political party committee on a 20 stint of latrine duty in federal prisons while there is a 10 year moratorium on federal elections and money to Israel? Makes much more sense to me.

Anons, dig into the connection between newly indicted 'Fugees' rap group member and Haiti, birthplace of Fugees member Wyclif Jean

All mention of Haiti has been scrubbed from the Fugee's Wikipedia page, recently, as the Google cache blurb still shows multiple mentions of Haiti and Haitian immigration.

Well, if we can't trust Microsoft and Darpa to guard our elections who can we trust?

Lol......

That's kinda like saying, if we can't trust Jeffrey Dahmer and Ted Bundy to babysit our children, who can we trust?

Hope for California

Anons, remember before the 2018 elections Q said, "Watch CA"? And after it was suggested (forget if Q said it) that they 'got it all.' Well we have been waiting for something to drop. Well, here is how it is going to play out. The Good Guys DO INDEED have all the voter fraud data, but need a reason to bring the hammer into court.

And what is the reason? Check out the Election Integrity Project California (https://eip-ca.com/) (not to be confused with similarly-named imposters!!).

This intrepid group of volunteers began putting legal election observers in MANY polling places around 2010. Since then they have DOCUMENTED countless examples of election fraud, voter manipulation and the systemic election theft in southern California. The movement has grown to cover all of California. (Get involved, Calianons…look up your local chapter on the website above!)

So what they did was to PROVE fraud. And they took it to the California DOJ which REFUSED to prosecute. In fact the crooked Democrat legislators then MADE LAWS LEGALIZING the very sketchy practices EIP-CA identified! Supreme fuckery anons.

BUT Judicial Watch and Mark Levin's Landmark Legal Foundation TEAMED UP with EIP-CA and they recently WON a court battle which FORCES the Losa Angeles County elections department to clean up their voter rolls where there were 1.5 MILLION cases of outdated, inactive, etc. voters which left the county RIPE for exploitation.

EIP-CA is not done yet. They need ALL CA anons to join up. Because it is WITH EIP-CA's hard data and legal push where the GOOD GUYS will be able to enter in.

For example, EIP-CA has PROVEN with hard facts that Voter Fraud DOES happen on a massive scale in these five areas (pic related):

1.) Vulnerable Populations - Seniors, College students, non-citizens
2.) Poll Workers - Not trained in election laws. Easily manipulated & intimidated
3.) Voter Rolls not maintained - Duplicates, deceased, people who moved, non-citizen registrations, inactive voters on the active list, voter impersonation facilitated by lack of photo Voter ID requirement
4.) Vote by Mail [and this is YUUUUUUUGE!!] Ballots submitted in envelopes must be "processed" and are handled by large numbers of people, making the easy to manipulate by those with an agenda
5.) Provisional Ballots - 2012 - CA cast approximately 40% of all Provisional ballots nationwide. 2016 - CA case approximately 60% of all provisional ballots nationwide [in 2018 it was 70%]

EIP-CA seeks to get legal election observers in ALL CA polling places for the 2020 elections AND to be there onsite for the 60 days of vote-by-mail processing before the election itself. GET INVOLVED CA anons! Together we will all capture the data to prove it in court once and indeed for all (becuse the GOOD GUYS then get to bring in their own data.)

Finally it is critical to understand how they process votes by mail and that you should INSIST to every CA voter you can to inform the county registrar that you do NOT WANT TO VOTE BY MAIL - Sacramento is right now trying to pass a law that this will be the ONLY WAY we can vote. HOW they prcess mail-in votes is that they 're-create' the voter's selections on to an actual ballot. Here is what they do: ONE PERSON READS out loud how a person voted. And ONE PERSON WRITES down on a ballot what the first person said.

Do you see any potential for fuckery THERE anons? Yes, it is RIPE for fuckery and EIP-CA has DOCUMENTED countless examples of the Democrats commiting fraud in this exact process.

The Election Integrity Project is THE vehicle for HOPE for California anons. And they get ZERO positive media attention despite being partnered with Judicial Watch and Landmark Legal Foundation.

Spread the word.

I will keep you updated.

California Begins Massive Voter Roll Clean-Up – Notifies Up to 1.5 Million ‘Inactive’ Voters as Part of Judicial Watch Lawsuit Settlement

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it has been informed that Los Angeles County has sent notices to as many as 1.5 million inactive voters on its voter rolls. This mailing is a step toward removing the names of voters who have moved, died, or are otherwise ineligible to vote. The massive mailing is the result of a settlement agreement with Judicial Watch requiring the County to remove as many as 1.5 million inactive registrations. In addition, the California secretary of state has alerted other California counties to clean up their voter registration lists to comply with the federal National Voter Registration Act (NVRA), as the secretary promised to do in that same settlement agreement.

All of this is the result of a federal lawsuit Judicial Watch filed in 2017 to force the cleanup of Los Angeles County’s voter rolls (Judicial Watch, Inc., et al. v. Dean C. Logan, et al. (No. 2:17-cv-08948)). Judicial Watch sued on its own behalf and on behalf of Wolfgang Kupka, Rhue Guyant, Jerry Griffin, and Delores M. Mars, who are lawfully registered voters in Los Angeles County. Judicial Watch was joined in this lawsuit by Election Integrity Project California, Inc., a public interest group that has long been involved in monitoring California’s voter rolls.

Under the terms of the settlement agreement, voters who do not respond to the notices sent by the County and who do not vote in the next two federal elections must be removed from the voting rolls. Secretary Padilla also agreed to update the state’s online NVRA manual in order to make clear that ineligible names must be removed and to notify each California county that they are obliged to do this. On April 11, Secretary Padilla notified Judicial Watch that this part of the settlement agreement had been implemented.

More voter data fuggery in anticipation of 2020

N.C. Elections Board Sued for Withholding Noncitizen Voter Data

The North Carolina state board of elections has been hit with a lawsuit over its refusal to turn over noncitizen voter data.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), an Indiana-based election integrity group, filed suit Monday in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, Western Division, after the board failed to provide the group with records in relation to noncitizens on voter rolls in numerous counties in the state.

The board continuously pushed back dates that they would provide the group with the records, which were first requested 280 days ago. When officials from the group went to obtain the documents in person, a hard drive was given to PILF's representatives that did not contain the data that the group had requested, according to the complaint.

PILF is seeking information on how state and local officials "identify and eventually remove registrants for citizenship-eligibility defects using immigration or driver licensing data." The group alleges that North Carolina's board of elections is violating inspection rights under the National Voters Registration Act of 1993.

FBI, DHS Contacted Over Stealth Dem Effort to Gain Voter Data
Priorities USA's efforts in Michigan to get 2016 data so 'unusual' numerous gov't agencies were alerted

https://freebeacon.com/issues/emails-fbi-dhs-contacted-over-stealth-dem-effort-to-gain-voter-data/

This article makes me wonder how much voter data from different states the leftists got in 2016 and before 2018, losing the House in 2018 & could it be connected to Project Veritas exposures on out of state voters either voting twice, or a false vote in state while the citizen lived in another state.

Think about this, what if they got massive amounts of voter data, and took years to analyze who no longer lives in the states, so the dems could send a fraudulent person to vote in state? This could happen simply because a lot states intentionally didn’t purge their voter rolls of dead people or people that moved out of state. Hence Judicial watch winning in suit against CA for them to purge 5,000,000 ineligible voters. In other words, Dems know who moved out of state on a massive scale and steal that persons identity to vote in state. This could be a much bigger scheme and problem than Project Veritas revealed

I’d say this is very likely

A massive effort to obtain Michigan voter data spearheaded by powerhouse Democratic group Priorities USA was so "unusual" that top officials in the state contacted the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Department of Homeland Security over the matter, internal emails provided to the Washington Free Beacon show.

Michigan clerks began receiving "mystery" Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests last year from an opaque limited liability company, the United Impact Group LLC, seeking a large assortment of voter data from across the state, including ballots cast in the 2016 elections. The efforts were later linked to the Priorities USA Foundation, the separate but affiliated nonprofit arm of Priorities USA Action, the largest outside liberal super PAC.

The requests from the group "unnerved" local clerks, the Detroit News reported at the time.

Even though Priorities had been publicly tied to the effort, and officials were aware of the connection, the nature of the requests and the opacity of the LLC alarmed officials to such a high degree that numerous government agencies were alerted, according to emails shared with the Free Beaconobtained through Michigan records requests by the Public Interest Legal Foundation, a group that litigates to protect election integrity.

Lest we forget the primary hardware perpetrator Intel and give ms more credit for that which they've stolen (their most stable OS was developed by Dave Cutler from DEC).

Excrement-spewing flaw affects almost every Intel chip since 2011

Security researchers have found a new class of vulnerabilities in Intel chips which, if exploited, can be used to steal sensitive information directly from the processor.,

The bugs are reminiscent of Meltdown and Spectre, which exploited a weakness in speculative execution, an important part of how modern processors work. Speculative execution helps processors predict to a certain degree what an application or operating system might need next and in the near-future, making the app run faster and more efficient. The processor will execute its predictions if they’re needed, or discard them if they’re not.

Both Meltdown and Spectre leaked sensitive data stored briefly in the processor, including secrets — such as passwords, secret keys and account tokens, and private messages.
...

The link is in the Headline.

Read on in order to learn why UNIX/LINUX was so utterly reviled by he who generated the most stable ms OS, which was NT:

So, why did Dave Cutler REALLY hate UNIX?

As often as Microsoft products have been hacked, crashed, responsible for military jet failures, gov getting hacked, mil getting hacked, banks getting hacked as well as letting the CIA in the backdoor of ANY computer running Microsoft products, would it really be a smart choice to authorize Microsoft AND DARPA to provide "secure voting"? I've thought about this

Maybe 'they' were out-cheated?

Maybe the math said to 'protect/cheat' this area, and that's what happened, by a factor of 2 or 3

Hillary was blindsided by a shadow group she never even knew existed

this 'shadow group' is Q and his buddies
they didn't do anything 'illegal', they just did things to "prevent illegalities from happening"

and the 'elites' have spent billions trying to 'flush them out' and it appears it isn't working

Epstein was arrested...the cone of silence has finally worked, Trump and his crew fixed it, then used it

Winning!

Study supports Trump: 5.7 million noncitizens may have cast illegal votes
A research group in New Jersey has taken a fresh look at postelection polling data and concluded that the number of noncitizens voting illegally in U.S. elections is likely far greater than previous estimates.

As many as 5.7 million noncitizens may have voted in the 2008 election, which put Barack Obama in the White House.

The research organization Just Facts, a widely cited, independent think tank led by self-described conservatives and libertarians, revealed its number-crunching in a report on national immigration.
Just Facts President James D. Agresti and his team looked at data from an extensive Harvard/YouGov study that every two years questions a sample size of tens of thousands of voters. Some acknowledge they are noncitizens and are thus ineligible to vote.

Just Facts’ conclusions confront both sides in the illegal voting debate: those who say it happens a lot and those who say the problem nonexistent.
In one camp, there are groundbreaking studies by professors at Old Dominion University in Virginia who attempted to compile scientifically derived illegal voting numbers using the Harvard data, called the Cooperative Congressional Election Study.

On the other side are the professors who conducted the study and contended that “zero” noncitizens of about 18 million adults in the U.S. voted. The liberal mainstream media adopted this position and proclaimed the Old Dominion work was “debunked.”

The ODU professors, who stand by their work in the face of attacks from the left, concluded that in 2008 as few as 38,000 and as many as 2.8 million noncitizens voted.

Mr. Agresti’s analysis of the same polling data settled on much higher numbers. He estimated that as many as 7.9 million noncitizens were illegally registered that year and 594,000 to 5.7 million voted.

These numbers are more in line with the unverified estimates given by President Trump, who said the number of ballots cast by noncitizens was the reason he lost the popular vote to Hillary Clinton.

Last month, the president signed an executive order setting up a commission to try to find on-the-ground truth in illegal voting. Headed by Vice President Mike Pence, the panel also will look at outdated voter lists across the nation with names of dead people and multiple registrants.

For 2012, Just Facts said, 3.2 million to 5.6 million noncitizens were registered to vote and 1.2 million to 3.6 million of them voted.
Mr. Agresti lays out his reasoning in a series of complicated calculations, which he compares to U.S. Census Bureau figures for noncitizen residents. Polls show noncitizens vote overwhelmingly Democratic.

“The details are technical, but the figure I calculated is based on a more conservative margin of sampling error and a methodology that I consider to be more accurate,” Mr. Agresti told The Washington Times.

He believes the Harvard/YouGov researchers based their “zero” claim on two flawed assumptions. First, they assumed that people who said they voted and identified a candidate did not vote unless their names showed up in a database.

“This is illogical, because such databases are unlikely to verify voters who use fraudulent identities, and millions of noncitizens use them,” Mr. Agresti said.

He cites government audits that show large numbers of noncitizens use false IDs and Social Security numbers in order to function in the U.S., which could include voting.

Federal judge rules against Maryland as Judicial Watch wins big to uncover obvious vote fraud potential
By Thomas Lifson

Those Democrats who keep telling us that vote fraud is rare and insignificant fight like hell to make sure the evidence remains buried — even when there are obvious danger signs such as exists in Montgomery County, Maryland, where there are more registered voters than resident citizens.

You might think officials would be anxious to find out why that is and would be eager to clean up their voter rolls. Certainly, any officials that cared about the integrity of the vote would want to ensure that malefactors would not be able to pick up ballots and vote them (as the practice of "vote harvesting" permits). But for reasons only they can explain, Maryland officials fought in federal court to prevent Judicial Watch from obtaining voter data lists.

And they got skunked.

Judicial Watch announced today that a federal court has ordered the State of Maryland to produce voter list data for Montgomery County, the state's biggest county. The court ruling comes in the Judicial Watch lawsuit filed July 18, 2017, against Montgomery County and the Maryland State Boards of Elections under the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA).
The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, Baltimore Division (Judicial Watch vs. Linda H. Lamone, et al. (No. 1:17-cv-02006)). The decision follows NVRA-related Judicial Watch successes in California and Kentucky that could lead to removal of up to 1.85 million inactive voters from voter registration lists. The NVRA requires states to take reasonable steps to clean up its voting rolls and to make documents about its voter list maintenance practices available to anyone who asks.
Judicial Watch had sought the Maryland voter list data after discovering that there were more registered voters in Montgomery County than citizens over the age of 18 who could register. U.S. District Court Judge Ellen Lipton Hollander rejected Maryland's objections to providing the voter list information under Section 8(i) of the National Voter Registration Act:
If Judicial Watch had submitted requests for voter registration data, corresponding to the thousands of Montgomery County voters, the State would have been required to produce each record, pursuant to Section 8(i). Instead, Judicial Watch merely submitted a single request for a voter list containing and compiling the same information about the thousands of voters in Montgomery County. Although both scenarios seek the same information, defendants believe that the NVRA would require compliance with only one of them. Rejecting Judicial Watch's request based on semantics would be tantamount to requiring Judicial Watch to make thousands of separate requests. Neither the NVRA, the Court, nor common sense can abide such a purposeless obstruction.
****

Organizations such as Judicial Watch have the resources and expertise that few individuals can marshal. By excluding these organizations from access to voter registration lists, the State law undermines Section 8(i)'s efficacy. Accordingly, [Maryland election law] is an obstacle to the accomplishment of the NVRA's purposes. It follows that the State law is preempted in so far as it allows only Maryland registered voters to access voter registration lists.
The dispute over the voter registration list arose from an April 11, 2017, notice letter sent to Maryland election officials, in which Judicial Watch explained Montgomery County had an impossibly high registration rate. The letter threatened a lawsuit if the problems with Montgomery County's voter rolls were not fixed. The letter also requested access to Montgomery County voter registration lists in order to evaluate the efficacy of any "programs and activities conducted for the purpose of ensuring the accuracy and currency of Maryland's official eligible voter lists during the past 2 years."
Democrat Maryland officials, in response, attacked and smeared Judicial Watch by suggesting it was an agent of Russia.
No, Judicial Watch is not an agent of Russia. That is a despicable charge. I donate to J.W. as often as I can, and I urge those readers with the resources to do so to give them money.

You can donate to Judicial Watch here.
