Cops in America are totally out of control.
And expecting a police department to police their own is totally insane.
Cops are only a small part of the problem. They seem like a big problem because they are our initial interface with the system. The big problem is that the cops function as meat shields for the lawyers and politicians that run them, and allow them to get away with what they do because it's money in the bank (vested interest) for same lawyers. This, folks, is the intent behind the original 13th Amendment, and the why of why the system is so fucked up at this time.

Brace for what? It's already been what...five months? The dude murdered an unarmed woman right in front of another parasite and STILL hasn't been charged.

Lieyers can kick around what "degree" of murder he's guilty of, but he's plainly a murderer. So how about we get this douchelord into a rape cage where he belongs and then figure out how long he gets to stay.

I don't think he'll be charged. Hasn't talked to any investigators since it happened. Hard to believe but it's written in his contract. Shoot someone and you never have to say why.

Well then the so called "authorities" should just be made to say as much. At least then people will have a good idea whose neck should be adorned with rope burns.

Plus it would help stop plebes from incorrectly believing that cops exist to "protect and serve" ...them.

Particularly tragic in this instance is that Damond didn't even call the blue clad local chapter of domestic terrorists because she needed help, she was just trying to aid someone else she thought was in distress. One would think the so called authorities would be falling all over themselves to string this guy up...but instead the blue wall prevails once again.

...and the usual ignorant "guns is bad...ban guns crowd" are silent because it was one of the thugs they need armed to steal everyone else's guns that did the murder here.

Probably we'll find out in 10 years that it was some rapey psycho politician's kid that Justine heard in the alley and that's why all this is being buried under a pile of procedural bovine excrement. ...or perhaps the State department ordered them to bury this thing because they're trying to "protect" the image of their rapefugee relocation program. In any case there's clearly more going on here than we're being told.

Prosecutor in Justine Damond shooting says he doesn't have enough evidence to charge Minnesota cop
How the F' much evidence do they need?

Dead body? Check.
Bullet from cops gun found in dead body? Check.
Cop can't give good reason why his bullet was found in dead body? Check.

What more is there? If the cop can't show good reason why he pulled the trigger, why doesn't he get the same treatment anyone else would get in such circumstances?
...and I realize that Mn laws are f'ed up in that they do not require the cop to explain his actions, but if anyone else shoots someone, not explaining yourself is not a defense to prosecution.

Or are they just hoping that everyone will just forget about this?

It would not surprise me if Noor doesn't get a big payday for stress then zip off into a new life - never to be heard from again.

The courts have been corrupt for a very long time. The communists have already taken partial control. If Trump isn't able to blow up their plans we're all farked! If he's a traitor, we're farked anyway!

Yes, plus hate to say it but the feds won't get involved either since present administration puts cops on a pedestal.

BREAKING NEWS: Minnesota prosecutor says he needs more time to decide whether to charge cop who shot dead Australian woman
  • Justine Damond was shot dead by Minneapolis police officer Mohamed Noor on July 15 after calling 911
  • Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman had promised a decision on whether to charge Noor by year's end
  • Now, Freeman says he needs more time because his office is 'getting more information and evidence' that need to be reviewed
  • Two weeks ago, Freeman was caught on video saying investigators hadn't brought him enough evidence to warrant charging Noor

What kind of decision needs to be made the bullet that killed her came from that pos's gun. Did he have a reason to shoot? If he didn't hang him high publicly. If cops are so afraid they should find a new job that is not so taxing.

Charging decision in Justine Damond shooting won’t be made until next year
...when everyone will have hopefully forgotten about this little mishap and we can decline to charge the officer and instead give him a nice raise and a promotion.

Why is this guy still around? Is he being protected by the cops? If I were him I'd probably live the rest of my life abroad, if he wants to see his 40th birthday that is. People who has had loved ones taken from them have long memories!

Mr Freeman has said he cannot charge Noor without evidence from investigators.....

Say what?....there's a shooter , a body , and a weapon.
What am I missing here?....
Where I live the DA has his own investigators. They work directly for him. Maybe things are different out there?

The fact that a cop who kills (murders) a totally innocent and unarmed person is protected by a union contract which says he doesn't have to talk to anyone about it is absolutely insane. Who would agree to anything that stupid?

Some quotes that relate to the questions above from another article, linked here: http://kstp.com/news/grand-jury-con...n-county-attorney-mike-freeman/4757158/?cat=1

News of the subpoena came weeks after Freeman said more investigation was needed in the case, and after he was recorded telling activists that he didn't have enough evidence and investigators "haven't done their job."
In recent years, Freeman has said he would no longer use grand juries to decide whether officers would be charged in police shootings, saying he would make those decisions himself to provide more accountability and transparency.
Competence is in short supply lately.

SEVEN months to convene a grand jury in a case in which the shooter's identity and location were known, the murder weapon is available, and there's a cop available that witnessed the murder. Do they not even HAVE an internal affairs division of doughnut eating parasites over there?!?

W-T-F

Yes, public sector unions are a great idea! :sarc:

I think they're hoping that if they drag it out long enough, everyone will just forget about it.

Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman aka MORON needs to be taken down. We can no longer allow these fucking lawyers to pull this kind of shit on the public. We cannot allow the police to murder people without consequence, and that's what this fucking moron is trying to allow.

“They need to figure out whose side they’re on — law enforcement should work collectively with city and county attorneys to prosecute criminals,”
-Minneapolis police union President Bob Kroll.

If he truly believes that, why is he trying to obstruct Justice by telling his officers not to testify?
Edited to add: if it's truly about getting the criminals, he of all people should want to know if someone he represents is in fact a criminal. Sadly, this isn't so.

Cop who shot bride-to-be is charged with murder
By Natalie O'Neill
March 20, 2018 | 1:59pm|

The Minnesota cop who shot and killed an Australian bride-to-be was charged with murder and manslaughter, according to a report Tuesday.

Officer Mohamed Noor, 31 — who allegedly killed 40-year-old Justine Damond of Minneapolis in July — was booked into Hennepin County jail at 11:16 a.m., according to the Minnesota Star Tribune.

Noor was charged with third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter. His bail was set at $500,000, the paper reported.

Noor and his partner, Matthew Harrity, had been called to Damond’s home after she called 911 to report a possible sexual assault happening behind her home.
Investigators say Noor, who was sitting in a police car, shot the Sydney-born yoga instructor in the gut while she was approaching the driver’s window of the vehicle.
Noor has said he was startled by a loud sound before opening fire. He claimed to have seen a young white male bicycling toward Damond’s house immediately before the shooting.

But charges unsealed Tuesday said the cop failed to properly investigate before pulling the trigger.
“There is no evidence that … Officer Noor encountered, appreciated, investigated or confirmed a threat that justified the decision to use deadly force,” according to charges cited by the Star Tribune.

“Instead, Officer Noor recklessly and intentionally fired his handgun from the passenger seat, a location at which he would have been less able than Officer Harrity to see and hear events on the other side of the squad car.”

Damond’s fiancé, Don Damond, and her family called the charges “one step toward justice” in a joint statement.

“While we waited over eight months to come to this point, we are pleased with the way a grand jury and County Attorney Mike Freeman appear to have been diligent and thorough in investigating and ultimately determining that these charges are justified,” the statement proclaims.

“We remain hopeful that a strong case will be presented by the prosecutor, backed by verified and detailed forensic evidence, and that this will lead to a conviction. No charges can bring our Justine back. However, justice demands accountability for those responsible for recklessly killing the fellow citizens they are sworn to protect, and today’s actions reflect that.”
Noor’s attorney Thomas Plunkett declined to comment.

Damn. Yeah that could severely lessen the chance of a conviction. I am surprised he got charged given the level of incompetence.
Yes this is new bullcrap the original story said nothing about his partner drawing his gun because he was scared of this woman. They always help their own.

Two cops scared of a little Aussie woman? How did they become cops in the first place?
