Yeah, it's not just a drive through... (snicker...)

You have to pay attention and comprehend the nuances.

There's no 'quick fix' pill for understanding....

They used to not require SS #s, now all states require a standardized photo ID. At least they will have a useful mugshot on outlaws if they are "wanted" as most DL photos are bad quality.

There's no law that "requires" anyone to obtain an SSN. It would be unconstitutional.

Call the SS office up and ask. It's VOLUNTARY.

Now, if you extrapolate the logic forward...

Unless you know how to defend a driving without a license charge and are prepared to spend time in jail....
Not saying it cannot be done just only see an Indian tribe license work for that.

You are not a DRIVER you are a traveler and you don't need a License unless your are commercially transporting goods or persons.
When you give your drivers license to the POS you are ADMITTING that you ARE involved in Commercial business and that is where they get you because you just confessed to being a commercial driver.
You really need to watch the video to have it explained to you.

The police in Texas really don't give a flip what you think you are when they drag you out of your car and slam you to the asphalt while handcuffing you.

I made the mistake of telling an "officer" last year that I'd rather not give him my driver's license. Fortunately, the old supervisor who showed up felt sorry for my elderly father's begging and suffering in the roadside heat, and let me continue driving my father to Austin with a speeding ticket.

Does this video mention the Instant Arrest you get for not showing a driver's license? I wish I had known about it beforehand.

Instead of asking these questions of people who are as new and uninformed as you are why don't you call in to his radio show Tonight and ask him about it?

"The Rule Of Law"
Call in to the show at 512-646-1984!

Mondays & Thursdays, 8-10 pm CST, Fridays 8 pm - Midnight CST

I watched all of it and then listened to his 6/25 radio show.
Did you bother to call in and ask your questions?

I agree with the premise of traveling versus driving and all that. I understand it for the most part. Problem is its very hard to fight. If caught you will be arrested, car impounded and they probably wont release it until after the court date. There's no question you can win in some states. The problem is the cost and time involved.
It costs me 26 bucks a year to have a license. Be different if it was 500 a year. But they know this which is why they keep the costs low. Better to fleece us out of a little than have us fight and lose it all.
